"Nice work in the last battles, Chrom," Robin remarked as Chrom entered the Sword Wing.

"Thanks, but really, it was all Lucina. I couldn't have done anything without her," The prince said, draping his arm appreciatively over his daughter, who was blushing fiercely.

"Father, really, you were the one who did most of the work. You took them all down while I distracted and did minimal damage," Lucina pointed out. "On top of that, my killing blows are not quite as effective as yours."

Robin nodded, and continued to speak as the father-daughter duo plopped onto the couch in the central room.

"It was amazing watching the two of you fight. The way you moved was as if you could predict each other's movements. You fought as one person, and I have to say, I'm impressed," he noted, before adding "You two might possibly be the best duo in the mansion."

"You think so?" Lucina asked nervously, already seeing the situation go downhill the second Chrom took out his phone, and seemed to add others to a chat.

Chrom has added Cloud, Shulk, Dark Pit, Pit, Marth, Roy, Ike, Lucina, Corrin, Link, Zelda, Palutena and Robin to the Chat.

Chrom: Yo guys.

Corrin: Hello

Dark Pit: What is it? :(

Chrom: Robin said that me and Lucina are the best duo in the mansion :D

Palutena: Better than my two captains?

Dark Pit: I'm not your captain.

Palutena: Stop whining and do your duties.

Chrom: Yes. Better than the two Pits :)

Zelda: Better than me and Link? I'm severely doubtful of it.

Chrom: Well, Robin said we're the best duo so yes, and stop being doubtful.

Lucina: Father please, you can't just tell other people that.

Shulk: Cloud, should I explain it to him?

Cloud: Nah I got this.

Cloud: You know, Chrom, Robin has been lying to you.

Chrom: What?

Cloud: No offense, but most of us know who the best duo is. They've come first in every duo tournament since Brawl and are very experienced fighters.

Roy: Yeah Chrom, and what's even better is that all of us KNOW them.

Chrom: ?

Pit: Are you really that oblivious?

Lucina: Father…

Lucina: I don't like where this is going.

Cloud: And let me mention one more thing…

Cloud: They're lurking in this chat.

Chrom: !

Link: That's right. Those two are some of the only ones who haven't said anything yet

Link: In fact, they're staring at their phones from right across from me and Cloud.

Lucina: …

Lucina: Do you speak of the Hero-King and the Radiant Hero of Legend?

Marth: Finally. Someone noticed that we were here.

Ike: No offense Chrom, but even if you were better than Link and Zelda, you'd only place 2nd.

Marth: That's right. If you really want to find out though, meet us in the training room in 4 min.

Shulk: Looks like someone's going to take a beating…

Cloud: Good Luck Chrom, you'll need it.

Roy: Dang, I just saw them walk in, and they're already practicing pretty harshly.

Chrom: …

Lucina: Well, I say we should go. A little practice can't hurt, can it.

Robin: I just noticed this thing you made and it's hilarious.

Robin: I meant watching Chrom's expression change from boasting to slightly terrified.

Lucina: …

Chrom: …

Roy: Did you take a pic? SEND ME IT

Chrom: ROBIN!

Lucina: Robin just ran out of the room with a photograph in his hand.

Cloud: Oh boy…

Lucina: He made an Arcfire wall to stop father from pursuing him.

Link: … good luck Luci.

Lucina: Thank you. Cloud was right, I'll need luck.

Lucina walked into the training room, just as Marth exchanged a devastating blow to Ike, who simply countered and parried.

Turning and lowering his sword, Marth acknowledged her presence. "Looks like you wanted to see after all."

Chrom, who was currently beside her nodded. "I guess now we find out who the best duo is. You ready Lucina?"

"Yes Father."

Marth turned back to his partner. "Ike?"

"Let's get this over with…"

Roy, who had been sitting on the sideline, stepped up, then acted as the announcer. "Ready? GO!"

Lucina instantly dashed in, and was countered unexpectedly at Marth, who rushed at her with his Shield Breaker technique. Chrom jumped into the fray to support her, but was hit with an Aether to the back.

The force knocked him back, leaving an opening for Marth to outpace Lucina, quickly overtaking her with his upward Dancing Blade combination.

Within the next couple of minutes, both Chrom and Lucina were rendered unable to fight due to their high damage count (165% for Chrom, 136% for Lucina).

"Well, had enough?" Marth asked coyly, twirling Falchion in one hand.

"That… was exhilarating…" Lucina remarked, panting slightly.

"What kind of technique was that even? It was… remarkable…" Chrom asked, mildly confused to how he had lost.

Ike, Marth and Roy shared a grin, Lucina already knowing what to expect.

"No… no way! Lord Marth!" She yelled, understanding the situation completely.

"Should we tell them?" Roy asked the victors.

Ike nodded, and Marth turned to Lucina and Chrom with a devious smirk.

"Yes Lucina…

That technique was the exact same that you and Chrom used earlier today."

Bonus points to anyone who could catch the SSBU reference in the title. It's the name of a particular someone's Classic Mode. - Asheris :D
