Outside Montpelier, there is some construction happening and there have been some volunteering work made and the Police Department has made plans to help with some assistance. Chief Daniel sent a few officers, Deputy Kathrin Cathworth, Chief Inspector Edward Gilligan and Inspector Carmelita Fox. Carmelita decided to bring William along because he really wanted to see what it was like working for a construction company. The workers were working near a cliff face and were helping with the demolition and gaining the material that fall from said cliff.

"Wow, these explosives sure are powerful." Said one officer.

"I'd say." Replied another, "I would love to set one alight and help with the construction workers."

Then the Deputy walked up. Kathrin had a tall, slim figure. She had long black with a platinum blonde highlight.

"Well, it's best if you don't mess with them, dynamite today might be automatic with the work of remote but there is some that still have their fuse just in case the remote detonation happens to fail or if they happen to run out of the automated stuff." Pronounced Kathrin, "That is also the reason why the foreman wants us here, just in case there happens to be any crooks that steal the fused dynamite."

"OK Deputy Cathworth." Both officers said in unison.

On the other side of the site, Edward & Carmelita were overlooking the tools with William talking with the workers as they were on break.

"Wow." One worker said after listening to one of William's stories, "You must be famous because of you being the younger brother of the worlds greatest Inspector."

"Yeah." William replied. "But today, Carmelita was in a bit of a bad mood. She slept in, thus causing her to be late. And to makes things worse, the car broke down and now she has to be brought here despite her protests. But hey, she's being a part of one of the biggest projects in Montpelier history."

The worker replied to William with a very optimistic, "You can say that again." Just before break was over, "Oh, that's the break over. When I get back, you can tell me more about you're stories. Remember to call out Roger and I'll come and meet up with you."

William waved goodbye to his new friend until he noticed something strange in the cliff. There was an opening that he could fit through and there was a glistening lighting producing from the hole. He walked up and went through the hole. The hole turned into a hallway. There were multiple halls branching out and William was curious. He checked through all branched caves until he saw something that was so big, he wouldn't believe his eyes. A fossil. William went up and saw that the giant fossil was of a Plesiosaur, a long extinct dinosaur that lived in the waters. He walked up to it until he heard some yelling.

"WILLIAM, WHERE ARE YOU!" William knew that it was Carmelita yelling on him. He went out of the cavern and ran towards his sister to see that she was not one bit happy.

"Where were you?!" Carmelita blurted, "One moment I saw you talking to that construction worker and the next moment, you're gone!"

William was about to explain what he was doing, "I saw something and…"

"William, I had an awful day. First, I slept in. Then you and Demi finished off the cereal. After that, the car stalled. NOW, I had to go here, and I had to bring you because it was your dream. Just leave it and please, give me some rest." Carmelita interrupted. This brought William aback.

William never heard his sister be this cross with him. He knew that her day was awful, but she would never interrupt anyone. Carmelita called Demi later on and when she came to pick up William, she noticed that he looked sad.

"Hey, bro. What's the matter?" Demi questioned.

"I saw something important and Carmelita shut me off before I can say what it was." William answered, feeling like he was about to cry, "Carmelita would never shut me up."

"That's weird but look. Carmelita just had an awful day." Demi replied with an optimistic tone, "She'll let you explain when she feels better the next day."

William began to feel a bit better as Demi drove off and headed back home. But things would be worse once Demi turned on the news.

"In other news. In Montpelier, Vermont, a giant fossil has been found." The news reporter said.

William looked in disbelief.

"The giant fossil," The reporter continued, "has been discovered just in the cliff where construction of a new housing estate has been planned. The fossil has been discovered by Inspector Carmelita Fox after she found a cave entrance that was made after it was widened thanks to some explosions."

William was standing in the middle of the room looking like he was about to punch a wall, "Carmelita found the thing I found."

Demi turned around looking puzzled, "What?"

William then explained, "Remember what I told you back in the construction yard with why Carmelita shut me up on. That was what I was going to tell her about but she just told me to be quite and called you pick me up."

Demi was in disbelief, "Are you sure that you found it first? Are you certain that you're telling the truth?"

"Of course I'm telling the truth!" William yelled, "I found that hole when it was large enough for me it fit through. And if I was lying, I would've been stuttering and begin to feel nervous."

Demi felt sorry for William after he admitted it. "Don't worry about it. I'm certain this would be a redeeming quality for Carmelita since her day was absolutely awful."

William felt a bit happy because he knew he can't make his sister's day worse.

The next day came and news reporters were everywhere waiting for Carmelita to arrive as 'her find' was being transported to the big museum in Washington DC. William decided to come to the site to meet up with Roger again. Edward was now keeping an eye on the dynamite.

"Hey, William." Roger greeted William with upmost happiness. "Have you got any stories to tell me today."

William decided to tell Roger about what he found yesterday and that Carmelita got all the credit.

"That's not good. Are you sure that it's wrong to steal credit for other people's work?" Roger was a bit concerned because he witnessed William enter the hole yesterday and thus, he would be the easiest to convince and be on his side.

"Don't worry about it." William said, "Carmelita had a bad day and I think she needs a happy moment."

And as the two were laughing over it, the worst came.

"THE DYNAMITE HAS BEEN LIT!" Chief Inspector Edward yelled at the top of his lungs. "Some vandal snuck past the news reporters and lit a stick of dynamite while I was talking to the foreman. To make matters worse, he dropped the stick in to box, igniting the rest of the dynamite."

"We need to get this out of here." Roger said with a huge amount of distress.

"Give me the box Edward." William blurted, "I can hold the box handles without them digging into my fingers since I have robot ones."

"Well be fast." Edward replied handing William the box.

William & Roger ran like Olympic athletes and headed fast to the cave that the fossil was found. The two were scared but they knew that the other workers will be safe. But unbeknownst to William, Carmelita had just arrived and was just about to talk to the news reporters until she saw him running the box of lit dynamite towards Roger. This made Carmelita's blood boil, seeing her brother beginning to break the law and kill someone. She walked past the reporters and headed straight towards her brother. Roger soon moved out of the way and William let go of the box and when it landed into the cave.

BOOM

William had saved many lives, and Roger was clapping him for his heroic deed. Roger walked to the rest of the workers to inform what happened and William saw Carmelita walking towards him.

"Oh. Hey sis." William said, not noticing that Carmelita was clenching her fist "I think you just saw what I did. It was fantastic!"

Then, the worst happened. Carmelita took off her glove, raised her hand and then… Slap.

"AGHHHHH!" William yelled in pain. This caught the attention of Roger and everyone in the site.

"What the hell is wrong with you!" Carmelita yelled angerly, "I saw you running with a full box of dynamite. LIT DYNAMITE! And you were running towards that worker and I noticed how worried he was. Do you know that you were going to KILL SOMEONE!"

William was scared, "I did it because…"

"SHUT UP!" Carmelita butted in, "I saw it happen! I want you out of this site and I will be speaking with my boss about all of this! You are a pain in my backside! JUST LEAVE!"

William was horrified and ran away crying. Roger and the rest of the construction crew witnessed the whole thing. Their faces went from shear shock, to down right anger. During the interview, one of the workers scratched her car and it said, "LAIR." Some even gave her dirty looks, but she thought nothing of it.

At the house, Demi was at April & Spencer's and William was alone. He was beginning to feel so angry, that he would explode. He took out a suitcase, packed in some of his stuff and wrote a note for Demi. After all was done, he left. Hours passed and Demi returned home to see that William was not there. And then, she noticed the note. She read it and when she finished, she began to cry. But the tears did not last, as then she turned on the news, she began to feel her blood boil and was about to knock someone out cold.

Carmelita returned home late because she had to get rid of the scratch made to her car. She was still mad because of William's 'stunt' but soon her cross expression would soon change when she opened the door, to be greeted by Demi slapping her hard to the floor, almost knocking her out.

"READ THIS NOTE!" Demi yelled so loud that it must've caught the neighbours attention. Carmelita looked at her sister and was almost in fear. She never saw Demi this mad before.

"D-D-Demi. What's wrong?" Carmelita was stuttering.

"Let me see what's wrong!" Demi said sarcastically, "You're the reason of what's wrong!"

"W-w-w-what do you mean?" Carmelita began to get more and more scared.

"Let me read this note for you!" Demi began to read the note. "To Demi. If you're reading this, I shall tell you that what I did at the construction site today was seen as heroic. Someone has set the fused dynamite alight and I had to run with Roger guiding me. Carmelita on the other hand witnessed it and thought I was going to kill him. By the time you've read this, I will be gone. Away from my sister."

Carmelita began to look sad until Demi yelled more.

"He even took a picture. There's claw marks on him! You slapped him with your gloves off! Also, I got a call from this Roger fellow after reading this and he and the rest of the construction workers saw what you did to him. Even the Chief Inspector saw what you did. He reported you to the Chief and informed that you're on a month-long suspension for abuse against civilians! To make matters worse, yesterday, William told me about the fossil that HE found. You shut him up because of your bad day. You took all the credit, but both me and him brushed it over. But now, it's clear that you don't deserve all that credit. Now look what you done! William, our brother. Our adoptive brother is leaving Montpelier, and it's your fault."

Carmelita began to form tears in her eyes. "What have I done?" She whispered, "I'm a monster."

Demi saw her sister cry and she decided to sit down beside her.

"There there." Demi said, comforting her older twin, "I think I might know where William is off to."

"Where?" The older twin sobbed.

"The bus depot." Demi answered, "It's 6:12pm, the last bus to leave the city doesn't leave until 6:25pm. We gotta get there, quickly."

Demi & Carmelita drove off to the bus depot hastily. When they finally arrived, it was 6:21pm and they managed to see William in the waiting booth bawling his eyes out.

"William!" Demi yelled.

William looked up to see his sister waiting and looking like she was about to cry. William got up until he saw Carmelita standing behind Demi.

"Why did you bring her?" William asked crossly.

"William." Carmelita spoke, "Listen to me…"

William wouldn't have any of it, "No. You listen! I don't want to be near you. You've treated me like trash throughout the past 2 days! I saved lives today but thought I was going to kill someone. I knew you would have a black and white look on all crooks but now I know that you have the same views on normal people. Even me."

"William, you're my brother." Carmelita said sadly.

"I'm not your brother!" William shouted coldly, "I don't look like you or Demi! You ran over my hands back in February after that severe accident. You adopted me because you were sorry over the whole thing. But now, you treat me like. Like. LIKE!"

Before William could finish the sentence, he fell onto his knees and cried hard. Carmelita walked up to him, kneeled to his level and hugged him.

"William." Carmelita whispered, "I'm sorry. I didn't know that you saved people's lives. I didn't know that you discovered that fossil. What was I thinking of slapping you? You're my brother. Demi told me everything. And I think that I deserved getting suspended from the police for what I did. I hope you can forgive me."

William kept crying but he looked up and said quietly, "I forgive you." And laid his head on Carmelita's shoulder.

The next day, Carmelita got on her phone and informed the museum owner at Washington DC and told him everything. The curator made the decision of removing Carmelita's name and photo from the exhibit and will replace it with William's. Soon, Demi came down the stairs.

"So, that's that sorted." The older twin said, "Is William still asleep?"

"Yeah." Answered the younger twin, "I just hope that he'll now be famous with his find in the Smithsonian."

Carmelita soon began to feel happy for her little brother as he's now become the kid who found the Montpelier Plesiosaur.
