My favorite incarnation of the Doctor is 10/David Tennant. I've always admired his work as an actor, I've seen him become a funny, witty yet serious character in one role but then an introverted narcissist in another role. David Tennant was a great choice to play 10, he let the Doctor balance his seriousness and his witty side at any time. Better than other versions, I would say.
The Cult of Skaro on Remnant? I could see them fooling the Atlesian military into being their soldiers, like in that 11th Doctor episode where they fight in WWII. I think people would think them as common drones, unaware of the mutated alien that lives within. If they did find out, they would freak out and label them as freaks. The White Fang would hate them, but let's be honest: 4 daleks can easily take care of a platoon of White Fang.
