In the hotel room...
After WWE SummerSlam Michelle and her girlfriend Christie were sitting in their hotel room texting their friends Drew Mcintyre and Alexa bliss and Nikki cross as Michelle was typing out in a group chat with her friends after scrolling through her contacts in her phone until she found their names and started typing to them as she text them.
Cross my heart: I'm gonna miss ya Michelle, but I also am excited to see where you and your beautiful girlfriend Christie go next now that you both have been released from WWE.
Little miss bliss: Yeah I agree with Nikki, we are gonna miss you guys but we are also really excited to see what company you and Christie go to next now that you both have been released from WWE.
Sexy Scotsman: I look forward to seeing what company you and your girlfriend Christie will go to next now that you are no longer working for WWE but make sure you take care of each other and I will check up on you from time to time to make sure you are doing ok.
Michelle: Aww, thanks guys me and Christie are gonna miss you guys too and don't worry Drew me and Christie will take good care of each other and I am gonna try to limit how much I drink now to try and help with my problem.
Cross my heart: Speaking of which have ya told her about that yet Michelle?
Michelle: No I haven't told Christie about my alcohol problem yet, but I was gonna try and tell her tonight if I can before we leave in the morning because we have a few indie shows we are booked on.
Little miss bliss: ok good luck Michelle, anyway we will let you both try and get some sleep now as you both must be really tired goodnight Michelle.
Michelle: Yeah goodnight guys.
Then Michelle placed her phone on the bedside table before she turned to her girlfriend Christie and said, "Where should we go first babe? As we have the whole world at our feet!" and Christie turned to her girlfriend Michelle and gave her a kiss on her lips as she replied,
"Why don't we go to Japan baby, I mean I know we already been to Japan when we were at WWE beast in the east PPV but I mean we should go to New Japan Pro Wrestling!" then Michelle returns the kiss to her girlfriend as she said,
"Yeah I know what you mean babe especially as my dad used to compete in New Japan Pro Wrestling but I think I want to try my luck in somewhere like All Elite Wrestling first."
And Michelle looked at her girlfriend Christie and said to her, "Hey babe, can I talk to you for a sec?" and Christie turns to her girlfriend with a smile on her face as she replied,
"You've got me what's up babe?" and Michelle took a deep breath as she said to her girlfriend,
"There is something I need to tell you, because when I found out you were traded to Raw in the superstar Shakeup I was really upset and I struggled to cope on Smackdown without you, so... I turned to alcohol to help me cope and now I can see that my drinking is getting out of control and I need help!"
Then Christie gave her girlfriend a hug and a kiss on her lips as she replied with a smile on her face, "Aww, babe why didn't you tell me? And I will help you stay sober because I will make sure we have bottles of water and soda in the fridge and I will always be here to support you baby because you are not alone and I will help you get through this together!" and Michelle had some tears in her eyes as she gave her girlfriend a hug and said to her,
"Thank you so much babe, I was so scared you were going to leave me but I'm glad you are going to stick with me and help me with my alcohol problem."
The next morning...
The next morning Michelle was still fast asleep when her girlfriend Christie heard her phone ringing with her final straw theme and nudged her girlfriend as she said to her softly, "Hey babe, you should answer your phone as it is ringing." then Michelle slowly groans and blinks her eyes a couple of times before she sits up in her bed and answers her phone as she says sleepily, "hello?" then Cody Rhodes says on the phone,
"Hello is this Michelle Cass I'm speaking to? Sorry if I just woke you up." then Michelle smiles as she replied,
"Yes this is Michelle Cass you are speaking to Cody and I had only just woken up but what did you want?"
And Cody said to Michelle, "well, I knew your mother and father Jacob Cass and Becky lynch and I was calling you because I see you are a free agent along with your girlfriend Christie hemme so how would you guys like to work for AEW?" then Michelle smiled in excitement as she replied,
"Yes, yes of course me and my girlfriend would love to work for AEW and we don't live very far from Jacksonville Florida because my mum and dad live in Tampa Florida!"
Then Cody Rhodes says to Michelle on the phone, "Great, I look forward to seeing you and your girlfriend in Jacksonville for AEW dynamite tonight!" before he hung up the phone and Michelle's girlfriend Christie said to her girlfriend,
"So who was that on the phone babe?" and Michelle looks at Christie with a beaming smile on her face as she replied,
"That was Cody Rhodes and he wants us to come to AEW dynamite tonight in Jacksonville Florida!" and Christie almost tackles her girlfriend Michelle off the bed as she replies with a huge smile on her face,
"I can't believe we are going to be working in AEW after we had just been released by WWE as our first promotion outside of WWE!"
Michelle then struggled to keep her balance on the bed before they both collapsed on the floor with the duvet falling on top of them before Michelle giggled a little as she said to her girlfriend Christie, "I can tell you are just as excited to be working in AEW as I am baby, C'mon let's go and visit my mum and dad and tell them the good news!" before they then got out from under the duvet and placed it back on the bed before they then left for Tampa Florida.
Tampa Florida...
When Michelle and her girlfriend Christie arrived in Tampa Florida Michelle took a deep breath before she knocked on the door of her parent's house and her mother Becky answered the door as she smiled and said, "Hello sweetie this is a nice surprise, what are ye guys doing here we thought you would be on tour with WWE?" and Michelle gave her mum a hug as she said to her,
"Well, we would be on tour with WWE right now mum, but I just didn't feel happy in WWE anymore so I asked for mine and Christie's release which they granted us after my match at WWE SummerSlam, but the reason I came here with Christie was because I have some news to share with you and dad." and Becky returned the hug to her Daughter as she replied with a smile on her face,
"Well come in then, I wouldn't ye or ya girlfriend to catch a cold, I'll fetch ya both something to drink."
And Michelle and her girlfriend walked inside and sat down on the sofa before her father Jacob Cass said to her, "Welcome home pumpkin, I heard from your mother that you got released by WWE and that you had some news you wanted to share with us?" and Michelle smiled as she took the cups of coffee from her mum and gave one to her girlfriend Christie and when everyone was sat down she said,
"Yeah, I do have some news I wanted to share with you and mum dad because Cody Rhodes called me this morning and said that he knew you and mum and offered me and my girlfriend Christie contracts for AEW and we were on our way to Jacksonville Florida for AEW dynamite, but I figured I would stop by and tell you guys the news!"
Then Jacob smiled as he said to his Daughter, "Well that's wonderful news sweetie, and actually we are glad you are here because we have something we want to share with you too!" and Michelle had a nervous look on her face as she replied,
"What's that then dad? Are you and mum getting divorced?" and Jacob laughed as he replied,
"Oh Christ no, me and your mother are not getting divorced, what we wanted to tell you was that we bought you your very own car and it is sitting in our garage waiting for you happy birthday honey!"
Michelle started jumping up and down in excitement before she ran over to her dad and gave him a hug as she said to him with a beaming smile on her face, "Wow, I can't believe you and mum bought me a car for my twentieth birthday this is the best birthday ever! Thank you dad." and Jacob just chuckled before he handed his daughter the keys to her car as he said to her,
"You're welcome sweetie, we knew how much you wanted a car since you were still wrestling in WWE and it's nothing fancy but at least it will get you and your girlfriend to AEW or wherever else you two wrestle for."
Then Michelle went into the garage and saw a blue BMW M3 sitting in the middle of the garage next Jacob's silver Mercedes A class and Michelle got inside the car and turned the key in the ignition and the car roared to life and Michelle's girlfriend came into the garage and sat in the passenger seat next to her girlfriend and gave her a kiss on her lips after they put their seat belts on and said to her, "I absolutely love this car babe! and we are definitely going to be arriving at AEW dynamite in style and when we get home tonight, I might have a surprise of my own for you baby."
And Michelle returned the kiss to her girlfriend and placed her foot on the accelerator as Michelle's mum Becky opened the garage door before Michelle said to her girlfriend Christie, "Well, next stop Jacksonville Florida and AEW dynamite baby and you know what they say whether it's in the streets or in the sheets I'm your girl, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for me on my twentieth birthday babe." before Michelle slowly reversed out the garage as her parent's waved them off before Michelle then put her foot down on the accelerator as they made their way down the road towards Jacksonville Florida.
Jacksonville Florida...
After a few hours of driving Michelle and her girlfriend finally arrived in Jacksonville Florida and they pulled up in the parking lot and Michelle put her foot on the brake and turned the key in the ignition before they undid their seatbelts and got out of the car, as Cody Rhodes came out to greet them and he gave them both a hug as he said, "Hey glad you could make it, and I see you two came to AEW dynamite in style, well maybe not as stylish as your dad but it still a nice car you got there."
And Michelle returned the hug to Cody as she replied with a smile on her face, "Thanks, my dad actually bought me this BMW M3 for my twentieth birthday present and we are both eager to make an impact on AEW dynamite!" then Cody smiled as he said to Michelle and her girlfriend Christie,
"I can see you have your dad's spirit of competition Michelle and we actually have a great idea in mind for your debut here in AEW because I actually pitched to tony Kahn for you to debut at AEW revolution PPV and he thought it would be a great idea because it gives us a few weeks for us to shoot some vignettes to play in the arena hyping up your debut."
Then Michelle had a beaming smile on her face as she said, "That sounds great Cody, just one question if you don't mind me asking but who will I be debuting against at AEW revolution PPV?" and Cody smiled as he replied,
"Well, I already have a good opponent for you in mind at the PPV and you will find out who it is tonight but I think for now I will leave you and your beautiful girlfriend to introduce yourselves to some of the AEW roster." before he then left Michelle and Christie as they made their way inside the arena.
When Michelle and her girlfriend Christie were walking around backstage they saw Kenny omega as he came over to them and shook their hands before he said to Michelle, "Let me be the first to welcome you to AEW, and I heard from Cody that it is your twentieth birthday so happy birthday Michelle and I knew your father Jacob Cass when he came to AEW and he really shook things up around here as one of the greatest AEW world heavyweight champions I had ever seen." and Michelle smiled as she replied,
"Well thank you Kenny, and I wanted to ask you if it was ok if I used the word elite to describe me and my parent's?"
And Kenny omega smiled as he said, "Well, I don't see why you can't use the word elite to describe you and your parent's but let me just clear it with Matt and Nick first." then a stage hand comes over to Michelle and says to her,
"Umm excuse me Ms. Cass they need you to shoot your vignettes now." and Michelle says to the stage hand,
"Thank you, we will be right there." before she turned her attention to Kenny omega as she said to him, "Sorry, but it looks like I have to go and shoot my vignettes so the production crew can play them in the arena over the next few weeks leading up to AEW revolution PPV hyping up my debut." before she then followed the stage hand.
After the vignettes had been shot...
Pac was standing the middle of the ring with pentagon jr and Rey fenix as he said on the mic to the AEW crowd, "Ladies and gentlemen my name is Pac and I am a true bastard and we the death triangle want fresh competition here in AEW, because we are sick of facing the same nobodies week in and week out who don't even bother to gives a challenge!" then Cody Rhodes came out on stage as Jim Ross said on commentary,
"Here comes one member of the elite in Cody and let's hear what he has to say to the death triangle." and Cody said on the mic,
"Pac, I'm gonna stop you right there because I think I have found someone or people I guess would be the better way to put it as they will not only make their in ring debut at AEW revolution but these people will also give the death triangle more than a worthy challenge but you don't need to make my word for it!"
Then a vignette played on the titantron as it showed Michelle sitting on a wall as she looked at the camera and said, "For those of you that know who I am, then I need no introduction but for those of you who don't know who I am allow me to introduce myself because my name is Michelle Kyoshi Cass, and I am the daughter of Jacob Cass and Becky lynch and my family have made a career out of defying expectations and I have accomplished a lot so far from defeating Brock lesnar, the fiend bray wyatt and countless others..." before the video then showed some footage of Michelle in the ring showcasing what she can do before the video ended and Pac laughed in the ring as he said on the mic,
"That's it? that's who you have to go against me some little girl?"
Cody then said on the mic on the stage, "Pac, I should warn you that little girl you are making fun of could possible easily kick your teeth down your throat and like I said before she will be making her in ring debut at AEW revolution and oh I almost forgot not only will she be making her in ring debut at AEW revolution she won't be coming alone!" and he left as Excalibur said on commentary,
"Wow, at AEW revolution we will see the debut of a brand new star as they will take on Pac of the death triangle and this person isn't going to be alone!"
