(Start of Story/Author Notes)
Well guys, here's Chapter 11 of this wonderful fanfic of mine. Victor's gonna dream of the Chaos Gods from Warhammer and experience their respective powers along with being given a respective power up from each of them. He really doesn't need it, but it's best to have it to power flex on the Yokai in Japan purely for the hell of it and to remind them of their place in the Cosmic Pecking Order (They should be lucky that it ain't Mr. Popo from Dragon Ball Abridged giving them the reminder).
Also, there's gonna be an exploration of the past history of the Holy Moonlight Sword so there's gonna be some elements from Demon's Souls and Dark Souls in this chapter. Why? I found the idea to be interesting and it's just me making an attempt to connect the Soulsborne games together. Besides, all the games have something to do with gaining power from Souls and using Blood pretty much gives you a deeper connection to the Souls.
As a certain Nazi Catboy from a certain anime about Vampires once said. "Blood is the currency of the soul, the vehicle of life. Having blood offered is a very different experience than taking it."
Warning: This chapter has Warhammer overtones and Slaanesh of all things. If you can't handle either then get the hell outta dodge. For those who stay however, y'all are a bunch of madlads who should probably take a freezing cold shower due to said Slaanesh.
Anyway, time to start the story!
Chapter 11: Visions of Chaos
Warpspace/Immaterium
Victor was dreaming again, only this time he wasn't dreaming of the Workshop or his time in Yharnam.
In this dream, he found himself floating around in an odd space of sorts.
The odd space itself was constantly warping and shifting, behaving like a never ending storm of pure energy and madness itself.
He was surprised he wasn't torn apart by the ever shifting space, but then again he was a Great One so maybe that was the reason why nothing bad had happened to him yet.
Just then, an odd light of blood red, black and brass opened up and enveloped him.
The Brass Citadel, The Blood God's Domain
The light violently shot Victor out into what appeared to be the lower level of a Citadel of sorts.
However, this was no ordinary Citadel.
It was a hellish and hot looking landscape. The walls were jagged looking and covered in a thick rusted crust of blood, jagged spines of rock were everywhere and the ground was littered with the skulls of humans and strange looking beasts.
Eight blood covered iron pillars seem to hold up the weight of the building although Victor could not see what was above him as the ceiling was covered in an Ebon gloom.
The only liquid around was blood and it appeared to boil and sizzle every now and then.
What made this place worse looking was the countless amounts of daemonic looking creatures and abominations fighting amongst one another or roaring randomly and glaring hatefully at each other.
Some of them spotted the Good Hunter and glared at him hatefully.
They charged at him in a combined attack.
They all fell before his Saw Cleaver.
As the slaughter caught the attention of the other daemon creatures and abominations they roared and glared at him full of hate and malice in their entire beings.
However, as he readied himself for another attack. A growl of endless fury and bloodlust echoed across the chamber and the Daemons forgo their combined fury and hate upon the Hunter and bowed out of loyalty and reverence.
There, sitting on a giant twisted brass throne atop a mountain of skulls was broad and muscular looking humanoid. Victor was unsure how tall it was, but he could guess it stood around a hundred feet or so more. It had the face of a snarling and savage dog, although Victor couldn't see its face as its twisted looking features were all but hidden by a baroque helm decorated with human skulls.
The daemonic being's physique was exaggerated even further as it was wearing heavy, overlapping plates of armor fashioned from brass and blackened iron.
Oh, and at its side was one huge ass looking two-handed sword that, from his Insight, looked like it could do more than just destroy mountains.
The Daemon stared at the Good Hunter with simmering rage in its glowing reddish eyes, but there was also some amusement and pride. Almost as if it approved of the carnage before it.
It then spoke in a deep guttural and angry tone.
"So, this is the upstart Chaos God that's got everyone to be panicking like simpering Chaos Spawn?" It questioned as it glared at Victor curiously before continuing. "Bah! It matters nothing to me! Unlike that degenerate brat of a whore Slaanesh you at least seem to understand the thrill of the battle and the carnage and bloodletting that follows after!"
The Daemon soon manifested a red orb full of Rage and Bloodlust from its left hand and pointed it towards Victor. "I grant you the Gift of Will! Know this boy! When you brutally rip apart the bodies of enemies and innocents with your blade and watch the blood drain from their corpses! Know that I Khorne, the Blood God, Lord of Murder and Chaos God of War will be watching! I care not from where the blood flows only that it is flown! DO NOT DISAPPOINT ME!"
The red orb flew violently towards Victor and it enveloped him in an Aura of Rage and Bloodlust that made him roar out of primal rage.
He then proceeded to violently slaughter the Daemons and Abominations that were standing around aimlessly until all of them remembered their instincts and charged at him, roaring hatefully full of rage and bloodlust in their entire bodies.
Despite looking like the battle of slaughter and carnage would go on forever, an odd light of blue and gold soon enveloped the Good Hunter and he disappeared. Leaving a bunch of confused Daemons until they went back to battling and roaring hatefully at each other.
Meanwhile, Khorne just roared furiously and laughed menacingly, causing the volcanoes in his domain to erupt and darken the sky with soot and black ash.
The Impossible Fortress, Crystal Labyrinth, Realm of the Sorcerer
The light shot out a now calm Victor into what looked like the most bizarre and outlandish looking Labyrinth of all time.
The walls were an ever shifting color of blue, gold and iridescent rainbow. The walls themselves shifted and changed into random pathways and doors that open and closed slowly or quickly without any alert of sorts.
All in All, it looked like something that would surely drive anybody else mad from frustration or insanity.
Fortunately, Victor wasn't those types of people.
He walked along an opened pathway that twisted and turned for every glittering shattered step of the way and it seemed to involve solving puzzles and participating in battles of wit with giant chess pieces along with a large bird-like Daemon that dressed like a Wizard.
To Victor, it seemed like he was walking along the pathway for hours on end, but he was able to find a way to the center of the Labyrinth.
There, he found himself staring at a large peculiar looking Fortress. It looked to be a jumbled pile of twisted crystal spires and towers of blue and pink flames that writhed and burst from what appeared to be the core of the odd Fortress.
They seemed to shimmer and disappear, only to be constantly replaced by more new and more maddening looking architecture.
If the Good Hunter was a normal man, the ever changing architecture of the Fortress would have driven him to instant insanity.
However instead, it just gave him a fucking headache from looking at the damn thing.
Sighing, he wondered how he could get in since it didn't look like there were any bridges that connected to the Fortress.
Suddenly, he felt himself be teleported into the Fortress and appeared in what looked like a Library.
The Library itself was quite odd, the walls were constantly folding and unfolding as if they were alive. Despite the oddity, the space was quite vast as there appeared to be a countless number of books, scrolls and parchments bound with what appeared to be chains of magical fire.
Oh, and the vast collection of knowledge seemed to be tended to by a bunch of Pink and Blue looking Daemons of discernible form. The pink ones were chatting happily with one another as they did their jobs while the blue ones argued amongst themselves and were being quite petty to one another.
Some of the odd looking Daemons spotted Victor, but they either paid him no mind and muttered grumpily or waved their hands at him and made screeches of happy, cheerful insanity.
Victor had a feeling that these things would leave him alone unless he provoked them in some way or another.
Soon, a large smoke mist of crackling energy and various colors filled the room. It crackled and shifted between blue, gold and various rainbows that glowed and darkened at the same time.
Victor was suspicious of the ever changing and constantly shifting energy while the Pink and Blue looking Daemons stopped what they were doing and either shouted in ecstatic insanity or bowed in reverence.
He had a feeling that these things knew what the colored smoke was.
The colored smoke soon stopped and began to form into a giant daemon whose appearance was quite the sight to behold.
Its head and torso looked like they were fused into one being, great looking horns rose from the shoulders, and its skin crawled with leering faces that muttered and repeated everything that they said many thousand times over. Its eyes were large black orbs that shined and sparkled like the endless depths of space and the brow seemed to be furrowed almost as if the daemon was thinking and brooding over an unsolved puzzle.
Oh, and the remaining amount of smoke and mist curled around the daemon like a multiple rainbow color of serpents.
The Daemon looked at Victor with a raised eyebrow and its emotions constantly changed to and from confusion, intrigue, curiosity and excitement.
Then, the Daemon began to speak. Its voice contradicting and rather trollish at the same time.
"Well, Well, Well, look who finally made it to my library. Or have you always been here the entire time?" The daemon said with a large smile on its face as Victor began to think that this indecisive mollusk of a Great One was trying to get a rise out of him. "Oh well it doesn't matter if you've always been here or never were here to begin with. The point is that your little kid self needs a booster seat from the adults to step on some sun burned crow with control issues and feel like such a big man in front of some nature daemon rejects. HAHAHAHA!"
Victor was really tempted to run his Saw Cleaver through this Great One reject. It was starting to piss him off with its nonsensical and indecisive bullshit ramblings.
"Now before you go mad and break this place that may have been broken in the first place or was never fixed at all. I'm supposed to give you a power up gift like that rage addicted bull buffoon Khorne. What are gifts and power ups anyway? Are we even existing in the first place? Is this library real at all or just a dream?"
Soon, a blue orb manifested from the daemon's left hand and pointed it towards Victor. "Well here you go junior! The Gift of Knowledge! Enjoy using all forms of Arcane Magic and possibly have peace in your financial stability! Although what is financial stability to begin with? Is it really stable if it goes into instability from time to time? Well either way. Know that I Tzeentch! The Raven God, Changer of Ways, the Great Conspirator, Architect of Fate and Chaos God of Magic have your best interests at heart and have already planned out you succeeding against that sunburned crow! Just don't expect me to help out with that silly little human game called the Stock Market because I will make it as confusing and complex as possible….BOOP!"
With the sudden boop, the blue orb absorbed into Victor. Granting him easier access to all forms of Arcane Magic and possibly making his financial stability easier and more secure. Only time would tell if the Good Hunter would use his new knowledge to play the Stock Market and score big.
As Victor contemplated on his newfound knowledge and shot out random bursts of magical energy. An odd light of putrid brown and bilious green enveloped him and he disappeared once again.
Meanwhile, Tzeentch just laughed and went back to his plots and schemes. Already planning for the Good Hunter to become a Chaos God and have him join in on the Great Game.
Besides, it's always nice to have a new player in the Great Game. It made things more interesting.
For him that is!
Mansion of the Plague Lord, Garden of Nurgle, Land of the Plague Lord
The putrid and foul smelling odd light spat Victor out into a swampy looking garden that was bewildering and rather disgusting to anyone that saw it.
The garden itself looked to be full of rot and decay along with being home to the strangest looking flora and fauna that the Good Hunter has ever seen in his life.
Were those trees over there made of flesh and happened to be crying?
However, through his Insight. Victor could sense that it was a garden of rebirth as well as things that rotted and died went back into the soil to nourish it and bring about new life.
As he trudged through the rotten and foul smelling garden, he saw these strange horned cyclops afflicted with all matters of disease and pestilence yet the afflictions didn't seem to hinder any of them not one bit.
They were all chanting monotonous hymns and taking note of the diseases and illnesses that were in the garden.
None of them noticed the Good Hunter walking by with some of them taking only a single glance and going back to what they were doing.
"Seems like these strange creatures are only concerned with writing down and making a list of things." Victor thought to himself sarcastically as he walked down a path that opened up to him surprisingly.
The path was clear of anything that would get in his way and he quickly found himself in the center of the garden staring at a decayed looking mansion.
The mansion itself looked like it had seen better days with anything that looked wrong from the barely clinging shutters, broken glass, various holes in the walls and a whole lot of muck and grime. Yet despite its greyish-green hue and decayed state, it looked like the mansion was still holding strong.
Oh, and sitting on the biggest looking lawn chair at the side of the mansion's front door was the biggest and nastiest corpse looking of a monster he had ever seen.
It was a titanic flesh-hulk riddled with decay and pestilence. The gigantic carcass was bloated with decayed corruption and exuded an overpowering stench that would knock out or possibly kill anyone else, but for Victor it gave him a nauseating headache. The skin was a greenish color and was leathery and necrotic, the surface of the skin was abundant with sores, swelling boils and fruitful infestations.
The Good Hunter could hear the gurgling and pulsating organs of the creature that smelled like they were ranked with the excrement of decay, spilling and spurting forth through the ruptured skin and hanging like obscene fruit around its girth.
The scene was even worse with large fat flies hanging around its antlered head and what looked like miniature versions of it swarming around and chewing on the rotten intestines and drinking up noxious juices.
It was truly disgusting and the Good Hunter was tempted to burn the whole place to the ground and be on his way, but that was when the creature woke up from its rotten slumber and shooed away the little creatures like they were mischievous children or even pets!
It looked upon Victor with a warm and grandfatherly smile as it spoke to him.
"Well hello there young man. I must say, it's been a long time since me and the wife had any visitors as of late. Do come in and make yourself at home! Isha's been making my favorite soup stew. Just be mindful of the Nurglings, they can be such mischievous little scamps when there's someone new. Oh, and the names Nurgle! Plague Lord, Lord of Pestilence, the Fly Lord, Grandfather Nurgle and Chaos God of of Disease, Decay, Destruction and Death by Rebirth!" Said the now named Nurgle as he got out of his chair and waddled towards the now open door and headed inside.
Victor was wary of the Grandfather persona of Nurgle and didn't want to be anywhere near him (along with wondering what kind of woman would be married to a rotten fat blob like him as well), but he figured he had nothing to lose and headed inside along with the Plague God.
The inside of the mansion was very much like the outside. Moth-eaten carpet all around grand staircases, rotten floorboards, cracked ceiling tiles and old faded paintings hanging around the walls.
Despite the stench and decay, Nurgle was quite the jovial daemon and a rather pleasant one to talk to. They talked for a while with the Plague Lord being intrigued and curious about the diseases that were in Yharnam.
He found Ashen Blood and the Beast Scourge to be very appealing.
When they got to the Dining Room. Serving some strange type of soup stew at the table was an Elven woman with blonde hair, greyish-blue eyes and wearing a fancy pink dress with gold trimmings and red jewels around the shoulders and chest area.
She was scolding a young teen girl at the table for eating too fast and to wait for her father and his guest to arrive. The teen girl was similar to a slime girl. She had slimy looking green "skin", green eyes, mid long slimy "hair", pointed ears and was wearing a bluish-purple dress along with a flower crown around her head.
"Aah Isha, thank you for setting up the table while I went to go and greet our guest outside." Nurgle said to his wife who smiled warmly at her husband and gave Victor a wave. "And Nana, be mindful of your manners. We have a guest today so be on your best behavior." He told his daughter who pouted, but complied. She looked at Victor and gave a small wave with a smile on her face.
Dinner was a chatty yet warm affair with Nurgle's wife Isha and their daughter Nana asking Victor various questions about himself. Despite the soup stew looking and smelling downright disgusting, it was actually pretty good in Victor's opinion. Isha told him it was the various Mushrooms and Ork flesh that made it taste so good. Had he been anyone else, Victor would have gagged from the stew, but he guessed that he had grown accustomed to strange and unusual things.
When dinner was almost over, a ball of swampy green light manifested from Nurgle's left hand as he pointed it towards Victor. "Well I must say Victor. It was quite wonderful to have you as a guest for Family Dinner. I do hope that we can do this again next time. Now, I grant you the Gift of Pestilence! When you turn into a Beast that spreads disease and plague, those who oppose you will know the stages of decay and understand the blooming beauty of disease until they're a part of the Garden and help to bring about new life!"
The swampy green orb was slowly absorbed by Victor as he saw images in his head of the various diseases and plagues that were spread by certain animals, from mosquitoes and rodents to bats and pigs.
As he contemplated on the various diseases he could cause, the Good Hunter was enveloped by an odd light of Purple, Pink and Black and he disappeared for the third time.
Nurgle and his family just looked at Victor's empty seat with an amused yet exasperated look, knowing that the Good Hunter will have to put up with the obscene and excessive antics of the Dark Prince himself/herself.
Slaanesh.
Palace of Slaanesh, Dark Prince's Realm
The gentle and velvety odd light shot Victor out into the Courtyard of what could obviously be called a Pleasure Palace straight outta Dante's Inferno.
It was a place full of excess and decadence that made the Good Hunter want to throw up or at least groan in annoyance as if it had every sin of man's nature in one place.
Elegant statues of women and feminine daemons dotted the courtyard, various trees made out of gold with glittering jewels in their branches decorated the palace with opulence and excess, the large fountain in the middle had the finest looking wine coming out of it, there was gentle and warm breeze that made the grass shimmer and shiver under a gentle looking sun in the pale pinkish-white sky, the pavements and pathways were paved with cobblestones of ruby and emerald with the edges having loose gemstones and golden nuggets sitting idly, hunched giants holding great tables filled to the brim with extravagant feasts from exotic fruits to the finest meats of every kind to have been seen, giant piles of golden coins and beautiful and sensual daemonic women who either looked like the standard succubi or were hermaphroditic crab claw creatures conversed with one another and sat upon plush pillows and couches.
The humans that were here seem to be having the time of their lives yet all did not appear as it was. They were drinking and eating themselves to death with some of the humans slowly dying from bloated stomachs that splitted open, there were dead bodies under the golden trees with jewels clutched in their cold hands, some of the gold coin piles had dead bodies partially covered, there were dull bits of bone and other remains of those who collapsed under the weight of their wealthy gains amongst the cobblestone paths and the ones who were embracing the daemonic women intimately died from sexual exhaustion and were thus ripped apart by razor sharp fangs and piercing claws.
All of this exhaustive decadence made the Good Hunter want to kill everyone here and burn the damn place to the ground with Eldritch Fire.
The Daemonettes saw Victor and made their way towards him. They swayed their hips and smirked lustfully at him clearly sensing he wasn't the usual rabble along with making lustful coos and moans.
Victor on the other hand glared at them disdainfully and was fully prepared to run his Saw Cleaver through them. However, that wasn't needed as an unholy harmony of choirs was heard and that made the Daemonettes back off and bow as the palace doors opened and out came a figure that many would describe as….Divinely Beautiful.
In short, the figure could be described as pure perfection. A long-limbed, elegant and voluptuous feminine yet haunting almost frighteningly beauty with some masculine traits such as a chiseled stomach and being somewhat muscular. It had long flowing golden hair with two pairs of slender horns rising from it and glowing purplish-pink eyes. It wore luxuriantly lined, form-fitting armor that looked as if it were black carapace and held a jade sceptre in its left hand.
It looked at the scene before them with a lustful, self-satisfied cocky smirk before looking at Victor with a raised eyebrow and smiling lustfully at him. It spoke to him in a dual tone that sounded feminine and masculine at the same time.
"Well hello there….handsome." It said in a lustful tone that made Victor cringe in disdain and resisted the urge to swing his Saw Cleaver at it. "I must say, it's next to impossible for a mortal or daemonic soul to resist my dark pleasures. Why the very thought of it turns me on and makes me….so wet!" The Daemon squealed in an orgasmic tone that made the Good Hunter uncomfortable and really made him want to swing his Saw Cleaver at it.
After the initial squeal, the Daemon sniffed the air around Victor and had a devious smirk on its face that made the Good Hunter wary at it. "And it seems you've already visited Khorne Flakes, Tzeentch dear and Nurgle darling. Tell me sweetie, did Khorne sweetie's blood pressure rise after you killed a bunch of his daemons? Did dear Tzeentch ramble on with his countless plots and plans? Or, were you having a sickeningly sweet dinner with Nurgle darling and his ravishing wife and sweetie of a daughter? Why, all those things make me feel so….naughty! OHOHOHOHOH!" The Daemon laughed in an obnoxious manner that reminded Victor of the Vileblood Queen Annalise in a way.
Why? He had no idea, only that the laugh sounded something like she would have made.
The Daemon soon stopped laughing and wiped a tear from its eyes as it soon had a genuine smile on its face. "Oh my, I haven't laughed that hard since my birth when I killed a ton of elves and ate their souls! You really are a special one aren't ya Victor?" It asked Victor who nodded warily as he had no idea how fickle and random this Daemon was to begin with.
Soon, an orb of bright pink manifested from the Daemon's hand as they pointed it towards Victor. "As a reward for humoring me sweetie. I grant you the Gift of Sexual Desire and Perfection! For those special ladies that catch your interest, you'll be able to charm them and meet all of their desires. Appearing as the perfect man to them and meeting their sexual needs and wants. They'll be so enamored by you that no other man could compare, thus eliminating any sort of problem in private or out in public. This is the gift that I Slaanesh the Dark Prince, Prince of Pleasure, Lord of Excess, Prince of Chaos and Chaos God of Pleasure, Passion, Excess and Decadence grant to you!"
With a simple blow and a flirty wink, the pink orb floated softly into Victor and was absorbed by him seamlessly. Granting him the knowledge and skills to please women that were of interest to him.
As the Good Hunter contemplated his new sexual skills, he was enveloped by an odd light of pale blue moonlight and he disappeared for the final time.
Slaanesh watched him leave and sighed sadly. "Such a shame that handsome man left. I would have shown him such wonders since he caught my interest. Oh well, with Tzeentch's plans and plots he may well become a new Chaos God sooner or later."
And with that, the Dark Prince joined their Daemonettes in on the fun and later commanded them to give him/her an oil massage.
Hunter's Workshop, Hunter's Dream
The odd light of pale blue moonlight shot Victor out into the Hunter's Workshop.
Confused and wondering why he's in the workshop, he looked to see the Holy Moonlight Sword on the table in its transformed state.
As he went to pick the sword up by the handle, it glowed a bright blue moonlight color and enveloped him in a ball of bright blue energy. There, he saw the sword's history.
From being forged as one of the few Revelations of a God long ago, being wielded by a Demon Slayer on the search for Demon Souls and having to send an ancient and powerful Great One back to sleep with the help of a strange Maiden in Black, being sealed in the tail of a large pale drake who wielded powerful sorcery and being cut out of the severed tail by a Chosen Undead on a quest to save a Kingdom from a Curse of Undeath only to fail in the long run as the curse went on until the eventual end of the world when a strange magical flame was put out for good by a blind blonde Maiden wearing a black robe.
The memory ended with Ludwig finding the blade and becoming a great hunter until his descent into a blood-crazed beast which led to the Good Hunter putting him down and becoming the new wielder of the sword.
Wondering why the sword would show him its history, it glowed a bright blue again and transformed into a humanoid state.
The form was that of a tall and fair-skinned woman in her mid 20's with slate-blue eyes. She was wearing her white hair in a tied up bun, high on the left side of the back of her head while her bangs were shaped around the right side of her face and a small curled lock of hair reaching almost to her left shoulder. She was also wearing a White, Navy Blue and Gray version of Maria's Hunter Set.
All in All, she looked beautiful if not for the serious and stern yet apathetic look in her eyes as she stared at him.
That was until she spoke in a cold and dignified tone.
"I suppose you want an explanation as to why I showed you my memories? She said curtly.
Victor just shrugged. "No time like the present and I am rather curious."
The human form of the Holy Moonlight Sword just sighed, but sated his curiosity anyway. "The truth is that I did the same thing with Ludwig as well." She answered truthfully before continuing. "I wanted to see what kind of man Ludwig was before I decided that I wanted to be wielded by him. He would confide with me his fears and insecurities and in return I would offer him advice and guide him on Hunts."
She sighed sadly at the memories. "I admit I may have been a little harsh on him during the Hunt, but I was also fair when the nights were quiet and the hunts were few until his eventual descent into bloodlust and beasthood." She then glared at him. "While I'm still crossed with you killing him, I understand that it was the fate of all Hunters if they succumbed to bloodlust and became Beasts themselves."
She then manifested a bright blue ball of energy from her left hand that felt like pure arcane sorcery.
"That's why I decided to give you this Arcane Spell. It's an old form of sorcery made of an older memory of me not too long after the Beginning. It is known as Old Moonlight and is a very powerful spell as it is charged with Moonlight." She offered the spell to Victor who looked at it for a while before he decided to take it.
When he took the spell from the sword's human form, it turned into an ethereal version of the Holy Moonlight Sword. The Good Hunter noted that the spell really was powerful as he felt it hum and shiver before he dissipated it.
"Well thank you Holy Moonlight Sword, I'll be sure to put the spell to good use." He said thankfully to the sword's human form who had a small smile on her face.
"You're welcome, Good Hunter. Oh, and I prefer to be called Winter in my human form. It's the name of a Pthumerian Noblewoman who once wielded me long ago. I think she may have been a relative of Queen Yharnam." The now named Winter said.
"Alright then, I'll be sure to call you Winter from now on." Victor said with a shrug.
The two with their remaining time just lingered around and made some small talk until Victor faded away which signified that he was waking up.
Winter hummed to herself, thinking about her former wielder Ludwig and how Victor reminded her of him as the both of them have a caring nature to those that were close to them.
She then sat back on the table and reverted back to the Holy Moonlight Sword, waiting silently for the next fight or hunt that Victor will find himself in.
While a Hunter must Hunt, a Hunter's Tool must always be ready to be used for the next Hunt.
Omake
In a Warp Work Office, the four Chaos Gods began their millennial gods conference.
So far things were looking good. Before, the number of Cultists were stagnating and they weren't getting any fresh numbers, the number of souls devoted to them were getting in the red and the Universe was getting a little too wholesome for their liking.
Even someone like Slaanesh didn't like the wholesomeness that was going on and that was saying something.
So long ago they decided to explore the idea that was Idols and they all found it very appealing. Humans were so warp damn obsessed with them that they fought each other over which Idol was the best, which had more knowledge about which particular idol, neglecting their financials and personal well beings to support their favorite idol and drawing all kinds of tasteful and sometimes lustful fanarts of the idols that they loved the most.
They then decided to make a Greater Daemon of Chaos Undivided and turned her into the first Daemon Idol along with naming her Mina as her true name was a little too long to remember or pronounce for human minds to comprehend.
Suffice to say that worked out pretty well for them considering some humans had a thing for female Daemons known as Monster Girls.
So they took it a step further and made their own personal Daemon Idols which in a way they treated like their own children. Moreso Nurgle who doted and loved his daughter Nana considering he loved all his children as they meant the world for him.
Even Khorne loved his daughter Khortney, though he was stern yet fair on her and made sure the red skinned Minotaur girl didn't get into too much trouble and taught her plenty of self-defense techniques in case she did get into said trouble.
Their current agenda of the millennia however, was to whether or not have Victor join them as the official 5th Chaos God. They all wanted him to join for various reasons as he had plenty of power under his belt and possessed qualities that were similar to theirs.
They just had to plan it carefully as a new Chaos God could attract the attention and suspicion of the Corpse-Emperor of the Imperium which would lead to all kinds of problems for them.
As they thought and argued about their plan for Victor, they didn't notice their Daemon Idols/Daughters sneak into their Work Room and take a picture of the Good Hunter on the Presentation Board and then sneaked out.
As they looked over the photo, the Daughters of Chaos thought that Victor was good looking and even considered him to be boyfriend or husband material. With the exception of Nana who thought of the man as a family friend or even an uncle of sorts.
Regardless, it seemed like Chaos had big plans for Victor.
(End of Story/Author Notes)
Finally Done! Man, I've been working on this for quite a while and it feels so good to finally finish the damn thing.
Now, y'all are probably wondering why the Chaos Gods would bless Victor in their own way or even give a damn. Well, I like to think of them as Elder Great Ones who decided to take an interest in Victor and see how he progresses during his life as a Great One. Plus you all know that Nurgle has a grandfathery persona so he'll obviously treat Victor like one of his own.
I know that Eldritch Gods have Matter Manipulation, Reality Warping and other fun stuff, but I like to think those are their usual common powers and that the Eldritch gain their own unique powers throughout life or through other means.
I did the best I could to describe the Realms of Chaos and their respective Chaos God so please, don't give me a hard time for missing anything. Again I've been working on this for a while and had to take plenty of breaks so I wouldn't go fucking crazy from stress.
I also know that the Eldar Goddess Isha is caged in Nurgle's home in Warhammer canon lore. However, I'd like to think that said "cage" is his Chaos Realm because it's not like she can walk out considering she'll get soul munched by the biggest and thirstiest thot in the Warp that is Slaanesh.
I based the Holy Moonlight Sword's human form off of Winter Schnee from RWBY. The Sword's an elegant blade and Winter's an elegant woman so I figured it be a good idea.
Also, has anybody heard of "If The Emperor Had a Text-To-Speech Device"? It's a parody series of Warhammer created by Youtuber Alfabusa and it's pretty damn funny when you watch it.
There's also Youtuber StringStorm who does Warhammer Music Songs including the Idol Songs. That's where I got the Daemon Idols from. So check them out for the songs if you have the time to.
Anyways. Merry Early X-Mas, Happy Holidays and Happy Slaaneshmas!
