Mandy and John decided it would be best for Mandy not to go on the road with him, until she got moved into his house. They knew she would have a lot of arrangements to make. Over the last month she'd put her house up for sale and gotten a new teaching job in Tampa. With John on the road Mandy was doing most of the moving by herself. Their anniversary was next week and they started the storyline with Randy the week after. Mandy was excited about being on TV. John and Randy were out to breakfast.

"I can't wait to start our storyline." Randy said.

"Me either." "It's gonna be fun."

"I think Mandy will do great."

"So do I."

"To bad she can never be a wrestler." "When I was with her I got the feeling that she would really take to it."

"Randy I want to tell you something." "I wanted you to hear it from me first."

There were two people who didn't know Mandy was moving yet, her parents. She'd been born and raised in Georgia. This was going to be her last trip to Georgia to get the last of her things. She hadn't seen her parents much since she'd been with John. She knew she had to tell them. Nervously she walked up to their house and opened the door. They were surprised to see her.

Mandy. Janey signed smiling.

Hi mom. She signed. She hugged both of them.

What a surprise. Frank signed.

I have something to tell you guys.

Did you and John break up? Janey signed.

No. Um, I'm moving in with him.

Doesn't he live in Florida?

Yes he does.

What about your house? Frank signed.

I put it up for sale.

You what? Janey signed angrily. What if it doesn't work out? Where will you live then?

It will work out. We love each other.

He already keeps you away from us. Frank signed.

No, the two of you keep me away. If you would just give him a chance you would see he's an amazing person.

He's made no attempt to get to know us. Janey signed.

He wants to meet you, I'm the one who keeps saying no. I know you won't accept him. Judging from this conversation, I know I'm making the right choice. You can either accept us being together or lose your daughter. It's your choice. She left.

Mandy was all moved in with John. She didn't tell him about the conversation with her parents. Their anniversary was yesterday. They were home for the next two days. It was night time. Mandy had just gotten back from running errands. There was a candle lit on the coffee table with a little rectangular note on it. It had her name on it. She opened it. It read.

I would've done this yesterday but I wanted to surprise you. Come upstairs. As she went upstairs an individual candle was on each step. When she went into the bedroom there were candles all over it. John was standing there all dressed up.

She smiled. What are you doing?

I think I know the specific question I have to ask you to meet your parents. He signed. He took a little red box out of his pocket and opened it as he got down on one knee. The ring was sliver and the diamond was huge.

"Oh my god." She said completely thrown by this.

He held the box in one hand and signed with the other. When we came back into contact last year, I didn't think anything was going to happen. I wasn't looking for a relationship, I never expected to fall in love. I fall in love with you more and more every day. I want you to be my wife. Mandy Sterling, will you marry me?
