Chapter Eight:
"Are you sure about this, princess?" Mason asked me, as we traipsed through the woods. I just nodded.
"I'm sure. I want to see you transform. I'm a witch. I can handle myself." I assured him and Tyler. He looked reluctant, but gave in with a nod. This is part of who they are. I'm not hiding from that. I'm not scared of them and it's important to me that they know that.
It didn't take us long, until we got to the secluded area that they lock themselves up in. I turned my head and gave them privacy as they got themselves ready and locked up. They're still themselves, just really on edge. I can feel the magic and the pull of the full moon. It's strong tonight.
Soon enough, I watched as they began to change. My heart hurt, when I heard their pain-filled screams. I knew that it couldn't be an easy process. It looked as painful as it sounded. But I would be lying, if I said that it wasn't fascinating.
I sat watching them as they growled and clanged their teeth at the bars locking them inside. I had no fear in my body, just curiosity. I wondered how it felt for them.
Soft kisses on my forehead lulled me from my slumber. I blinked and saw a half-clothed Mason and Tyler. They both looked exhausted and ready to go home. I smiled up at them, tiredly. I stayed up with them, until they tired themselves out and passed out, still in their wolf form. They looked grateful.
"Your wolves are beautiful." I breathed. Mason grinned.
"That's a first. But thank you. It means a lot that you aren't afraid of us." He mused. I nodded. He picked me up off of my sleeping bag and into his arms. Tyler grabbed our things and Mason carried me to the car. I cuddled up against him and relished in being held. I felt so safe with them. I loved that feeling.
"Let's go shower and get some sleep. Okay?" Tyler suggested. I just nodded as my eyelids started to droop.
We slept the day away, since we didn't have anywhere we needed to be. Carol was getting used to seeing me around the house and never complained. We got along really well. It probably shouldn't come as much of a surprise as it did.
"How did we get so lucky? You're perfect for us." Mason mused. I looked up at him with a grin. Tyler nodded in agreement.
"He's right. You are." He agreed, before placing a kiss on my lips. I moaned against him. I don't know how they still have this much of an effect on me, but they do.
I jumped as my phone rang. I chose to ignore it and focus on my guys. Tyler deepened the kiss and Mason nuzzled my neck. We were all slowly losing our clothes and our will to keep our hands to ourselves.
Tyler kissed down my body and I pulled Mason to my front for a kiss. I wanted more. I wanted both of them. We were a gentle whirlwind of touching and kissing and lovemaking. It was the first time we had gone that far and I knew it wouldn't be the last. Something felt so irrevocably right with the pair of them.
"I might be falling for you." I whispered, as I tried to catch my breath. Goddess, I felt out of shape.
"We might be falling for you, too."
