Gopher pops the question

"Hey Gretel, did you have a good nap I bet you did. Let's change your diaper okay pretty girl" Gopher says as he came to get her from her nap

Gretel babbled to him as he was changing her diaper

"Did you have good dreams?" he asks as he was changing her damp diaper

She continued to babble to him

"Oh, you don't say after I change you let's go down to the gift shop and get mommy Julie a ring cause daddy Gopher is going to ask mommy Julie to marry him tonight, so you get to stay with your friend Marisol for a few hours while daddy Gopher, and mommy Julie have a romantic dinner for two" he says as he was putting her little leggings back on her

Gopher really loved being with her every waking hour of everyday she was the best thing that had happened to him, and he would not change a thing to get her back

"Not very much longer until you get to hold my hand as we get to walk this huge ship together just the two of us, and daddy will be here the whole time protecting you from harm" he says as he carries her to the gift shop where they were going to pick out a ring for Julie

(Gift shop)

"Look Gretel it's Marisol" Gopher says when he saw the Captain holding Marisol, and she was holding her head up a little better then what she was

"Hey Gopher" Merrill says when he saw Gopher

"Hello sir, what brings you here?" Gopher asks him

"Getting my girls each a necklace to wear cause Vicki is taking Marisol into town so she can see where they travel too, and get some presents from those places, but in time she will have shirts and toys as she gets older: Merrill says cause he wanted each of his daughters to have something special and this was it

"Can you watch Gretel tonight for me cause I am planning to pop the question to Julie over a romantic dinner on deck?" Gopher asks him

"Sure I don't mind and Vicki doesn't mind either cause I have no one sitting at the Captain's table tonight so one extra guests wouldn't bother me cause Marisol has been sitting on my left and Vicki on my right and no one else been sitting with me, so it will be great to have a guest be with me at the table tonight" Merrill says cause Marisol missed Gretel a lot and it was going to be great for the two girls to be back together once more for old time sake

"Perfect I gotta get the dinner ready and everything else" Gopher says cause he was going to look for the ring

Gretel found something and Gopher got it for her

"Nothing is too good for my girl" Gopher says as he kisses her as they headed back to the cabin to get ready for dinner and Gopher had to tell Julie about their private dinner that they were going to have on deck since Merrill was watching Gretel that night for them and it was going to be welcomed as well

(That night)

"Is Gretel Smith ready for dinner?" the Captain asks as he came to get her since Vicki was getting Marisol ready for dinner

"Yes, she is, and bye sweetie be good for grandpa, Merrill while mommy and daddy have a date" Julie says cause Gopher got her bathe while she dressed the tiny child

Gopher and Julie head to the deck that was reserved for dinner for the two of them and they were far away from everyone else

(Deck)

"Gopher dinner under the stars quite romantic" she says as she saw the table for two and they were able to see to the dinning room to where Gretel wand it looked like she was going to have her dinner as well

"Yes, it is tonight it is just the two of us my dear the Captain has Gretel tonight" Gopher says as he pours some of the bubbly for the two of them

"Shall we do a toast?" Julie asks him

"Of course," he says as they did their toast to them, and to Gretel

(Later)

"Gopher why did you do this?" she asks him

"You will see in a minute" he says as dessert was brought out that night cause the Captain and Vicki brought the babies out for air and Gretel was missing mommy and daddy, so he had her watch from a far cause he hated to ruin Gopher's plan

"Hi Gretel" Julie says as she got up to stretch her legs and wave to Gretel who was being held by Vicki since Merrill had Marisol on his chest right now

"Gretel mommy and daddy will be down soon" Vicki says as she held Gretel cause Gretel was getting cranky and she was ready for bed

"Gretel mommy will be down soon to tuck you in" Julie says as Gopher handed her a piece of cake that had the ring in

"Daddy too" Gopher says as he was going to try to comfort his daughter right now

Julie took a bite of the cake and she bit into something and she was wondering what she bit into, and once Gopher saw the ring, he got down on one knee

"Julie McCoy you are the best cruise director, friend, and mommy I have ever known, so would you take the next step and becoming my wife, so will you marry me?" Gopher asks her

Julie was at a lost, for words

"Say yes" Vicki says from below

"Yes, Gopher Smith I will marry you" Julie says as she cries tears of joy right now

Gopher puts the ring on her finger, and they kiss

"I guess we get to plan a wedding" Merrill says as he came up with Marisol and Vicki followed with Gretel who was super cranky, now cause it was past her bedtime

"Yes we do and I know where we are getting married right here on the ship" Gopher says to him cause there was no place they rather not get married
