Hadrian woke up next day early with a fresh mind sent few owls to some of the people as today he has a meeting with Hogwarts of Board of Governors about the changes that are going to happen in Hogwarts and in the evening it will be known to students as they will be back from Christmas break. He got fresh wearing black leather Jeans with black V-neck t-shirt paired with skin colour overcoat with sports shoe and cloak on that and came down to see Remus and Dora waiting for him.
"Good morning Moony, Dora," Hadrian said and Dora looked up from where she was feeding teddy and whistled loudly causing Hadrian to blush while Remus smirked looking at him.
"Good morning Cub and you look dashing," Moony said and they settled to have breakfast.
"So, Rian what is your today's agenda?" Dora asked.
"Today I have a meeting with Hogwarts Board and after three days we are going to inform about changes to students while they come back from break meanwhile I need to visit Daily Prophet along with Neville, that only will take a whole day," Hadrian replied.
"That is good Cub, I will meet you in the evening at Hogsmead," Remus said.
"Of course Moony, Dora I want you to pass this folder to Amelia and tell her to go through this once before signing it, it is the place we are opening for Wizards and Witches shopping district where the wards will be tighter warded by Goblins and Curse Breakers so that Diagon alley and Knockturn alley will only be available for school supplies while this district will be for their things," Hadrian explained.
"Wow, it is a wonderful idea but whose it was?" Dora asked impressed.
"Well, in summer girls were cribbing about doing shopping in other countries as here there is no separate magical district and us boys decided that if everything went according to our plan then we will open it with help of other Wizards and Witches through donations once it is passed through law as we wanted to seal its the foundation, interior designs were done by me, Luna, Daphne and Theo," Hadrian explained.
"Well, it will have merit, okay I will pass it to Amelia before joining my duty, see you at night," Dora said kissing on his cheek while she pecked Remus's lips and took teddy with her to drop him at Andromeda's house. After that Remus and Hadrian bid goodbye each other and floors ministry and Hogwarts.
Hadrian came out of floo into Headmistress office where along with McGonagall others governors were waiting too and few of them were Neville, Theo, Susan, Daphne and others as they have taken up the seats of their families.
"Good Morning, before we start this meeting I need to do something, I Hadrian James Aries Potter-Black, as the Heir of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin do hereby claim my birthright over the Hogwarts and it surrounding nations where it stands as Sovereign Nation, So In Swear, So Mote It Is," Hadrian called out and immediately a bright light surrounded him while a magical surge went through the castle filling the people inside with happiness, warmth and love which left Minerva and other Governors in awe and jealousy.
"Now that we have taken care of that, let's get onto business, first thing today we are going to discuss is, the Hogwarts was never a part of Ministry so therefore it cannot be controlled by them, now even more so as it's Heir is back, now what goes in this castle is solely my responsibility, next there will be many changes which are going to shock some of you while some of you will be surprised, if you have any objections then you can leave as no one is going to stop you, do you understand?" Hadrian asked but last part was directed mainly to the people who are present there other than his friends knowing they will try to protest as they are going to lose control on the school where the foundation in children's life is going to start.
"Lord Potter-Black, if you don't mind can you tell me one major change that is going to happen at Hogwarts?" One of them asked and Hadrian gave her a small smile seeing at least someone is trying to accept the changes that they are going to feel and see soon enough.
"Well for starters there will be no more houses, the houses will be only up to Quidditch and nothing else, now onwards they will be treated as years, not with houses, only houses will be used for sorting and nothing more," Hadrian announced shocking others and we're met with protests.
"That's enough if you don't want another blood war or another dark lord raising then accept the changer, these houses only divided children into blood purists and even after going from Hogwarts they carrying their hatred which is causing wars and breaking of our world, your generation was given a chance to change the world and you lost it and now it falls into us because we were in the direct line of fire in the war between light and dark and wars this time we are not going to sit on our arses so that we can make this world a better place for future generations," Hadrian snapped at them which made everyone mouth shut while his friend smirked.
After that, they have talked about various topics and concluded on meeting around lunchtime and once everyone left, Hadrian looked around the Headmistress office and sighed before snapping while Filius, Pomona and Minerva were looking at him curiously.
"I'm Tippy Master Hadrian, what can Tippy's be doings," The elf asked and Hadrian smiled fondly before answering.
"Tippy, I want you to bring all the elves into the great hall, as I want to talk with them now please," Hadrian said and Tippy nodded her and head popped away while Hadrian asked other three to follow him to the great hall and by the time they reached every elf was present in the hall.
"Okay, you already know that now I'm the Lord of Castle, I have a few rules for you to follow, before that I want to know who is Head eld here please?" Hadrian asked and he can see an old with wrinkly skin and grey eye as big as golf balls come forward.
"I'm being Clink Master Hadrian I'm head elf here," Clink answered.
"Okay, It is nice meeting you Clink, I want all the names of elves separated as Males and females if they are bonded and had children or not a did they have then I want as a family do you understand by tomorrow morning, can you that for me?" Hadrian asked.
"I'm doing as Master Hadrian asked," Clink replied.
"Good Clink, now onto rules, first you all will wear a uniform with Hogwarts Crest on it, I'm not giving you clothes because it will free you, I will give you money get black slacks with yellow stripes for Male elves while Green colour with gold borders for female elves, the second I want you all to come to me if you think if you have done something wrong or any students try to misbehave with you and you will not punish yourself, third there will be a day off for everyone and you can anytime but inform to Clink before itself and I will not take no for answer, do you understand these rules?" Hadrian asked and they nodded their heads with wide eyes making him laugh internally.
"Next there is going to be a house built according to elves needs where you all will stay which is going to be started by tomorrow morning, next I want you people to clean the castle from top to bottom and if you find any wards or dark artifacts immediately you will inform me, next you will change upper classrooms from sixth floor into single dorms on left side for boys and right side for girls, each floor is for each year that means sixth floor will be for first year students and it goes on from there, I want you to live the decorations bare because once the students arrives the colours will be choosen by them and then you can add it, next fifth floor consists of six classrooms, I want you combine each two into one where one will be setup with floo, next with apparition wards and other will be for portkey, and from first floor to fourth floor classrooms will known to students with subject nameplates so that students can locate it easily and the staffrooms will be on third floor including head of the house rooms as third floor has more classes, ask each staff and decorate according to their needs and wants, also clean Headmistress office completely and remove every headmaster and Headmistress portraits and place them in the classroom opposite to the great hall with the name plate Headmaster's of Hogwarts, place remaining Portraits all over the castle so that they can report to Staff when someone is injured or bullied by other students or any instances,theseinstructions which should be done in three days, do you understand?" Hadrian answered and Clink nodded his head knowing this Matter will treat them with equality and respect and will change the Hogwarts for better while Professors were looking at him in shock and respect.
Hadrian floo into Leaky Cauldron where Neville was waiting for him along with Luna and her father Xenophelius Lovegood as today Quibbler and Daily Prophet are going to work together from now onwards. They walked towards Daily Prophet office in silence and entered inside and walked directly towards Managing Director and Neville Passed him the Authority Papers which were stating their rights on prophet completely which made said director Sutter in shock.
"That's enough Mr Noah Matin, call the staff meeting now and call that bettle bitch Rita Skeeter too," Neville said sternly and he scrambled from his seat and ran outside and within ten minutes everyone was inside the conference room looking nervously at Neville and Hadrian.
"Well that you people are here let me introduce ourselves, I'm Lord Neville Frank Longbottom, This is Lord Hadrian James Aries Potter-Black, She is Luna Lovegood and her father Xenophelius Lovegood, myself and Lord Potter-Black owns 90% of Daily Prophet, so here we are going to take over," Neville said and everyone looked at them in shock and fear.

For next three days, Hadrian visited Hogwarts and Aletheia for finalizing everything and the days passed in a blur and it was the evening where students returned to Hogwarts and He can see how cheerful and happy they looked which made Hadrian happy internally and some of his classmates were curious to see him sitting beside Minerva along with others but they kept their mouth shut. Once everyone was settled food appeared silently in front of them and they had it with hall filling in voices of cheerfulness and happiness, once dinner was finished, Hadrian stood from his place and came to front standing on Dias.
"Good Morning everyone I know you people are curious to see me sitting at the head table in the middle of staff well as I'm no more a student and as Heir of the founders and Lord of the castle I have the right to sit with them, now onto more pressing matter as we had dinner, let's get started if you have a doubt wait till the ending please," Hadrian said and waited until claps died down and then continued his speech.
"New Headmistress is Minerva McGonagall and deputy Headmaster is Professor Filius Flitwick, foremost notice from next term there will be no more House tables or towers as we are restricting them to only Quidditch game where each team will consist of four house members and teams will compete with each other, the sorting will be done but only for the sake of tradition and games and students will have their own dorms that is from the sixth floor onwards your dorms are starting each floor is for each year, next Hogwarts caretaker has been changed and in the place of Argus Flinch, A Squib called Mrs Arabella Figg with help of Ginerva No-Name formerly known as Ginerva Weasley will look after the castle once her sentence in Prison is completed, Forbidden Forest is out of bounds including Shrieking Shack. The staffroom and Head of the house offices are in the third floor," Hadrian said and stopped to see and gauge everyone's reaction and he was satisfied to see everyone was accepting the changer not fully but they are ready to embrace it.
"Now onto curriculum changes, Gryffindor Head of the House is Professor Remus Lupin, Slytherin Head Of the house is Professor Andromeda Tonks neè Black, Ravenclaw Head of the House is Filius Flitwick and Hufflepuff Head of the House is Rowena Ravenclaw. The classes are divided, Muggle studies is complicity for Pure-Bloods and Half-bloods who are raised in our world for first five years taught by Mia White, Wizarding Etiquette, Tradition and Customs by Lord Greengrass for Muggle-borns and Half-bloods raised in muggle world, Divination is cancelled as it seer blood should be in you as it is a rear gift, Transfiguration is taught by Professor Lupin for 1-4 years and Professor McGonagall for 5-7, Charms by Andromeda Tonks and Filius Flitwick, Potions by Professor Emily Jones and Professor Jacob Taylor, defense against Dark arts is going to knons as Defensive and Offensive Magic and taught by Professor Sophia Wright and Professor Daniel Thompson, Herbology is taught by Professor Logan Lewis and Professor Pomona Sprout, Astronomy by Sinistra Aurora and History of Magic is been divided into parts for first three years your are going to learn about everything and other four years you will learn about great personalities and Dark lords of Wizarding World. For electives we have added Music- Muggle by Ella Robinson and Wizarding by Ava Williams, Healing by Lucas Matthew, Warding by Sebastian Clarke, Arthimacy and Ancient Runes by old Professors Septima Vector and Bathsheba Babbling and Care Of Magical Creatures and their traditions and languages by Charlie Weasley. Then there is Duelling club first and the second year on one day, third and fourth year on one day while fifth, sixth and seventh years will have separately taught by Aurors Shacklebot and Tonks for two hours a day and lastly Apparition, Floo and Portkey by Riley White for sixth and seventh years. This about you curriculum, Lastly every student will have full body scan by Healer Poppy Pomfrey and Healer Lucas Matthews without fail and those records will be held under confidential on the first month into school," Hadrian concluded the speech and everyone looked at him in awe and respect after that they were dispersed to rooms and elves decorated the rooms according to students taste.
It has been five years since Battle on Hogwarts ground between Dark Lord and Hadrian Potter, changes happened at Hogwarts and Ministry, there were new laws and policies for every Creature which states that everyone has equal rights, it was five years since Dumbledore, Molly, Ginerva, Ronald and Hermione are punished for crimes they committed against Hadrian. Andromeda and Ted Tonks now live at No 12 Grimmauld place, Remus and Dora live in the cottage where the mini forest is attached to it while the floo to work and come back at night and they together visit Hadrian at Potter Manor alternative weekends. Hadrian and his friends got their Masters in their desired subjects while Hadrian went through training under Minerva who is going to step down from that position this year and is content being only Transfiguration Professor as she realised how she failed in her duties while Blaise trained under Lord Greengrass and Amelia for Cheif Warlock position who is going take up this year along with Hadrian.
Wizarding World changer for better, the shopping district of Britain is known as Sapphire Magical District and known all over Magical Community and it is tightly protected by wards and charms from Muggles as well as from the people who won't a breakthrough it. The Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley is now only placed where school and University supplies are available for students and there was a law passed where a student should complete Affinities test so that they can know what affinities they have and Ollivander needs to prepare custom made wand for everyone without a trace on it which was the huge plus point because it was helping students immensely in yielding their power while they can bring Pets and First years can bring their own brooms. Wizarding Orphanage Liliane Orphanage For Magical Beings was also a huge success on behalf of Hadrian, his family and his friends and it was well known too where other Wizards and Witches comes to see children and adopt them also the adults of a separate team goes twice a month to check on them without their knowledge to make sure the children are being treated properly. Then before three years, there was Wizarding Primary School Nightingale Primary School For Magical Beings, it is looked after by Lady Greengrass, Augusta Longbottom and one of the person as Ministry representative opened for every magical child who turned nine years where they learn basics of Magic, Wizarding world and other core classes which was helping Professors at Hogwarts to teach students and to prevent Muggle-born parents to reveal their world to others, they placed a spell which helps them not reveal anything and with the help of Goblins Ministry could identify Muggle-borns early.
Here Hogwarts was thriving with praise, fame and Popularity in the magical community as Hogwarts education was gaining higher rank and marks in overall magical schools. There was Unity, a strong bond of friendship and companionship between students and Staff stared taking seriousness in the job, while Hadrian is enjoying his life as nephew, godfather, godson, friend, apprentice and mainly boyfriend to most beautiful, intelligent and understanding partner Daphne Greengrass, when and where this was started was unknown to him but once he realised how much he loves her, even without proposing before he took a proposal to Lord Greengrass and once he got permission he asked her to be his girlfriend and now prior to a week he proposed her and she accepted him and now today they are going to get married and once they come back from honeymoon he is going to take up the mantle of Headmaster.
Hadrian knows that there will be many ups and downs in his life but by his wife Daphne and his family beside he can face anything and anyone. The boy who never had a good life is today happiest person on Earth and he is not going to change anything about it.
