There's something missing from our world. 99% of life on earth that time and fiction has left behind. What if we can bring them back? What if extinct or doesn't have to be forever? We're going back in time and space with a difference with Lincoln and co. plunge into prehistory and alternate universes to rescue animals on the brink of extinction or fiction. Their plan is to bring them back to the safety of the present to give them a second chance. This time, they are going a little parody version of the 12 Labors of Hercules. But this doesn't involve slaying beasts, but rescuing them. Welcome to the ultimate wildlife sanctuary. Welcome to Speculative Park.

It was a very big day at the park, they were going to go on a parody version of the 12 labors of Hercules. The labors were: Saving extinct species of Cuba, rescue the passenger pigeon and Carolina parakeet, save the Nendo tube-nosed fruit bat, travel to Alejandro Selkirk Island to rescue the Alejandro Selkirk firecrown, head to South America to rescue the Red-throated wood rail and return to Mauritius to save the Red rail, go into the Future Universe to rescue the Giant Pitta, head to the Mediterranean to rescue the animals there, back to the African savannah to save more animals there, head back to Lemuria to save more species, head to the Cenozoic to rescue the dire wolf, travel to The New Dinosaurs universe to rescue the Flurrit and finally head to the North American deserts of the Future universe to rescue the fin lizard. For today's team, it was gonna be Lincoln as usual, along with Chuckie, Tommy, Kimi, Waldo and Ace. They were going to go save the animals.

Lincoln: Ready to save every species we will?

All: Yes.

Tommy: Let's do it.

The team all agree as they step through the portal into Cuba. They then were able to look for a Flock of Cuban macaws up in the trees. They were currently flying down towards a lake. There was also Bachman's warblers and Cuban ivory-billed woodpeckers. As there was gonna be a lot of things too do. So they decided to captured the birds and then move on. Luckily they brought cages with them to do so and send them through the portal.

Tommy: Let's home we can do this.

Kimi: Yep.

The birds were settled into Tropical Dome. Which (mostly) the macaws were making themselves at home, along with the woodpeckers warblers. As for the team, they were able to stumble across Cuban giant owls. The owls were currently feasting upon a giant solenodon. As there was also a group of giant solenodons as well.

Lincoln: Let's get this through the portal.

Chuckie: Yep.

He and Lincoln sets up the portal as Kimi and Tommy takes the solenodon carcass. The portal activated and Tommy threw the carcass through the portal with the owls following it. The giant solenodons followed too. Which the owls were settled in their own enclosure, as the solenodons were contain in a enclosure as well. The team then saw a group of Oriente cave rats getting chased by Rivero's barn owls.

Kimi: I thought those were extinct in the Holocene?

Lincoln: Well I guess they managed to hang on.

They decided to save them for the park. The rats went through the portal as the barn owls followed next. The rats were place in a enclosure next to the giant solenodons, as the owls were settled next to their flightless counterparts. They then went on to see a group of runaway slaves: both African American and Taino. As they have scared looks.

?: If you're from the future, save us. The slavers are trying to capture us!

The team accepted the offer and activate the portal for them to run through. All women, men, children, babies and grandparents made a dash through the portal as there were barks heard. It appear to be from dogs! The dogs (about 10 of them) came into view and appear to be Dogo cubanos. These were use to catch runaway slaves and bring them back to their masters/mistresses.

Tommy: I got something.

Luckily he brought a dog biscuit to a time like this. The dogs notice this and start to sniff it. They'd follow Tommy through the portal and into the park. The now former slaves (and the Taino) were escorted to the Homo Sector. The Dogo cubanos were settled and were tame by the park staff. The team had a little lunch to settled as they were making a course to rescue the passenger pigeon and Carolina parakeet. As they head into the 1860s (during the American Civil War) and into a forest. They started to look around to see a colony of Carolina Parakeets.

Chuckie: Now we got to rescue them.

Which the lure them with seeds and capture them with nets. Which the parakeets chirped and squawked. They were then send through the portal. They then had to hurry to look for the passenger pigeons as the war was going on. They were then able to spot a flock of them all flying together over a town! They were flying towards a field. Which they were quick to get to them (quietly though), as getting the through the portal will be the hard part.

Kimi: We gonna be quick about it.

Tommy and Chuckie sets up the portal, as Kimi and Lincoln sprinkle seeds to lure the birds towards the portal. The portal activated and the pigeons flew through into the portal with the team following. The pigeons and parakeets were put in an aviary together. As the team was ready travel to Alejandro Selkirk Island to rescue the Alejandro Selkirk firecrown and the Nendo tube-nosed fruit bat. They then step through the portal to the island to see flocks of the birds and colonies of bats.

Kimi: There's the firecrowns and tube-nosed bats.

Lincoln: Let's go see them.

Which they use netguns to capture the birds and bats. They were taken down and were grabbed. The team takes them through portal and into the park. Which then a montage of them shows how they got the Red rails, Red-throated wood rails, Giant pittas (as a male looks a Tommy) and the Flurrits. The birds and dinosaurs were put in Tropical Dome. It was then time to rescue the dire wolf. They head into the Cenozoic to see herds of Hagerman horses, Columbian mammoths, Californian tapirs, Aepycameluses and Camelops. This was perfect to find dire wolves.

Lincoln: Okay, we must do this.

Just then the herds started to panic. A pack of dire wolves were hunting the animals. Which the started to attack the mammoths and mastodons. Which Kimi and Tommy sets the portal up, as Lincoln manage to get everyone to hurry up. The portal was set up and the herbivores thundered through. Not to mention a herd of Osbornoceros were stampeding as well.

Chuckie: We hit the jackpot!

The animals that ran through the portal were in the holding pens for transport. The last animal to get through as a Columbian mammoth calf and the wolves followed through. As the herbivores were settled in the America Realms: a section called North American Heights, the dire wolves were put in an enclosure next to their modern counterparts: the gray wolves. It consists of animals of North America. They then walked on to find another hunting grounds, but 8 American cheetahs were at a waterhole, as 4 prides of American lions, 6 Short-faced bears, 10 Giant jaguars and packs of Ice age coyotes were there too. As getting this lot will be hard.

Kimi: We must get them here.

As they were right, Lincoln and Tommy sets up the portal as Chuckie got a cow carcass to lure the carnivores. The animals notice and starts to run at it at once. By the time the portal was activated and Chuckie chucks the carcass through the portal for the carnivores to come through. The carnivores were then later settled into their own enclosures. As the the team got towards a grassland (that would be soon become the Great Plains) that has a herd of Ancient bison and Long-horned bison. They were grazing as another pack of dire wolves were stalking them. The wolves then run at them. The herds then stampeded. Luckily the portal was set and activated as the bison run through, follow by the wolves.

Don the head keeper grew annoyed as he had a heck of a day. He then saw the ancient bison and long-horned bison runs through. The second pack of dire wolves were chasing after them.

Don: Kids.

The bison of two species were settle in the same enclosure called North American herbivores: another safari enclosure. As the team were going to leave, a large group of Paleo-Indians (with light clothes) were walking towards them. As they also have two dire wolves with them and herds of glyptodons.

Lincoln: I think we could rescue them too.

The team agrees and they lead the groups through the portal. The Paleo-Indians and their pet wolves were settled into the Homo Sector, as the glyptodons were settled into North American Herbivores. Then decided to make a quick trip to Lemuria to rescue other animals like the Lemurian giraffes, Lemurian camels, Lemurian buffalo, Lemurian rhinos, Lemurian gray wolves, Lemurian mambas, Lemurian wild horses and Lemurian elephants. Which the snakes were settled into an enclosure to themselves, the wolves right in the center (where it was right next to the Nightstalker paddock) and the herbivores were settled with the other animals. Which was okay.

Lincoln: Ready for the Fin lizard?

All: Yes.

They all head into the North American deserts to see that a group of Desert rabbucks chased by a group of sandy predator rats. They resemble the Falanxes, but were much smaller and coyote-like. They were then named the Desert falanxes. Which the animals head through the portal and into the portal. Which they then came across a community of fin lizards and desert spickles. They were all together in one community.

Lincoln: Let's get them through the portal.

Which then groups of Long-Legged quails running towards them. The lizards and small mammals runs towards the group. Kimi and Tommy sets up the portal, as the animals got closer and closer. The portal was activate and the animals ran through. The lizards and rodents were put in a desert theme enclosure, as the quails were settled in a nearby one. Same with the rabbucks and the desert falanxes were in another next to the coyotes. Not to mention that surprisingly a group of Rootsuckers managed to follow them. They were put with the fin lizards and desert spickles. They then head to the Mediterranean to rescue the fauna there. They were lucky to get there as a flock of Crested flamingos, Anthoes tortoises, Salt-loving skinkfishes, Scrofas, Grykens, Marsh brine shrimp, Water turtlebeetles, Cryptiles and Berry salttrees.

Lincoln: That is a lot to get back to the park.

Luckily the trees were midway to growing big, the team sets up the portal and activates it. Which they got some back up. Sid and Adelaide, along with Susie and Angelica came in with wheelbarrows and shovels. They dig out the trees and load them to take them to the park. All the insects and shrimp were all put in jars and containers, the flamingos and reptiles, along with the scrofas and grykens were being lured through the portal. Which the crested birds, scrofas, cryptiles, tortoises and the skinkfish were being put in with the greater flamingos (which there are other species too) as the berry salttrees were put there as well. The insects were put in separate enclosures, along with the shrimps. The last thing the team need to do is rescue the animals back in the Africa of the Future Universe. They then travel there to see herds of herbivores they never seen before, even carnivores like chooties, anteater foxes, African tufted foxes, Pardinias, barbed herzogcats and deadlynettas. There were 4 species of ostriches that surprisingly survive: Lilliputian ostriches, Pyrenean ostriches, One-toed ostriches and Giraffe ostriches. Not to mention the small birds: bloodbirds and miteeaters, along with mighty grasscutters, savanna kangoohoppers, grass harelopes, flathorns and fast hyracolopas.

Chuckie: Now we got to get this long for the portal.

Lincoln: Alright.

The duo sets up the portal as Kimi and Tommy lure the animals towards them. The portal activated for the animals to come through. The herbivores head through first as the carnivores followed after. Which was easy as the herbivores were settled into African waterhole and all carnivores were put in their own enclosures. The anteater foxes became the second carnivore resident in the enclosure besides the gholes and were eating from the anthills. The birds were settled in a aviary to live in.

Next time on Speculative Park, the team are going to save more recently extinct animals.

What do you guys think of this chapter so far? I am going to do part 4 of Gone, but not forgotten, but still I'll be glad to do this the big way.
