Nikita POV:
Daisy, May and I make our way to an abandoned safe house. "We will be safe here. HYDRA raided this compound last year, no one comes by here anymore," May tells us. I nod and we go inside.
"I'll clean your wound, and you need some sleep," Daisy tells me.
"Daisy, I'm fine," I tell her.
"No you aren't," Daisy says. May helps me sit down on the chair.
"I'll take care of her. You were almost beaten to death and just went through terrigenesis. That can't be easy," May tells Daisy. Daisy nods, and walks away. May gets some supplies. I roll up my sleeve, and May comes back with the supplies. I bite my lip to keep from crying out as she cleans my wound.
"Thank you," I tell her. She nods.
"Can I ask you something and will you answer it honestly?" she asks. I nod. "Who are you? I mean who are you really?" she questions.
"It's complicated," I answer.
"You owe me an explanation. I broke you out of HYDRA, and we are all now wanted fugitives," she tells me.
"Okay um, Daisy and I are really from the real world. We are in a...alternate reality, and you were held captive by a psychotic robot named AIDA. Phil Coulson sent us in here to save you," I explain. She stares at me. Suddenly, she steps toward me and pulls a gun and points it at me.
"HYDRA was right. You are plotting to destroy us," May tells me.
"Woah, calm down," I tell her.
"Shut up! Get on your knees!" she says.
"May…." I start.
"I am not going to ask again," she replies loudly. I punch her, and grab the gun, she kicks my legs out from under me, and I fall. We wrestle for the gun, and it goes off twice, waking Daisy up. She comes out on top of me, and roughly wrenches my injured arm to the side. I cry out in pain.
"May stop!" Daisy yells. May fires the gun twice at Daisy, but she deflects them. One of the bullets accidentally hits May. She groans and falls. "What have I done?" Daisy asks. I feel May for a pulse.
"She still has a pulse, we just need to get her to the portal before she bleeds out. I checked, it's not too far from here," I tell Daisy. She helps me to my feet.
"Are you okay?" she asks me. I nod.
"I'll be fine. We need to get going," I tell Daisy. We pick May up, and carry her to the car, and Daisy drives us to the location. We get out and go as fast as we can to the location. Daisy channels her powers and opens the portal. As I'm about to jump in we hear the noises of HYDRA agents.
Daisy POV:
"Nikita, go through. I'll hold them off." I tell Nikita. She shakes her head.
"May needs you. When she wakes up, she'll need to be around people she knows and loves. I'll hold them off," she says. I start to protest, when she says "I'll be right behind you. GO," she says and she turns and fights them off. I manage to push May through, and I yell at Nikita to come through. She manages to make her way up to me, and then looks around.
"Come on Nikita!" I say loudly as the HYDRA agents get closer.
"We both can't make it," she says. She pushes me roughly, so I fall through the portal. The last thing I see before I fall is Nikita being knocked out by the HYDRA agents.
