The white convertible elegantly flies through the busy outside roads of Los Angeles. It shines from the California sunshine basking on the two in the car. Mazikeen flips her blades to keep time going while Lucifer drives quickly. As she stops flipping her curved blades, she questions, "Did you know that human? You seemed awfully chummy with him, Lucifer."

Lucifer doesn't speak to Mazikeen for only a minute when he focuses only on the road in front of him. He shrugs to say, "It's none of your business who I am with, Maze. It's not like the man was a friend or anything."

"I see, but it seems you know his wife pretty good." Mazikeen says as she once again keeps flipping her blades over her hands. "You must have boned her."

Lucifer smiles as he takes one hand off the wheel to elbow the door and his blonde head. He feels it for a minute hoping that his hair would turn back to his hair color. The Devil sighs as he looks in the mirror then mutters, "Who wouldn't want to bone that lovely Mrs. Penelope Decker?"

Mazikeen does not laugh at Lucifer's cheeky comment. Feeling a bit uncomfortable, Lucifer steps on the gas pedal harder to get to wherever they need to go. Then he pops a question while still driving, "So where is my brother?"

"Oh like you don't have some angel magnetic thing." Mazikeen says mockingly as she adds, "Gabriel is living in the LA slums living like a crybaby."

"Interesting, Miss Mazikeen." Lucifer smiles, "It's like Amenadiel and Gabriel are two of a kind."

Mazikeen looks at Lucifer with a confused look. She wonders, "You are acting strange, my king. You do realize you killed that idiot in Hell, right?"

"So I have been told by the bartender." Lucifer gives a quick nod. "Amenadiel may have been a self-righteous dick, but he's changed."

Mazikeen shakes her head as she doesn't get it. She yells, "You killed your freaking brother for crying out loud. He isn't alive!"

"Neither should Gabriel be in the slums with humans of all things." Lucifer mutters quietly to himself so that Mazikeen doesn't hear. The Devil and demon finally make it to the worst part of LA where only criminals and poor live.

They both get out of the car. Mazikeen adjusts her mask before they start to walk to the gray brick building sitting in front of them. It looked like no one was there at all due to no lights along with the grass being tall and dead. A stray dog barks in the distance when Lucifer and Mazikeen go inside the dirty apartment building. There was shouting going from all over the place along with one side of the wall shaking. A woman was yelling, "Oh yes, give me some more!"

"Ooh, she's having a fun time!" Lucifer smiles as they pass by.

Mazikeen rolls her eyes as she seems to not have any tolerance. She walks upstairs while Lucifer walks closely behind. She looks in behind her as they get near the second floor. The demon whispers, "I must warn you. Gabriel is more ruthless after your Father's death."

"Lovely." Lucifer says sarcastically but with a smile.

They open the door and see a man crouching in the corner of the apartment. He was shaking all over. Then he stops as he hears footsteps coming in from his room entrance. The quivering man shouts, "Out, serpent! I can't deal with you now."

"Serpent? Who's that?" Lucifer asks curiously.

"He means you, coward." Mazikeen points out.

Gabriel looks at Lucifer with such hate as he yells, "I blame you for our Father's death, Prince of Liars!"

"Oh really? We're really going with that?" Lucifer laughs as he says with a frown, "Then I must say that you are really giving me too much credit, brother."

Then he adds as he takes a step closer to Gabriel, "As I stand here though, you seem a bit more off then usual, Gabriel."

"I am not. I just am having a mental breakdown." Gabriel says as he tries to stand up.

Lucifer just stands there as Gabriel falls back down again. Then the Devil says, "Well that maybe, but you have certainly gone downhill. Last time I heard, you were still in the Silver City listening to Cassiel's annoying singing."

"No brother, you are wrong." Gabriel says as he brushes his dark brown hair back with a hand. "I may have blown my horn with Cassiel for our own amusement, but I have lived too long with the humans."

"Indeed you have." Lucifer says. "Not in the fun way though."

Mazikeen laughs while Gabriel reluctantly stands up to look at his devilish brother. He asks, "Since when did you have anything towards our Father's creation?"

"Since I took a vacation to LA." Lucifer replies quickly.

Gabriel only nods as Mazikeen walks right in front of Lucifer to say, "We should leave this dog behind. He's no use to us."

"In due time, Maze." Lucifer says. Then he crouches to Gabriel's fallen level and asks, "Tell me, brother, why is it that an angel such as yourself got here in the first place? What did you truly desire?"

Gabriel looks into his brother's blue eyes as he hesitantly says, "I-I wanted to redeem myself, but everything happened so quick. Metatron kicked me out for no reason."

"Oh our brother of a scribe told you to hightail it out of the Silver City, didn't he?" Lucifer smiles as he questions, "Do you know if he is the reason I am here with a different appearance and why everything is different? Like is anyone of our angelic siblings the reason why I am in a different universe?"

Gabriel loses his trance with Lucifer's mojo and says, "I had nothing to do with that. No angel has that type of power... n-not even an archangel."

Lucifer sighs as he gets back up again. He walks away from the fallen angel quivering on the dirty floor. The Devil slightly tilts his head down at Gabriel and says, "You were once a pure angel, brother, but I need what I want."

Gabriel shakes his head and laughs maniacally, "No you can't get whatever you want, you serpent! Never! I'll die like Amenadiel if that's what it takes. I am telling you the truth."

Lucifer gets a serious face as he stares into Gabriel's sweaty face. He then smiles as his whole face turns to scarred red. His eyes glow red as he says with a grumble, "You may be telling the truth, Gabriel, but that doesn't mean I don't get to punish you here and now."

"What I don't need punished! Please no!" Gabriel screams as Lucifer shoves his hands on the fallen angel's shoulders. Gabriel closes his wide eyes as he hears the crunch of his shoulder blades breaking from Lucifer's strength. Maze smiles as she sees her ex-ruler bringing Hell to once fair Gabriel.
