Hello all! Just wanted to let you know that OC submission is still open, but I have chosen our 4 main characters. I gotta tell ya; I loved all of these characters so much; it was like pulling teeth deciding which to use as main characters. What it all really boiled down to was which ones would be fit in best, and would have room for growth over the series.
Again, I truly loved all of them, and would like to thank you all for submitting!
A special thanks to NaoSa for submitting Johnny Ralomein, who's chipper attitude and persona added the injection of enthusiasm every story needs.
And also to justapercyjacksonfan, who's character Mary's backstory stole my heart to the point where, when I started writting a rough draft of her betrayal scene, I couldn't help but write it so she decided to stay loyal, and from there she went from villain to main character.
Also, a special thanks to an anonymous person I know irl, who gave me the idea for the 3rd main OC (who will be revealed later)
The final OC was one of my own making, who I created to stir up a little bit of conflict and drama in the group.
I haven't decided the name of the story yet, so if you could maybe read the plot idea and give me a few ideas for a title that would be awesome! I'll post another chapter announcing the title of the story asap, but if I could make one request; please at least follow the story. Give it a chance. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get a story off the ground only for it to go nowhere. Follow the new story when I post it. Throw in a comment, even if you don't like the story and want to tell me what to change; just so I know people are actually reading it! I would be so grateful, honestly. I put so much time into writing this plot... it would truly mean the world to me.
Again, the story isn't out yet, but I will post the title of the story here first. It may take a while for the story to actually post, so you might need to refresh the story list a couple of times, but it'll be there.

That story really hit home for me; I have grown up (literally) with Percy; and as silly as it may seem, I can't bring myself to read Trials of Apollo, because I know if I do it'll be over.
My goal with this story, and this series is not to just write another fanfiction; it is to try with all my might to continue on an amazing and wonderful story that took hold of me, and brought me into a world where kids like me, with ADHD and Dyslexia, are heroes, and don't have to feel ashamed or different. I don't want this series, these characters to die. So thank you for participating, for commenting and sending in OCs, and for helping keep this series alive in our hearts.
