So, it's been a while. I am starting to realize it's getting harder to write about people who were either in limited seasons (or never lasted long in general), or people who mainly had isolated storylines. It doesn't just apply for DJ, but a few people who I have written after this chapter as well. Thank you all for reading and supporting. I am debating about whether I should even write Ezekiel or not, or how I would handle it, since he spent 3 seasons as a Gollum.

The 6'5, buff Jamaican male strides his way through the hallway, and into the green screen room, "Hey everyone. It's so nice to see all of you again". He went out of his way to hug every single producer, the camera man, and Josh.

"Wow, I think you're the happiest person we've come across yet," the host commented, as the two stopped their hugs, to sit in their designated seats. "So, I am going to bring out a name for you to talk about, regarding your relationship with them on the show, and since the show. You seem to be doing quite well, and you seem... more confident."

DJ just let out a small laugh, "Yeah, I think getting off that show when I did was perfect, because it caused me to focus on my issues, and to lose my paranoia, as well as working on improving my little confidence. Things have been good, and now I'm willing to look back for nostalgic purposes."

Josh was thrilled, as he got out his photos, "That is brilliant. So we're going to get right into it then. The first person that I want to speak about is Alejandro. As you were probably told, we have interviewed the others in alphabetical order, so we know how he and the others before you feel. What's your thoughts on him?"

He was given Alejandro's picture, and tapped on it softly, "I did not trust him. I did say in the first episode that he was smooth like mama's gravy, but in the back of my mind, I knew something was off, because if you eat too much of mama's gravy, or if the portioning to make that gravy was off by a bit, it's nasty. Alejandro was trying too hard to make a good first impression, and it was weird. What really ticked me off was how he was speaking with Bridgette. Everyone knew that she was nervous from being away from Geoff, and that they didn't have the best foundation. I would tell her to slow down with Alejandro, and that it's not a good look. He did not like that I was protective of Bridgette, and always reminding them about Geoff. Once she was booted, it became clear that something was off. He went out of his way to go after people who were in relationships, and were vulnerable. There were other single women with no ties that he could have went after, but he didn't do that. I told him after Leshawna's boot that he was wrong for what he did, and people are looking at him funny, and I could tell that he hated it, but even he knew that he couldn't fight me in muscle mass."

Josh raised his eyebrow in suspicion, "Alright, but you ended up turning around on him, to the point where he helps you with your animal curse. How did that even come around, if you never really trusted him?"

"Like I mentioned earlier, he goes after people who are vulnerable. I started to stop trusting the producers, because every time we didn't come in last, it was a reward challenge, so the three of us Victory members knew that they were rigging it to boot all of us. In addition to that, I did have that animal curse happening, and I wanted it gone. In Jamaica, there are some evil people who will put curses and voodoo on you, so we take that VERY seriously in my culture. A curse like that caused my father to be put in a mental institution when I was young, so it was NO joke. I wanted it gone, and since he was willing to help me, I was fine with it. Of course he reveals to Tyler in earshot that Irene was a fake remedy, and then screwed with the challenge to boot me. What people don't know is that he was discussing this with producers, and they PUSHED for it. He was so gleeful, and I instantly kicked myself for ignoring my instincts."

Josh remembered something of what he was told, and wanted to get DJ's side, "So when Alejandro was interviewed, he mentioned that you almost got into a fist fight with him, while you all were trapped together while "Revenge of the Island" was filming, and that you have a MUCH darker side to you that he, and many others ignored. What is your response?"

All DJ could do is shake his head, "Not my proudest moment, but I don't regret it. I did confront Alejandro, and we did almost get into a fight. The lead up to this was that he was talking very badly about me after I was eliminated, and of course people who were booted after me told me things. I guess he thought that him and Duncan were friends at a certain point, so he told Duncan about how I was an embarrassment to my mother, who was a druggie in the 80s anyways, and that Chef could have been my father. No matter what Duncan and I go through, he is ALWAYS going to be more loyal to me than he EVER would to Al. He told me everything, and I was pissed off. During the few interviews he did while in the hospital, he continued making personal potshots at me. So when we are stuck on the boat, I was going to confront him. My mama taught me how to be a sweetheart, but she ALSO taught me that you defend your loved ones under any circumstances. Geoff was also pissed off, so we went together to ask him some questions. Even before this, there were moments where the guys would see him walk, but then he pretended in public that he was still injured. He insulted my family IN MY FACE, and then he tried to stand up, so I got shook. I told him that he's just mad because his entire family hates him, he tried to fight me, and I was lunging at him. Duncan knew that Alejandro was going to get beat up, so he took him away."

"Look at DJ getting buck. If only you had that energy throughout your time on the show, you could've been savage," Josh commented, with a little bit of shade. He moved on to grab the next picture, and gave it to him, "So Beth is next. How do you feel about her? I feel like you both competed on the first 2 seasons together, but neither season had you both in the season for a long time."

He looked at Beth's picture with a neutral expression on her face, "I knew that she was a really nice person, but didn't have much experience, and had insecurities due to her looks. When I did get the chance to speak to her, she was really great. No one knows this, but when we were at Playa de Losers, we would practice ballet and baton routines. She also helped me cook a lot, and I spoke to her about living a vegan life. In "Action", she told me about what she wanted to do after the show, and how she wanted to improve her family life. We aren't close friends or whatever, but whenever we did speak, they were always very pleasant, enjoyable, and insightful conversations. It was why I voted for her to win, since I knew she would use the money to better not only her life, but the people around her. Beth invested in herself with it, and she didn't need to compete afterwards. She was for the most part smart with it, despite having to use a lot of it to bail herself and Lindsay out of jail."

Josh quickly moved on, "So Bridgette is next, and I'm gonna let you describe her, before we tell you what we found out."

"Oh gosh," he sighed, before continuing. "Bridgette is amazing. We were both vegans, loved animals, and were both very athletic, so we got along right away. If I remember correctly, she was the first person I befriended, even before Geoff and Duncan. Despite us getting along, I never saw her as a potential love interest or anything like that, but she was more like a little sister, or a good family friend. Geoff was telling me how much he liked Bridgette, and she kind of accidentally revealed that she liked him, so I took it upon myself to help set them up, especially since Geoff kept on blowing it himself. She became his nurse during Boney Island due to my assistance, and I had them partner up in the cooking challenge. I'm a GREAT matchmaker, if I say so myself. I also remember in the merge, we both refused to eat dolphins for the challenge, despite everyone else being pissed off, so it was nice to have that support."

The interviewer was getting bored, and wanted to stir things up, "So why did you vote her out? You voted her out in "Island", when you could have voted out any other girl. You had no loyalties to Gwen, Izzy, or Lindsay, and I know Leshawna and Heather were safe. You also voted her out in "Action" and "World Tour". That doesn't seem like a good friend to me."

"For "Island", Bridgette never made an alliance with me. We've bonded since like Day 1 or 2, and after all that time, she never made an alliance with me, which I found odd. But we knew that she formed an alliance with Gwen and Leshawna. Owen was VERY adamant on not booting Izzy, also no one was threatened by her and Lindsay, since their alliance with Heather was weaker than Gwen/Bridgette/Leshawna. Also, people felt bad for Gwen, after everyone was tricked into booting Trent, and the producers giving Heather that immunity. With "Action", EVERYONE voted them off. There were several times where I would try to strategize with Geoff and Bridgette, and they... refused to engage. Even when they knew that 2 people were going to be booted. For their relationship, I thought it would be best if they left together. And in "World Tour", I booted her since she needed to salvage her relationship with Geoff, and to not screw it up more than she already did. I apologized to her, since I knew how badly she wanted to be able to prove to herself and others as a competitor, but she was losing it. That elimination was the toughest out of the three for me, and there was also pressure by the producers to boot her by the time of the first Aftermaths."

"Really? I never knew they went out of their way to make sure she remained a host for "WT". Anyways, she also said you two fucked for years. What about that?"

DJ froze in his tracks for a bit, before shivering, almost trying to hide, "She admitted that? Geoff AGREED with it, and wanted to watch, so whenever they wanted... I would... come over, and have fun. It did end, since I felt weird about it, and they couldn't handle being in an open relationship. I don't want to talk about it. We did kind of fall out in "Action", due to how she treated Gwen, and I felt like she was aligning with people bullying Gwen, and Bridgette needed to take her issues out on Geoff instead. Just by looking at our social medias, I see her pretty regularly, but the competition was causing the both of us to lose our mental health, and the producers working to make sure Team Victory was wiped out."

Josh just shook his eyebrows, before moving onto the next person, "You don't have to talk much about it, since Bridgette already did, and I'm sure Geoff will spill when it's his turn. Anyways, what do you think about Cody?"

"Honestly, we hung out sometimes, but we were never very close. A lot of our conversations were very surface-level, and I never got a chance to know him on a deeper level. When we teamed up with Owen and Tyler during the first special, he did not trust me at all. Something tells me that it involved what I did to Harold, with Geoff and Duncan. We just never got close like that, but there's no issues."

"Alright, Courtney is the next person up," he moved on, giving DJ the picture of her.

DJ made a distressing noise with his mouth, as he looked at her picture, "We're in a better place now, but we are not friends, and we've never liked one another. I found her to be really bossy, demanding, and mean. Courtney would boss around the Killer Bass a lot, but whenever it was her time to put her money where her mouth is, she almost always failed. I wanted to boot her a lot earlier than she eventually left, but Duncan put the foot down on anyone booting her. Where I lost complete respect for her was in the special, where she claimed that she would let all of us die, so she could get the money. Courtney always takes things too far, and then wonders why no one likes, or feels sorry for her. I'm glad that she was in "Action" while I was out, and we didn't speak in "World Tour". She started blaming me for the drug stuff that Duncan got into, though I was the only one out of the three that didn't do anything, outside of marijuana."

Eyebrows were lifted, and arms were crossed, "So you most likely helped with the marijuana, which lead to the drug ring, that caused Courtney's house to get raided. You're not helping your case here."

"My mom's going to kill me. Anyways, I started growing a lot of herbs for my own, and my mom's recipes. When we got our show, we used our own home-grown herbs. She never went to the actual farms, so there was an area where I used to... grow weed. That's the only thing I did. I gave some to Duncan and Geoff, but because I was still doing my show, and going on tours, I could not maintain the farm, so I let them do it. Things went out of control, and Courtney unfortunately got put in the crossfire."

Josh couldn't help but smile with the next person on the list, "What a perfect lead-in to Duncan, since we just spoke about his ex. Honestly, I am very shocked you two got close, since you both have such different personalities... and morals. You two were good friends in "Island", and things seemed okay from your limited interactions with "Action". How have things been?"

DJ took the picture of Duncan, and looked at it with a focused expression on his face, "Honestly, I was somewhat scared of him just from his appearance. But like people had to learn about not judging me by my appearance, I had to learn that about him, and he's not just an asshole. I was scared of being the first boot, due to not jumping down the cliff, and he stood up for me very quickly, thinking that I was useful. After the first elimination, I thanked him for defending me, and asked him why he did it. He said that he sees a badass deep inside, and found me to be one of the few cool people on the team. We started playing cards and dice after each challenge, and with Geoff, we started doing daily workouts, since Duncan wanted our defined muscles. I knew that there was a lot of trauma that Duncan went through in his life, and he would tell me specifically about a lot of them. Dude's had it rough, and I also came from a rougher atmosphere, so that caused us to bond. I told him A LOT about my mother, my father, and the tough things we had to do, and all of my fears, so he was very supportive of me getting through my fears. Then he helped get me a new bunny, during the blindfolding challenge, after Geoff and I got into it, which showed that even when it wasn't his problem, he's going to go out of his way to protect his friends, and to problem solve. We were cool for the rest of the first season."

"What about the future seasons?"

"Well, I only competed on "Action" with him, since he quit the first episode of "World Tour", and I was booted right before he came back. Even in "Action", we were cool. We teamed up during the Alien challenge, and still hung out a lot on the Screaming Gaffers. I tried to get him to lay off Harold, but it was a bit more deserving this time, since Harold tampered the votes to get Courtney out in the last season. I did tell Duncan that I was stuck in a bad deal with Chef, since he questioned me on waking up really early, and entering the cabin really late. I didn't like his actions during "World Tour", and I let him know that once he arrived at the Aftermath in Hawaii. He got mad at me about it, and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. After the season filmed, it took some months, but we started hanging out again, and I preferred Gwuncan over Duncney. We did fall out once "All-Stars" happened, since I thought it was VERY lame that he was going out of his way to prove that he's bad. Like, we're grown as hell, you've been on 4 seasons, and had several opportunities to change your life."

Josh did recall something happening between those two at that time, "Now that you reminded me, there was a social media battle between the two of you soon after "All-Stars. Run us through that."

DJ grimaced at the memory, "I had no idea that people in prison had access to social media. Apparently he felt a way that I hadn't visited him in prison yet, so he blasted me, and a few other people for being fake, and never being there for him. I responded to him, telling him that no one likes a grown ass man who aspires to be a 14 year old delinquent, especially someone who blew through as much money as possible on nothing, and that he needs to stop being a social media thug. He then said something about "come see about me" or whatever, so I did... We were yelling at the top of our lungs, threw insults at one another, and I told him that I'm going to leave him in there, and not bail him out like I did the last time. We didn't speak for... a few years at that point, even when he came out of prison. He apologized, I apologized, and we've been fine since. I'm glad that he finally matured."

"Most people tend to not have much experience with either Eva or Ezekiel, but you were on a team with both of them, so maybe you will have a bit more experience with them. What do you think?"

"Ezekiel definitely had a lot to learn about people, especially after being the first boot. We spent quite a bit of time together during the "Action" aftermaths, since he was the only person who wasn't irritated with Geoff, and I was there at times with them. He was telling me about how he wanted to improve himself, his life, and he thought that money was going to make him happy. I was happy to see him on "World Tour", and he made a lot of the similar mistakes of ignorance, and focusing on the wrong things, so he got booted again. I never expected that he was going to REFUSE to leave the plane. What happened to him sucked, and while he did bring some of it on himself, the show should have done more to protect him. Eva I didn't vibe with at all, since I found her attitude to be horrible on "Island". It wasn't until the Aftermaths where we started becoming close. She went to me for diet advice, since I am the strongest physically, but had a vegan and strict diet that I abide by. Every once in a while, she would call me for food orders, and how to control her diet. Sometimes, she wants to maintain her curves, while maintaining her muscles and definition."

Josh gave DJ his blond male friend's picture, "So we're going to discuss Geoff. You two were very close friends from the beginning of the show, but it seemed like he was on the outs of the trio of you, him, and Duncan. Take us through a timeline of your relationship with him."

DJ smiled, and then let out a long, exhausted breath, "We really went through it over the years, but that happens when you're good friends. The two of us were not only the tallest men, but the strongest mem on the show, so we instantly cliqued up, and he gave me good vibes. Geoff's just really positive, fun, and a great person to talk to and hang out with. We started working out together, and then he wanted to know how he could get to my definition and size, and I told him to do ballet exercises. Geoff thought I was joking (though he liked it), but he would admit that after meeting Jacques (who has a similar build to me), he knew I was right. Geoff knew that I was close to Bridgette, and often asked me for advice, which I gave him, and I would help them hook up several times. While Geoff is my bro, he had A LOT of shady moments, which was why Duncan, and I to a lesser extent had issues trusting him after a while."

"Do spill. I never got why you all just randomly turned on him. The show kind of just makes it seem like you all were jealous of him," Josh commented, with his little spice of mess on the side.

All he could do was sigh, "One instance was during the blindfold challenge, where I told Geoff to watch my bunny while Duncan and I do the first challenge. Instead of telling me the truth about what happened, he lies over and over again, and when he did tell me, he didn't even admit the full truth of it. I didn't find out the full story until I watched the episodes back during the Aftermaths. Geoff helping Bridgette in the eating challenge at the merge was another weird moment that made people look at him weirdly. There was the episode where Bridgette was voted off, which really did it in for Duncan and Geoff, but I looked at him weirdly as well. When it was time to discuss who to vote off, Owen IMMEDIATELY put his foot down in an aggressive way that Izzy was not getting voted off. While Geoff did defend Bridgette, he didn't put his foot down, and agreed to vote her out. If he just told us upfront that he was never voting for Bridgette, things might have changed, and I think the rest of the guys would have respected his choice more. But he lied about it for no reason. What personally did it for me was during my last episode. Geoff and Duncan knew about my fears of being left alone in the dark, in relation to a traumatic event in my childhood. We go to the washroom together, and he leaves within SECONDS. Are you serious? So I confront him about it, and it was actually worse than what was shown. I realized then that he's a "surface friend" that you keep within an arm's distance."

Josh was kind of shocked with the information, but it made more sense once everything was put together, "That's actually very interesting. It seemed like everyone grouped you three together, and a few people have called you three bullies. Why do you think everyone saw you guys as a unit? And what happened in the succeeding seasons?"

"I do regret some of the moves I made with Duncan and Geoff, and I apologized to the others profusely. When "Action" happened, he didn't want to discuss ANY type of strategy, just like Bridgette, and outside of that, they were too caught up into one another. Once I quit and joined the hotel, I quickly realized that Geoff did not have many friends. We would hang out, and he seemed vey distressed. After his actions on the second Aftermath, and trying to insinuate Gwen and I hooked up, we got into it. Now that I remember, it was a fight night. Gwen and Bridgette argued, I told Bridgette to calm it down, Geoff did not like how I was speaking to her, I responded that he forgot that he was in a relationship, and that he's foul for throwing his friends under the bus. He mentioned something about being pathetic for quitting, and we... actually got into a fist fight."

"WHAT THE FUCK? How come NO ONE mentioned this over the years? We really need to see if there's some archived footage of all this juicy goods."

DJ shook his head, and moaned in embarrassment, "Neither one of us were proud of it, and turned more into a wrestle, instead of a legit fight. I think we just mushed the other's faces, and rolled around on the floor. Since we were the two biggest people, no one wanted to intervene, but it lasted a while. We didn't speak for like a week afterwards, and we made up by the end of "Action". We hung out, and we became really really close... I don't need to get into more details. On the "World Tour" aftermaths, he went out of his way to apologize to everyone, and made things easygoing. We also got A LOT closer once Bridgette went missing, because he was panicked, and was finally opening up about his deepest thoughts, regrets, scares, and traumas. Another issue we had was that he always stayed on the surface with conversations, and never wanted to go deep. He was being vulnerable for the first time, and it was nice to see that other side of him. We have remained close in the years since, and I was a best man (even over Brody, which shocked me) at his wedding last year. I am glad that he got off the drugs/alcohol, and grew up to be a lot more mature. The only other bad point when we were stuck on the yacht, Duncan and Geoff started arguing about their tumultuous friendship, and they demanded that I got involved. He once again felt like I was siding with Duncan, and told me to fuck off, so we argued even more. That instance was still more about Duncan and Geoff."

"I see you're going to leave out that you two were fucking for years, but it's alright..." Josh quickly threw in, before grabbing Gwen's picture, "I was shocked that you two became friends. How did that happen. Like, seriously?"

He had to pause for a bit, and think about it before answering, "Honestly, she reminded me a bit like Duncan, with that they have very hard shells and defense mechanisms, but aren't bad people at all once you got to know them. In "Island", Trent and I hung out quite a bit, just like he did with Geoff, so I would hang out with her by virtue. We both also have single mothers, so we bonded over that pretty quickly. I didn't like how everyone was badgering her in "Action", and it seemed like a way for the others to create contrived drama with her, and I also related to her in that sense, since Chef wanted me to be in an alliance with him, and the producers were desperate with creating drama even when there wasn't any. I always kept her fed, and made sure that she was healthy, since she started losing weight, and getting paler than usual. She saw that I was going downhill on "World Tour", and tried to convince me several times to not quit, but the producers knew what I was doing, and since I quit the last season, they put it in my contract that I wasn't allowed to quit in this season. When I chose her as a model, and for her to wear my clothes in Paris, they saw through it, and kept me anyways."

The interviewer gave DJ a picture of Harold, "So, we are going to move onto the one person you extensively bullied, Harold. Does he still hate your guts? Does he see you as the stereotypical muscle-head, who picks on others who are weaker than him? You really proved your hypocrisy, when you indulged with Geoff and Duncan's BS DJ. You should be ashamed of yourself."

"Hold up, hold on... Harold can dish out as good as he can take, and he knows that, so it's not like he was powerless, and I only joined in with them for one instance, and it was because he was leaving his dirty laundry everywhere, and refused to take accountability for it. Do I think we went too far at times? Yes, but he got the point that we were trying to make. Harold and I actually got along, and I was one of the few people who supported him during the early challenges. Watch the episodes, and you will see it. He's very smart, and has a sass about him that's funny as heck. Despite that, he's also annoying as heck, and he knows it too. We were on the same team for all three seasons we were in, and we got along fine. Since Leshawna and I came from similar backgrounds, he tried to get me to be a matchmaker for them, like I was with Gidgette the season prior, but their situation was way too messy for me to touch on. Very ironic, since he saw Leshawna and Alejandro flirting, and he claimed that he was leaving her alone, so she could come back wanting for more, and claimed that I knew nothing about romance. When we were both booted in that season, we were plotting to sue the producers due to the rigging against Team Victory, which did bring us all closer. I do remember having to mediate between him and Duncan a lot in "Action", since we were the only guys on the team. Harold and I had a lot of fun together, and we're still friends, despite us not hanging out much outside of a few group events."

"Alright, how do you feel about the Queen of Mean?"

DJ took her picture, and didn't have much of an expression, "Well, she wasn't nice. She never went out of her way to be personally mean to me, but I have seen several instances of her treating everyone else really poorly. I found her to be very scary from the moment I saw her arrive on the island, and seeing her shave, as well as having that weird green mask sent me over the edge to be eliminated. We were on the Gaffers together in the next season, and she was still pretty mean and bossy, but you could tell that she was trying to hold it back, which I found it to be kind of funny. She had bigger issues than me on the team, so she never directed much of it to me. I remember hallucinating and passing out, so she slapped me awake, and she kept on doing it even after I was fine, so I did not appreciate that. She stated to conveniently spend a lot of time with me after Leshawna was booted in "World Tour", and people were speculating that they were going to dissolve Team Victory, and that only increased when it was just me. While it was nice for her to spend time with me, and to be nice with me during that point in time, I knew that she was very insincere, since I've had prior experiences of her being insincere, which was only confirmed when she made fun of me for being eliminated an episode later. Don't care for her overall."

Josh saw pictures of Izzy and Justin, and had a confused expression on his face, "I don't recall you having much interaction with either Izzy or Justin over the course of your time on the show. What do you think of them?"

"You're correct, since I didn't have much interaction with them," DJ responded simply. "Justin was mute on the first season, and was booted really early. Izzy and I did have some fun moments on the Aftermaths and Playa de Losers, since we were always booted around the same time as one another in all three seasons. She would help me cook, and we would loosen up together due to her crazy activities. We did bond over different types of alcohol, which was cool. I have been on opposite teams from Justin and Izzy in every time we played together, so I have never gotten a chance to know them very well, and haven't had much chances to interact with either of them since the show. From what I've seen, they're still cool people."

"Alright, we are going to move onto the Luscious Leshawna. What is your experience with her?"

DJ was given her picture to look at, "She's a great person, and I instantly felt comfortable with her. We obviously felt some sort of comradery due to being the only black people on the cast, and we both had a lot of conversations of not wanting to act like any negative black stereotypes, since we knew that the producers would want that from us. Despite that, we didn't spend too much time together, since we were on opposite teams, and had different allegiances in "Island". She was still very protective and motherly over everyone, and she told me to not let my fears rule over my life. We were on the same team for the next 2 seasons, and we did get closer during this time. She made me laugh so many times, whether it was her antics with Harold, her and Gwen playing around, or fighting with Heather. I do remember her coming to me for advice on how to portion-size and diet, so she could lose weight, and I did. It was cool to see her on "World Tour", and how she lost the weight by following my meal plan. Leshawna became VERY paranoid through the season because she, as well as the rest of the team knew that the producers were after us, and her issues with Harold caused her to be all over the place as well. We did team up in the first challenge, and hearing them argue about who slept with who over the seasons was a disaster. She became crankier and bossier, and seeing her lose the challenge by battling Heather was... really tough to watch. She was proud to have moved out of the projects after "Action", and didn't want to give the producers the "aggressive ghetto girl" scene, and she did by... doing that. She needed to go to save her mental health, and to deal with her issues with Harold, but I didn't realize how sad it was until it was just the two of us. I know she regrets how she left the franchise. Whenever I visit Gidgette, I visit her, since she lives near them, and she's had me be a part of a few YouTube videos and podcasts over the years. We are working on a project together, but I'm gonna let her announce it."

Josh was surprised, "I never knew that you and Leshawna were that close, but I guess it makes sense once everything is added up. What do you think about Lindsay?"

"Lindsay I did not get to spend much time with in "Island", despite us lasting for the same amount of time. When she got out of Heather's shell... in Playa de Losers, she was very enjoyable and likable, but that meant she wasn't very likable throughout her time on our first season. She was really one of the people who made Playa de Losers fun. Didn't spend any time with her in "Action", since I was an early boot, and we were on opposite teams. I didn't really get a chance to know her very well until "World Tour", where we were on the same team. Lindsay was the sanest person on the team, so it was nice to speak to someone who wasn't losing their mind every single second, and she was the most focused one out of everyone. When it was just the two of us, we really bonded over people taking our kindness for weaknesses, and with the entire situation of Team Victory. I haven't been so happy in the competition like I was when Lindsay and I finally won that challenge. Seeing her go home next really pained me, since she almost won the challenge, and the judges only did it because they wanted to get a rise out of me to finish their STUPID plot of "my curse". I apologized to her profusely after that happened. We have remained friendly, though we don't see one another too often. I was shocked that they brought her back for "All-Stars", since she was very upfront with wanting to sue the show with the entire team."

"That's nice. Have you interacted with Noah much?"

DJ shook his head, "Not at all to be honest. He was an early boot on his first season, and I didn't speak to him like that once I arrived to Playa de Losers. I spent some time with him and the others in the Aftermath, but his type of humor isn't my type of thing. I only remember him interacting with me due to trying to align with his team after I was the lone person from my team. I kind of see him and Cody as the same, with there being no solid interaction."

Josh shrugged his shoulders, not being surprised at all, "I figured. What are your thoughts on Owen?"

"Ahhhhhh. Owen and I are a lot alike, but we did butt heads quite a bit. From the beginning, we both liked food, are very happy-go-lucky people, who like to please everyone. We really got close during the guys trip, where him and I had to cook and prepare cocktails for everyone, and we also flirted with the female masseuses. He told me about his family situation, and how they didn't come from the most money, so he wanted to win it for them, which I could relate to. We got in the guys alliance, and I remember us hiding in the same place, and we argued about who was going to leave, causing us to collapse from the roof. We argued for that entire day afterwards. He did tell me behind the scenes that he liked Izzy, and wanted me to help him get with her, but it turns out he didn't need it, since Izzy went out of her way to hook up with him in my final episode. Once I started cooking in "Action", he was stuck to me like glue whenever he could. I mean, he tried to stop the limo from leaving because of it. Once my mom and I got our kitchen show, I knew that Owen would want to be a part of it, so we had him be a part of a few episodes, but there was a fallout, since he tried to steal some food from us, and my mom wasn't with it. We made up on the bus ride to the airplane, hence you seeing me calming him down once the season started. I didn't speak to him much since, but that changed once "The Ridonculous Race" happened, and Geoff started bringing him around a lot more. We're good friends."

"Perfect. I forgot to mention them earlier, but what is your opinion on Katie and Sadie? You were on the same team with the both of them in their only season, and you were at the Aftermaths for a decent amount of time on your last two seasons."

Memories were very distant, "Wow, it's been a VERY long time since I've dealt with either of them. Katie and I were actually good friends on the island. We really kicked butt on that Dodgeball challenge, and I was shocked with how athletics she generally was. Sadie was more quiet in comparison, but even we started slowly getting along after Katie left. Apparently she's a huge family person too, and likes cooking. We did have some fun at Playa de Losers, but I didn't want to get in their friendship, and I saw how clingy they were to Justin. I really didn't want to get romantic with anyone on the show."

Josh gave him a side eye, "So, you just admitted to hooking up with the both of them. I guess I can't be shocked, since you hooked up with Gidgette."

"They... I was really, really drunk, and they wanted to try a threesome with someone, but Justin rejected them, and I was the fittest one. Geoff was like "YOU SHOULD TOTALLY DO IT BRO! STOP BEING A MAMA'S BOY, AND ENJOY GETTING SOME GOODIES". Can we just move on from this?"

"Fine with me. What do you think of Sierra?"

"I didn't really interact with her. There was an instance where Mom and I went to a red carpet, and Sierra was trying to get me to bash anyone from the show. My mom was not having it, and told her off. Sierra wrote about this situation in a VERY negative manner, and I had to personally call her to tell her to stop. When the season ended up being filmed, I kept my distance on purpose, because she and my mother started arguing within the media before the season. No opinion on her generally otherwise."

Josh was getting a bit antsy, especially since they were closer to the end, "So we have two more left, and I'm sure you want to finish sooner than later. What is your overall opinion on Trent?"

DJ started to smile, before it went away, "Trent and I were very good friends in "Island", despite none of it being shown. He was one of the most mature people in the cast, and wasn't involved in needless drama, unlike many of them, so we had that similarity. Trent was very relaxed, chilled out, and personable. What people don't know about him is that he's a serious badass. He was telling all of these stories about him being a motorcyclist, and all of the racing competitions we would get into. I think Duncan got secretly jealous, and I don't recall the two of them ever hanging out on the yachy after the reward. We had a VERY good time on the yacht after the guys won the merge challenge. We hung out quite a lot, and always encouraged the best in one another, which continued after we were both eliminated at Playa, and even early in "Action", we teamed up with Gwen and Duncan during the alien challenge. Trent then had his meltdown, and I was dealing with my own issues, so we went our separate ways. Something tells me that he was pissed off at me due to remaining friends with Duncan over everything, and supporting Gwen a lot more than him during the Aftermaths, but she needed someone to defend, and I do think he was wrong. We were friends during the first season, but we weren't close friends. When we see one another, which isn't often, we have fun, but that's it."

"That makes sense. Trent and Duncan got into it PRETTY BAD on social media during the first seasons, so that makes sense why he would distance himself from anyone who sides with the troublemaker. Anyways, Tyler is last. What do you think of him?"

"Tyler and I got along quite well from the beginning. His intense enthusiasm always kept me entertained, despite him injuring himself a lot. We had some decent conversations, and we're also a lot alike with kind of being unconfident, but he's more daring than I was. The issue was... Duncan and Geoff somewhat picked on him, but not to the extent of Harold, but Tyler got annoyed at all of us, since he felt like I enabled it. We hung out more during Playa de Losers, especially as Geoff and Duncan spent more time with their girls, and Lindsay somehow... forgot about Tyler. I remember he was drowning, and I dived in trying to save him, but I started drowning, and he saved me instead. We worked together on the special, and even had a good relationship in "World Tour", especially with Geoff and Duncan not being there. He also asked me advice on how to win over Lindsay, but he didn't need my help. Tyler got REALLY MAD at me for Lindsay getting booted, and some of the stuff he said was out of line. Alejandro in hindsight coached him on what to say, and I found that to be foul. We have kept in touch over the years, but I would be lying if I said that I saw or visited him a whole lot. We have worked out together, as he's wanted me to take part in some activities, but that is it."

Josh quickly moved on to the second last question, "That sounds great. Anyways, have you interacted with anyone from the "Revenge of the Island" or "Pahkitew Island" casts over the years? You weren't on "All-Stars", so you would not have met any of them through there, but some admitted to not have known much (or any) of the younger generations."

DJ's face became a lot more focused, "I remember being a part of the final 4 challenge for the 4th season, and I ended up escaping. In between the challenge, I actually had the chance to speak to everyone from the group. Scott was standoffish and rude, Lightning was actually more talkative and fun than I was expecting, Zoey was... NOT as nice as I was expecting, and Cameron was very friendly. Zoey would later apologize to me, claiming that she was going through a meltdown of some sorts. I would be lying if I said that I met anyone from the other cast. By the time "Pahkitew Island" filmed and aired, I moved on from the show, and was getting myself together. Some of them I did see at Bridgette and Geoff's party they held after "The Ridonculous Race", but I never conversed with them."

"Alright, this is it. What has being on "Total Drama" taught you, and what have you been up to since the years the show ended?"

The strong, tall man was silent for a few minutes, trying to put it into proper words, "I'm trying to figure out the right way to say this... One thing I learned is that reality tv is NOT for me, especially these competition shows. Seeing all of the producer meddling that goes on, and that plays into your already present paranoia and insecurity really did me in. I realized that I had to channel my energy into positive things that will give me fulfilment in life, and while the show in itself brought out the worst traits in me, it gave me the platform to go after the things I desired. I also had to learn how to not judge people based on their looks, since everyone within the show has their own stories that make them the way they are, and most of them do have their sweet spots. Since I finished with "World Tour", my cooking show with mama got cancelled, because I was accused of animal cruelty. Due to all of the hate I got during the airing of that season, I went into intensive therapy, since I had a pretty bad meltdown, and I was deteriorating for a while. They told me that I needed to build a life on my own, so I eventually moved out of my mother's house, and we fell out for some time."

Josh was shocked with the revelation, "Oh my goodness. I never thought there would be a period where you and your mother didn't speak. How did that happen, and have things gotten better?"

"Some stuff was reported on the blogs about everyone, stuff that didn't make it onto the show, and she thought that I wasn't acting god-like. A lot of the stuff reported involved our family history, but also some of the stuff that I didn't want my mom to know about, with what I was doing with my contestants. My therapist also told me that I needed to subside my codependence with her, as it was becoming unhealthy. I moved far away, started as a lowly chef in a Vegan restaurant, and worked my way up. I went to school to be a dietician as well, so I've finally been able to make enough money, connections, and capital to start my own cooking channel, where I combine both careers into one. I am in the process of opening a restaurant, but permits and a bunch of other business stuff has forced things to be delayed for years now. I'm a lot more relaxed and confident now, and the show helped me get there, though I had to hit rock bottom first."

The interviewer went up to give DJ a handshake, before hugging him, "I am glad that you're doing better, and are a lot more equipped now. It was a nice, easy-going interview. You take care of yourself."

DJ went to hug him and all of the other producers, "This was a nice way to recap on our time on the show. Hopefully you all don't chop and screw it up to create these lame narratives. Take care everyone". He soon made his way out of the door with quite ease.
