A police from one of the helicopters speaks through the megaphone and yells, "Vulture! Give up now or we will shoot you! We're not lying we will shoot you if you don't give up in 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1! That's it you're dead now!" They then begin to attempt to shot him but miss leading Vulture to attack the helicopter causing it to land on the ground and explode leading to the deaths of the policemen in the copter.
Spider-Man uses his web balls to attack Vulture and one of them causes his wings to malfunction a bit. Spider-Man gets Gwen and takes her down to the ground while Black Cat fights Vulture. Spider-Man and Gwen make it safely. "Thank you so much Spider-Man for saving my life" Gwen says. "No problem just go somewhere safe" Spider-Man says before heading back up to the statue to help Black Cat fight Vulture. After a long success of defeating Vulture, he flies by and attacks her. "How dare you do this to me!" Black Cat yells. "Aww did the poor kitty cat get attacked by a bird? Yes of course she did! A cat can never outnumber a bird!" Vulture exclaims. Spider-Man yanks him over to him in order to tackle him on the statue. After a while of tackling him he stops for a moment and looks closely at him. Memories of him exposing Adrian pop up and he realizes Vulture's identity as Adrian Toomes. "Adrian, it's you!" Spider-Man says shockingly. "Please let's make a truce" Vulture demands. "Ok. Truce" Spider-Man agrees. As Spider-Man and Vulture shake hands he takes out his small blade and slices him in his stomach. Black Cat tackles him and tries to strangle him. She attempts to stab him in the heart with her knife but Spider-Man shouts out, "Cat no!" He takes it away from her and leaves it to the ground.
Vulture then takes off to the ground to search for Gwen. "What was that for?" Black Cat asks angrily. "Give him another chance to redeem himself" Spider-Man says. "But after that false truce thing with you he has no chance of redeeming himself" Black Cat says. Gwen screams from down below after Vulture captures her and takes her up in the air. After taking her up from the top of the statue, he tricks Spider-Man into giving her back. "Come get your girl" Vulture says. "Ready" Spider-Man says. "Not" Vulture says before he drops her. Gwen screams and Spider-Man webs him in his eyes and wraps him around in his web as he take shim to the top. He jumps down to save her and he catches her only for Vulture to come down to attack him. Black Cat tries to attack Vulture to save Gwen but she misses causing her to hit the statue. Vulture throws Gwen to the ground in mid air but closer to the lower ground. Spider-Man and Black Cat try to catch her with their web and grapple but Gwen makes it to the ground hurt and close to dying.
Spider-Man and Black Cat makes it to the ground near the ocean where Gwen landed. "Gwen! Gwen! You alright?!" Spider-Man yells. "Peter? Is that you?" Gwen asks in a dying tone of voice. Spider-Man reveals his identity to her by removing his mask part ways. "Peter it is you" Gwen says panting. "And I'm your best friend under this Black Cat costume" Black Cat says as she reveals herself to her by removing her eye mask. "Felicia" Gwen says. "Don't worry we'll get you back alive" Spider-Man says. "No Pete, it is my time to leave" Gwen says. "Please don't go. I need you in my life" Black Cat says while crying. "I'm sorry Felicia but I have to go now. But I will forever be your best friend in your memories. Remember I'll be alive in both of you as my father is alive in me" Gwen says before dying. After Gwen closes her eyes to her death Back Cat cries while hugging her friend and Spider-Man puts his hands on her back crying over her death.
