The next day, as Alex and Sofia went to work, the duet saw Owen and his friend Barry coming at the Hybrid Kingdom, which housed Arya and Lila and was due to open in May 2015. But today, the two young women knew Sage and Cain had something to do. And that something was welcoming two new employees. These two new employees were named Michael Jones and Jason Suares. Masrani had already filled the employees and their families in with the two new male employees. Michael was a white young man in his mid-20s while Jason was a Hispanic man in his late 20s.

On the docks, Sage was standing guard with a kitted-out M4A1 carbine while Cain was next to her holding a sign reading "Michael Jones and Jason Suares". Cain didn't like to do this, but he lost to Sage while the two of them played rock-paper-scissors, which meant Sage was waiting for said Michael Jones and Jason Suares.

Speaking of them, they were in the now-incoming ferry, packing their stuff and preparing to exit the ferry. Once the ferry was docked, Michael and Jason went through the gangplanks until they saw a teenage girl dressed in surplus military clothes and a man wearing a brown attire standing in front of a jeep. The two young men went to the mysterious duet before introducing themselves.

"My name's Michael Jones. And the Latino here is Jason Suares." Michael politely told.

"I know. Name's Cain Dunning by the way. And the grumpy teen there in Sage Grady, daughter to Owen Grady." Cain replied.

Cain then shook Michael and his friend's hand before Sage did. Michael was wondering why Sage had a soldier's attire and a flak vest in addition to her rifle. The teenager then anticipated Michael's question and said, "Here in Jurassic World, anyone who lives there has to know how to handle a gun. And my grandfather served as a US Marine in Vietnam. My grandfather got several awards for bravery and valor."

Jason and his friends were genuinely impressed a girl that young showed such admiration to her grandfather, even if he fought in the most brutal war of the 20th-century in Southeast Asia. But without a further ado, the quartet climbed in the jeep before driving to the Hybrid Kingdom, where they parked. Once there, Sage and the rest of her group exited the jeep and went in the observation room, where they met Owen, Sofia, Barry and Alex observing Arya and Lila playing in their paddock.

There, the group stood watching carefully at the two hybrids when they heard a child giggling. Turning around, Barry, Sofia, Cain, Alex, Owen and the latter's daughter groaned, catching Jason and Michael's attention. Turning their head, the two boys saw why: it was Claire Dearing and her adoptive daughter, now renamed Valentina Dearing, coming inside the room.

"That's bitchy Claire Dearing. She's actually obnoxious towards everyone." Nicholas Letting explained to the newcomers.

Claire and Valentina raised their eyebrows, knowing the workers now hated them more than ever, especially Sage and her father, who rightfully felt Claire had violated their life. But Claire and three-year-old Valentina didn't care, as they only cared about their position in the park. This attitude actually angered Masrani, who had come into the park to appoint Dale Carlson as the new manager of the lab and Wu as the new park operations manager. Valentina stuck her tongue out to Sage, who gave the toddler the finger.

Valentina giggled as Claire put her on the ground. Claire then slapped Sage, showing her true colors to Arya, Lila and their human friends. The two Indominus Rexes felt they no longer were related to Valentina, but to Letting and Kilgore. Michael and Jason now understood why everyone in the park had a caricature of Claire stuck on their dashboard. Sage was however unfazed by Claire's slap, as the teenager was used to experiencing brutality from bullies from her former school firsthand.

"Cwaiwe, may I go pway with Awya and Wiwa, pwease?" Valentina asked with puppy eyes.

"Yes. You can ask anything. Because I'll never refuse giving you anything." Claire replied to the toddler.

"YAY! I'M TWEATED WIKE WITH ABBY AND ZOSS! AND SAZE'S GWANDFATHEW IS A MISCWEANT!" Valentina happily yelled while Sage looked darkly at Valentina.

With that, Valentina ran to the staff door to the paddock under the employees' bored eyes. Claire then gave Sage and her group a conspicuous smirk before watching Valentina run to Arya and Lila. But unlike first time they met the toddler, the two dinosaurs went away, leaving a whinning Valentina behind them. Claire went in the paddock to comfort the toddler under everyone's satisfied gaze. Claire then carried the now-spoiled Valentina back in the observation room. And Valentina was now crying, knowing she had been rejected by nearly everyone and every dinosaur in the park.

Owen and his two friends came out of the paddock while Sofia, Alex, Michael and Jason exited the room and went to their jeeps, which they drove to the Raptor Paddock while Sage walked to the new monorail stop to inspect it. Sage spent a while inspecting the monorail station before riding her bike to the Aviary. Claire and Valentina then walked to the Cretaceous Cruise, where Valentina loudly sung "The Ants go marching one by one.", "Twinkle Little star", "Five little ducks" and numerous baby songs, much to the other people's annoyance. The tourists and staffers were so annoyed they posted negative reviews about Claire on their blog and social networks.

The spoiled tiny princess and Claire then went back home while Sage went home after helping out other employees for menial tasks. The teenager indeed liked to help out the other employees and other employee children during her free time. At home, Sage saw her father and greeted him with a single nod.

"Saw this on the official Facebook account." Owen told his daughter.

Sage saw the tablet her father handed to her and saw many negative reviews all pointing at only one person. Said person was none other than Claire Dearing, the park operations manager. All of these reviews prompted Sage to smirk, as she knew since the beginning Claire wasn't an appropriate person to raise a child.

But Sage also saw a message Masrani recorded with the help of Hoskins, Wu, Carlson, Lowery, Vivian and Ahmed the worker. Said message was actually an improvised press conference in the control room. In the conference, Masrani was actually commenting the footage filmed by the staffers who had filmed the tantrums made by Valentina just to have Claire blackmail honest and good employees. Masrani's comments about Claire were less than flattering, as she was harshly criticized by the CEO himself.

At her house, Claire was watching the footage on Facebook and was now apalled by what she saw about her and Valentina. Claire didn't want to lose her job so she decided to write a letter of resignation to Masrani as well as several other application letters to find a job outside of Jurassic World. Valentina herself didn't want to go away from Jurassic World. But little did they know Masrani already took a decision.

But for now, Masrani himself had to go to sleep and announce his decision for the next morning. His conference was hand-written by himself, with Wu and Dale having corrected him for a more explicit speech.
