Time: 9:05 AM- 3rd POV, Saturday-

"They deal with the body quickly, so nothing is missed." Naruto finished his explanation about hunter ninjas.

"Is it that important?" Sakura quizzed, she was the closest to naruto. She to his left.

"Well do you remember what that boy did with Zabuza's body?" Naruto questioned.

"We don't know." Sai answered, he was in the middle of Sasuke and Sakura, sitting criss-cross.

"Yeah, didn't he take it with him, somewhere?" Sakura sounded like she was asking a question.

"Correct," Naruto snapped with his fingers, fliching once again from pain. "But why did he do that when he was exposed to do it right there." Naruto was trying to hint at what he was getting at but all five of them were clueless. "Also think of the weapons he used, remember?"

Sasuke was the one to speak up, "Senbon...wait.. no way.."

"..oh" Sai mumbled out, understanding what Naruto was saying.

"Right? It doesn't make sense." Naruto sighed out happily that two of his students knew what he was talking about.

"What are you guys getting at?" "What do you mean Naruto-sensei?" Both Tazuna and Sakura spoke at the same time.

"Well I just told you guys that tracker ninja are supposed to deal with the body right where they kill their target, but what did that boy do?" Naruto asked, rubbing his new headache that was forming.

"..H-he moved the body.!" Sakura strammed, upset that Sasuke and Sai got it.

"Right, good job." Naruto looked at Tazuna, "For your question, I'm getting at the fact that Zabuza is still alive and breathing." He stated, shocking Sakura, Tazuna, and Tsunami.

"HHUUUHH!?"

"W-WHAT?!"

"Oah."

"B-but we saw that boy kill him?!" Sakura yelled, her hands were to her chest. "Didn't you check if he was alive or not. You said that his heart and breathing stopped!"

"It did but it was probably a temporary state of death… We- well most of us know that the weapons that the tracker used are called; Senbon the throwing needle." Naruto said, "They can pierce skin but they rarely kill, except if they hit a vital organ but he threw them in the neck. They are made for Medical Treatments like surgery. Trackers are taught to learn and memorize very little piece in the human body. Stopping a heart temporarily is an easy thing to do for them." Naruto explained. "The first thing that the kid did wrong was move the body, second he used sebon. These two little things tell us that he wasn't aiming to kill Zabuza but to save him."

"..Aren't you thinking about this too much?" Tazuna asked, rising his hands up in a chill jester.

"If you don't think about something it might turn out to be something." Naruto stated, looking at Tazuna.

"But how are we exposed to fight him and win, when you look half dead." Sai teased, sakura gave him a quick glare.

"Ah-ow ow" Naruto laughed before a pain in his rib spiked. Tsunami gave her own glare to Naruto. "Right sorry, anyways I very much still train you, it's not like I'm going to keel over and die." He joked out.

"It doesn't matter if you are 'half dead' or not, a little training before a fight won't help at all." Sasuke jumped into the conversation.

"I agree with Sasuke." Sai agreed, though again he didn't want to agree with anyone.

"Yeah! Sasuke-kun is right. You had trouble fighting Zabuza, there is no way we can win without you. You need to think about it, Naruto-sensei." Sakura grumbled with a loud voice. 'GOD WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM, IS HE TRYING TO KILL US!?' Sakura 2 yelled.

"You're right, all three of you are. But remember how I was able to defeat him?" Naruto asked but on one answered. "I was able to because you three help me escape the water, and that made me have the chance to beat him." He explained with an overjoyed smile. "I would say Sakura is the one who growed the most, Sasuke you were close but you need teamwork. Sai amazing acting, if I didn't know you I would have thought you were an angry kid." Naruto wanted to pad their heads but he was in pain. "Everything will work out just alright, believe it, ah" Naruto laughed at his old catchphrase.

"I don't believe it and never will!" A boy with short black spiky hair with a blue and white striped hat that covered his hair, seemed to appear. He was pointing at Naruto, who looked shocked.

'What the?! How didn't I feel someone walking towards me?' Naruto eyebrows furrow, '...Oi…. Kurama, are you cutting off the sensing abilities?' He asked while thinking.

"Of Course I am." Kurama answered back bluntly after a second or two. (No can hear Mr. Foxy)

'But why? I didn't do nothing…' Naruto whined, he was now in front of a large orange and red fox, who was behind metal bars. Something water like was up to Naruto's shins, but it didn't soak his pants or shoes.

"Who is now a squad leader? Having a bunch of brats to watch while they play ninja. It's annoying to hear them wail and scream all the time." Kurama stated, he was lying down with paws under his head. "It's hurting my ears to listen to them." The fox grumbled, his eyes were closed. If anyone else saw him they think he is asleep. Plus freak out.

'I was like that, ya' know.'

"I wasn't with you when you were, brat."

'...be quiet, it's not like I had a choice to become a jounin. And stop cutting off my chakra. I'll die, ya' know.' Naruto was back lying in the covers of his bed. (That little conversation was like 2 seconds)

"Who is this kid?" Sai asked, turning around to face the said kid. Sakura and Sasuke did the same thing, wanting to know too.

"Inari~~!" Tazuna sounded excited to see the young boy, "Where you been, I was worried." The boy ran over and into Tazuna's arms.

"Welcome back too grandpa!" The boy cheered, hugging the old man. Tsunami turned to look at Inari with her hands on her hips again.

"Inari, that was rude of you to say. These ninja helped bring your grandpa back home safe." Tsunami scolded the young boy, who was now hugging Tazuna while he pats his head and hat.

"It's alright, it's alright." Tazuna calmly replied, "No need to worry. I'm rude to them, too." He laughed out, with a little hum in his throat. Inari stared at Naruto and his students with hatred.

"Mom, don't see that these 'ninja' will die if they stay here? Gato and his men will be back soon or later to kill them." Inari stated, moving his hands up and down to make sure his mom knew how important this was.

"How do you know that?" Sai asked, he was still sitting criss-cross.

"Because I do." Inari answered quickly.

"Well there is nothing to worry about, all of us are super cool heroes that will save your town." Naruto grinned, trying to make the kid feel better but that didn't work out so well. He hasn't talked to a kid this age in a while.

"There's no such thing as heroes, all of you are just full of yourselves. Stop playing heroes and villains." Inari left Tazuna's hold and turned to go up stairs, "If you want to see tomorrow you should go back where you came from." He walked to the door, opening it.

"Where are you going, Inari?" Tazuna quizzed.

"I'm going to look out at the ocean, I want to be alone." The said boy hissed, leaving the room.

Tazuna looked at Naruto, "Sorry about that." He sheepishly apologized.

"It's fine, do you want me to send someone upstairs to check on him?" Naruto asked. 'I can just barely smell the scent of sadness.' he thought, looking up at the ceiling.

"No no if he wants to be alone, it's better to let him." Tsunami told.

Both Tsunami and Tazuna left the room, leaving team seven to together in the room.

"Sensei, who exactly is that Zabuza guy? We should know as much as we can if you want us to win." Sasuke stated, he was still at the end of the futon that Naruto was lying in.

"Zabuza, well he is known as 'Zabuza the Demon.' About ten maybe eleven years ago in the Hidden Mist Village or Blood Water Village, the exam the students had to pass to become a genin was to be the last one standing, they had to kill their own friends or maybe family to become a genin. But one year before the test started an evil darkness came to the school, changing the system." Naruto got cut off by Sakura asking a question.

"What darkness, what change, Sensei?" Both boys gave her a glare that said; 'he was going to say but guess who cut him off?'

"...A boy who was younger than everyone there killed the full class that had more than 100 kids without hesitation or thought in his actions. Of course the boy who killed the soon to be ninja was Zabuza Momochi." Naruto explained, moving the light green and off white covers over his shoulders, he wanted to sleep but he wouldn't stop thinking about the said killer.

"What?! Why would anyone do that, Naruto-sensei?!" Sakura shouted, almost standing up on her feet.

This made Naruto's headache worse than it was already. "No idea, but it did help him become a chunin, he passed the genin stage because the Mizukage thought it was better to test his skills. Well, at least that's what I think." Naruto sighed out, closing his eyes.

"Bu-!" Sakura was cut off by a black screen ending the scene.

-Time skip: 12:56 PM- still saturday- in the forest-

It's been almost four hours since the last scene, Naruto fell asleep for two hours. All three genin got an hour or two of sleep before Naruto woke them up and asked them to push him into the forest. They'll kill him if it's something stupid.

"Alrighty! Are you guys ready!" Naruto gushed, he was sitting in a chair with little wheels.

"Ready for what exactly?" Sai asked, "I didn't have time to bring my sword.." He was in the middle of Sasuke and Sakura.

"Yeah Naruto-sensei, I was asleep." Sakura stated. She stood half up to Sai's left.

"You shouldn't be around, you need your sleep, Sensei." Sasuke said. He was wide awake for anything, he stood to sai's right. All of them had their ninja tools and clothes ready, Sai was missing his sword but that's it.

"Yeah yeah I'm alright. See?" Naruto moved both of his arms up, but pain tickled his arms. "..a-anyways today we are going to be training your chakra skills. But of course you need to understand about it and what it does." Naruto explained while pointing to Sakura, "Will you?"

"We already know about." Sasuke noted, his hands were in his pant's pockets.

Sakura grabbed a scroll that was orange and green with a purple label that said; Basic Knowledge of Chakra on it. "Chakra is a life energy that ninjas and shinobi alike have to be able to use and master utilize techniques. This energy comes from the body energy that is connected to every cell in the human body." She opened the scroll more to read and show more to the others. "And from the spirit energy that can be hardened from training and experience. In other words, techniques come from these two energies that are squeezed out of the body and mixed together. This process is known as molding of Chakra. And with Chakra one is able to execute techniques by forming hands signs or seals." Sakura finished explaining the basics of Chakra, she closed the scroll and handed it back to Naruto.

"Good job Sakura-chan. Thank you." Naruto praised, he patted her head a bit. "I guess iruka-sensei taught you something."

"You know Iruka-sensei?" Sai asked, his hands were crossed together.

"Yeah he teached me for a year." Naruto stated with a smile.

"WHTA?!"

"Why just one year?" Sai quizzed, ignoring Sakura and her yelling.

"Well he became a chunin at the age of 15, and became a teacher at 16.. And I just needed one year, I think he was 17 when he taught him. I was 11, maybe 12." Naruto quickly affirmed.

"..Why did you only need one year? And why when you were 11?" Sai asked, more interest in the conversation.

"That's for another day, right when I need to train you three about Chakra. I know all of you know how to do at least one jujutsu but you only have one toe in the water of potential with Chakra control. First you need to draw on spiritual and physical energy and then mix them together like Sakura said. But the real question is how you do that and how to do it well. Every jujutsu is different and requires different types of chakra and how much is put into it. You need to select and combine it meticulously in the correct way or less it won't work. And in the worst case scenario you die by losing too much chakra." Naruto claimed, shocking his students. "Right now you three only guessed at the balance of how much you need. Hoping it will be fine and right to do whatever. Even if you have or can produce a lot of chakra it wouldn't matter if you can't control it, it would just be stuipd to do that. You need control and balance to master the simplus techniques. You throw all your energy and chakra out the window that you can't fight at all." He explained, grabbing a random banana from his pants.

"...How are we supposed to do that then?" Sasuke questioned, staring at his sensei dumfound.

"You need to pound it into your bones, not just memorize it as a fact. It needs to be second nature if you want to master anything in life, to do so you need to be able to put your life and teammate's lifes on the line." Naruto replied, string the banana.

"Wh- how are we going to do that?" Sakura repeated Sasuke's question.

"Climb a tree of course." Naruto pointed to a tree, smiling as if he won the lottery.

'...Simple…. That's just like Naruto…' Sai thought, giving him a bewildered look that said; what..

"Climb a tree?" Sasuke repeated, making sure he was hearing alright.

"CLIMB A TREE?!"

"But it's not that simply, you can't use your arms or hands." Naruto lifted his hands to show his students.

"I'm sorry what?"

"Huh?

"What I hope you're kidding."

"Luckily I am not, do you want to see?" Naruto Pondered, he stood up on his feet.

"Naruto-sensei, Tsunami said you shouldn't do anything for a week or two." Sakura scolded, alreadying to punch him if she had too.

"I agree." Sai told.

"Well I think Sasuke-kun wants to see." Naruto walked over to a tree, and did a ram hand sign. A circle went around Naruto's feet, the dirt seemed to be lifted in the thin circle. "That was chakra." Naruto put one of his feet onto the tree, he did a little hop to move his other foot onto the tree, higher than the other one. He started to walk up the tree like it was a regular day on the ground.

"Am I seeing this right?"

"He's climbing straight up!"

'He just did that with no hands..'

"See? Cool right? I told you guys but you thought I was lying." Naruto jabbered with one large smile. "This is just like walking on water but it's way easier to do this." He assured, he was now hanging upside down, his feet were stuck to a large branch of the tree. Naruto was also looking up (he is upside down so when he was looking up he was looking at the ground.) to look at student's faces. "You have to focus your chakra to the souls of your feet, and then use it to connect to the tree or building you are climbing. This is one way to use chakra." Naruto added, he grabbed the branch he was standing on with his less hurt hand(right hand). He stopped using chakra in his feet and swung himself onto the brunch, landing on his feet while crouching, he turned around and plopped on his butt with his feet dangling off the edge.

"T-that's cool and all but how is this supposed to help us definit someone like Zabuza?" Sakura queried, thinking it's just pointless.

"It's the only way to fight and win against him, well at least for you guys." Naruto answered back, "If you learn how to move a certain amount of chakra in a certain spot in your body, you can have a esair time controlling your chakra. This climbing is an even balance with spiritual and physical energy, and focusing the chakra at the bottom of your feet is one of the hardest places to place your chakra in your body. There are two things that you need to know before training your control, number one If you can do this and master it, you can do anything!" He cheered. "Number two, when you are in a battle it's even harder to maintain your chakra levels. One deadly mistake if you ask me." He joked, "Okie dokie, here you go. It's your turn now."

Three kunai appeared in Naruto's right hand, he threw the kunais right in front of his students. "Use the kunai to mark where you got on the tree, try to get higher every time, kay?"

"Hm" Sasuke hummed out grabbing the knife, spinning it in his hands trying to get a feel of his sensei's knife. "Sensei? Why do your kunai have two prongs?" Sasuke asked, looking over at the knives Sakura and Sai got.

"Mh well I like the feeling of them, they might not be good at using in a fight because you might hurt yourself if you don't know how to hold it. But they are great for cutting or throwing. Their Takigakure kunai, if you wanted to know." Naruto answered.

"Where did you get a Takigakure kunai from?" Sai quizzed, he also grabbed the kunai.

"...M- An old friend of mine was from the Hidden Village in Mist, he gave him four of them." Naruto had his eyes closed but he was still smiling. "The first one to get where I am, can sleep in tomorrow." He changed the topic of the conversation.

"Mh" The kunai was shiny as if someone cleaned it everyday. It had a thin extending blade on the right, it looked like a jutte or a hachiwara but the main blade was shorter and the extended blade was longer.

"Use the momentum you get from running and run straight up the tree… ready?...GO!" Naruto shouted, all three of the kids put their hands in the Ram sign while closing their eyes. Some of the dirt lifted and made a circle around them, Sai and Sasuke were the first to start running. Sakura stayed back still with her eyes closed. Sasuke ran three meters up on the tree before the tree dented inwards thanks to Sasuke's chakra. He jumped off, landing swifty on the ground. Sai ran four almost five meters before his foot slipped and he fell to the ground, he also landed like nothing happened. Sakura started running up the tree when Sasuke fell into the ground.

'This is harder than I thought.. If I use too much chakra it smashes the tree making me lose my footing. But if you don't use enough you'll just fall right off, like Sai. The balance and control has to be perfect or it won't work.' Sasuke thought, looking at where Sai got. "Tch."

'Sasuke did worse than I thought, Sai did a little better than I expected, and Sakura did exactly what the Hokage expected. Hehe good job.' Naruto looked at Sakura, proud of her and Sai.

"Ahah Naruto-sensei you should have told me this was fun!" Sakura beamed, her tongue was sticking out and she had one of her hands in a peace sign.

"Wow good job Sakura-chan. You seemed to be great with chakra control, who knows she might be a sealer or medical soon." Naruto laughed out, "Okie, now try going higher and higher." He gave her a happy smile.

"...!"

"Ah she did better than Sasuke-kun" Sai teased, almost laughing at his own joke.

"Whatever.." Sasuke turned his attention back on his tree.

'..w-waht? No Sasuke-kun is supposed to think I'm the best and then ask me to date me. But now he's mad at him..why me..'

"Hehe Sakura understands chakra, she can also control and maintain it. Sai you might not be a council member if you can't do this, and for the great and powerful Uchiha clan isn't so mighty any more." Naruto jeered, he was somewhat true about the Uchiha.

"H-hey you don't know anything about him!" Sakura barked, pointing her finger at Naruto. 'Sasuke-kun hates me even more now..' she thought while pouting.

Sai and Sasuke shared a look, and started running up the tree once again. 'Well I believe I have motivated them...Sasuke has more chakra within him and Sai also has more chakra but not as much as Sasuke. If they exceed at this training their control in chakra can help out and be a viable asset for the Leaf Village...Hm? Is Inari wandering around?' Naruto thought, sensing Inari chakra a couple feet away.

"Tch.." Inari was hiding behind a tree, spying on team seven. He turned around, going back to his safe house. "Maghamma, whatever, what a waste of time. They have no idea what they are going against." He grumbled out, memories popped into his head of his lte step-father. He shook his head making the thoughts leave his head.

-Time skip: 11:45 PM- Saturday-

An awake Zabuza laid in a king sized bed, light blue blankets covering him. Haku was sitting in a wooden chair next to the bed, watching Zabuza wondering when he would wake up. Haku was still wearing his dark green haori and his fake anbu mask. The room they were in was large with huge windows all around them, it looked like a circle. The floor was red bricks and the roof was wood. The two tall, thin purple doors opened, three men walked into the room.

"Ah some jounin, the unbeatable ninja just got beat. Ninjas from the Hidden Mist Village must really suck. Calling yourself a demon when you can't even beat one. Don't make me laugh!" The guy known as Gato shouted, he had shaggy brown hair and a pair of small circular black glasses. He wore a yellow dress shirt with an all black suit over it, same with the shoes. He had a purple tie to finish the look of; I am a scumbag. A tall man known as Waraji was to his left, he wore an eye-patch over his right eye. He had brown curry hair which was parted three ways, making it look like three elaborate topknots. He wears a light purple loose-fitting kimono, it falls around his waist showing his upper exposed. He had an intricate tattoo that seemed to stretch across his entire right arm to his hands and some of his left arm. And least but at least he had a fairly long sword. A short man but not shorter than Gato stood to Gato's left, he was known as Zori. He had two purple line markings that might be tattoos under both of his eyes, he wore a dark purple beanie that covered his long, light green hair. He had a blue jacket that had too many pockets to count, knee long grey pants that looked bagged on. His katana was tied to his waist.

Haku hastily stood up from his set, knocking the chair over in the process. Gato's two guards Zori and Waraji grabbed onto their sword handles, stepping closer to Haku. 'iai..' he thought.

"Wait a minute." Gato raised his hands up, stopping his guards from attacking. He walked over to the bed Zabuza was still in, he passed Haku. He reached his hand out to pull down Zabuza's mask. "Don't be so quiet, I want to hear what you have to say about this. Stop playing possum, I know you are aliv- HM!" Gato's hand stops by Haku grabbing and squeezing it.

"Don't touch Zabuza-san with your filthy, grimy hands." Haku hissed with raging eyes that could kill, he squeezed his gasps on Gato's wrist hard.

"OI! YOUR GOING TO BREAK MY ARM!" Gato screamed, trying to bake away from Haku. Both Zori and Waraji released their swords, raising them high to hit Haku but he seemed to appear right between the two with their own swords at each other's necks.

'No way, that's impossible.!' Waraji thought, feeling there was nothing in his hand where his sword was.

'N- no one can move that fast..' Zori thought, eyes widened in fear and shock.

"Don't test me, I'm in a really foul mood." Haku scolded, his voice was still balanced as if nothing was happening. He threw both swords onto the ground, behind me and the other two.

"Tch, I'm giving you one more chance. If you screw up one little thing, don't even think about coming back here!" Gato snarled, turning and leaving the room with his guards right behind him. Haku set the chair back up and sat down, looking at Zabuza.

"Haku, you didn't need to do that." Zabuza said, giving him a side glare.

"I know that. But it's too early to take out Gato, if we make a scene here, we'll be chased by them again. We need a cover and Gato is perfect." Haku mentioned, smiling his innocent smile.

"Yeah, your right."

-Time: 10:23 PM- team seven, one hour since they started training-

Sai was running up a tree getting eight meters before he added too much chakra in one foot, making himself fall to the ground again. "wowy this is hard.." Sai sighed out. Sasuke was taking a quick break, analyzing and trying to think of an idea to get higher. Sakura was lying against her tree breathing very heavily.

"H-uh- how do t-ahh- they have so much stam-uah-ina, i'm burned out." Sakura gasped for air. She might be good at this training but she doesn't have the stamina to keep going higher and higher like the two boys. All three of them had dirt, grass, and mud stains over their clothes, small cuts and bruises on their arm, legs, hands, or head from landing the wrong way or accidentally running into a branch. Cough Sai cough. 'How is Sai getting higher than Sasuke-kun?' She thought, looking at Sasuke's and Sai's tree marks.

"...I'm not going higher, I'm just stopping at this one spot.." Sai grumbled, standing up as he walked to Sasuke. "Oi from are you doing this?" He quizzed, leaning down getting closer to Sasuke.

"Nh?... I don't want to admit but you're doing better than me. Why do you need my help?" Sasuke blunty replied, dusting himself.

"..You're getting higher every time. Look at my tree." Sai pointed to said tree, "I'm stopping there every time."

"...You're using too much chakra."

".I know that."

"Then stop using so much."

"...duck-butt" Sai said, turning and walking away from Sasuke.

"I'm right…." Sasuke whispered to himself, he ran up his tree. Sai walked over to Sakura and flopped on his butt, sitting criss-cross.

"You look awful." Sai claimed, looking at Sakura.

"RUDE! You should have said; OH Sakura are you alright, you look pale!" Sakura shouted, she didn't look like she ran a marathon now, she looked like she was ready to kill a boar.

"But you do like awful, well not anymore but still." Sai sated, "but that's not really the point. Look over at my tree…..see I keep falling off at one point. I know you need to balance how much chakra I put in my feet." He explained, moving Sakura's head so she could see his kunai marks.

"Well can you get your hands off my head first?!" Sai moved his hands off. "Are you balancing both your spiritual and physical energy?" Sakura asked, sounding like she knew everything about anything.

"I think I'm balancing my chakra, and physical energy." Sai answered, thinking of what he is missing.

"..Ask Sensei, I don't know that much about spiritual energy." Sakura blushed a lit pink, she thought he was missing his physical.

"...fine." Sai once again stood up and walked over to a new person. Naruto who was sitting under a tree, he had his eyes closed like he is sleeping but he is sitting straight up. "Sensei?" One of Naruto's eyes opened up, his eye wasn't blue like the sky was red and yellow mixing together, it looked like two things were fighting. But the weirdest thing about Naruto's eye was there was no pupil in his eye. "Mh?!" Sai choked on air, he wasn't expecting to see something like that. One thing you need to know about Sai Ena is that he hates eyes, he hates looking at one, hates when someone has pink eye, or a vein popped in their eye, or when someone pulls their cheek down to show their eye more. He hates everything about eyes.

"You all right?" Naruto quickly stood up, his eyes were back to blue, like nothing happened.

"..Yeah."

"Right you sure?"

"You are alright?" Sai asked, he was more focused on how Naruto's eyes turned colors then himself.

"Why wouldn't I?" Naruto smiled, cocking his head to one side. He looked like a curious fox.

"..Never mind, i need help with my spiritual energy. Can you help me, maybe?" Sai quizzed, a little nervous from Naruto's eyes.

"Oh! Yeha sure. Sakura come here!" Naruto shouted to Sakura, who was still lying under her tree. "SASUKE! COME HERE FOR SECOND!" He screamed, Sasuke who was running up the tree lost his consideration and fell. He gave his sensei his vilest glare before walking over to him, Sakura, and Sai.

"What." Sasuke fummed, if looks can kill then Naruto would be on the ground.

"Sai asked if I could help him with 'spiritual energy' and being the best sensei I thought it would be good to teach all of you about spiritual energy...So sit down." Naruto sat down himself, he was sitting criss-cross, "Sit the way is the most comfy." Sai sat down just like Naruto, both Sasuke and Sakura were sitting Seiza(It's the normal japan sitting).

"Okie now close your eyes. The first thing you need to know is what you are doing. Right now you guys are doing 'Spiritual meditation' this focuses on the connection with your soul and chakra. Or it deeps the connection, it doesn't matter if your chakra is living or not. Your chakra is it's own thing, it is already connected with you but you don't have the connection of how much you have or how to control it…." Naruto let his words sink in. "Think of chakra...Chakra of how it feels, how it looks, how it sounds..now try and think of what your chakra feels like." No talked, naruto was the only one with his eyes open. He wanted to see what they would do.

Sakura was the first, "I.. I can feel something warm but nice. It feels like it's always moving l-like a constant." Sakura described.

"..That's good. What else?"

"..A river. It feels like a river of something moving something else.. I don't know what."

"A lake?" Naruto pondered, already knowing what she was feeling.

"Yeah. River moving into a small lake." Sakura explained, her face was turning a purple and blue color.

"..Alright that good, you can open your eyes now." Naruto rushly insisted.

"I felt nothing.." Sai stated.

"Same."

"That's fine if you don't. Just do that to focus on how you feel and slowly move the feeling to your feet. Meditating like this helps but I don't recommend doing it alone." Naruto seemed a bit scared for his students.

"Why?"

"There's this thing called; Aerophagia. It's when you choke on air, it doesn't seem like you're breathing a lot of air in when you're doing 'Spiritual meditation' but you are. And very rarely you can accidentally make your chakra bubble up, and you can choke on that, too. It turns your face all blue or purple. So when you're focusing your chakra on your feet, don't breathe. I could tell that your three weren't so good jobs." Naruto explained, he stood up and helped Sai and Sakura up. Sasuke was already standing and readying to run up the tree again.

"That didn't tell me how to balance my spiritual energy."

"Yes I did." Naruto replied with a large smile, he patted his head. "Go on." He scooted Sai away.
