9. AN: An update

Hey. It's been a while, hasn't it?

Sorry I haven't exactly been keeping up with the updates. After going back and redoing the chapters, I decided this wasn't where I wanted things to go, so I decided to completely rewrite the story. It's something I've talked about quite a bit on the Super Smash Prose discord server (join code is gDK48ua, would highly recommend joining if you enjoy smash fanfiction, I'm on there quite often), but for those of you who aren't on there, I apologize for the radio silence.

I know it's taken a whole year for me to say something, but life's been quite hectic for me (2020 and all that jazz), so it's taken some time for me to actually get down something solid for that rewrite of mine. It should be out now, so I'm afraid I'll have to leave this one behind for now. I can promise that it won't be drastically different from the old version, aside from some major improvements in my writing skill, so if you enjoyed the ride, you'll probably like the rewrite. This story isn't going anywhere, if anyone was wondering, but I'm not going to be updating it either.

That's pretty much all I wanted to say regarding the story. It's not like the other story of mine that I've had to rewrite, where the characters and tone were all over the place, more like I got off to a rather poor start, so I wanted to go back and shake things up.
