Doctor Beverly Garlands signing in on the fourth floor of the Evergreen nursing home. She had walked into her office dropping off her black jacket with the colder weather. Along with her white hat and gloves placing them on in the back of her desk with a pile of medical files to take a look at...

Looking at the time it was now 7.10 P.M. in the evening. There was a knock on the her office door wondering who it might be. She gets up to open the door to see a male and female. "How can I help you?"

"I am from the SVU police precinct and this and Detective Amanda Rollins. We are here to asked you a number of questions." As he puts away his badge and ID as with Rollins.

"Come on inside already. It's cold out in the hallway. Do you mine telling what are some of the questions I have a number of patients that I need to check in with tonight?" She sits back down to her chair while Dominick and Amanda sits in front of her.

"I understand that you're taking care of number of patients and including Lorraine Martin with a heavy doses of certain medications?" he asked with Amanda watch her reaction.

"I know Lorraine. She is medicated heavily everyday due to her dual personalities making her think that she is living other lives in the first place. There had been times that she was able to escape out of the nursing home easily with no security guards due to the lack of funding. And then she will come back to her room with the aides finding her in dire straits."

"Now what you're telling me that no one is helping her to escape from this place?" Amanda asked not believing her story at all.

"Correct. However I have noticed a mark increase in prescriptions and I have been trying to find out who has been doing this to her making her more aggressive." she stated.

"Do you have any idea right now just who it might be?" Dominick had to asked the question.

"Actually Doctor Walter Rollins on the fourth floor. He will be in the morning to begin his rounds with the patients he checks everyday and one of them is Lorraine Martin." she stated with Dominick looking over at his wife Amanda.

"I tried talking to him about it. But he always blows me off detectives. If he keeps this up he's going to be killing someone in the process." she commented...

"He has already with placing enough of the drugs into Martin's blood stream to make her shoot the bartender Vance Edwards. We will come and speak with him in the morning. Unless you have his home address instead of calling personnel." Dominick stated with his words.

She was able to look it up on to the computer files of the addresses for all of the resident doctors on staff while finding it and writing it down for the two detectives.

"Thanks. This is not too far from the nursing home. Thanks for your cooperation Doctor." Both of them leave her office to head out towards the elevator and outside to the parking lot.

"Do you think we need back up Dominick?" Amanda asked the importance of the question.

"Now what do you think Amanda?" He made the call with his walkie talkie to any patrol officers in the area to meet the detectives at the address. He was able to get a response. "Roger over and out." He replied with a further response. "Let's move I have a feeling this is going to turn out to be a nightmare?"

"You think?" she stated not liking his comment for the moment...

Doctor Walter Rollins was sitting in his bathtub dead with two bullets to his head completely nude with the tube filled with blood. The entire apartment was trashed with someone having been searching for something.

There was a knock on the door. When one of the officers kicked in the door with the two detectives following behind.

"Jesus what a mess?" Dominick needed have to say with beginning to search for a body and having found it in the bathroom with his body in the tub with two bullets to the head. "Call it in and get the coroner down here along with the rest of the team to collect evidence?" Dominick ordered with the young sergeant calling it in...

"Someone had to be looking for something here Dominick? I am going to search here and see what I can come up something." she stated with her comment.

Sometime later the area was closed off to the public with Fen and another detective showing up with Fen walking in with a whistle as he placed his gloves on to search along with dusting the area as with the other detective.

Doctor Del Gel Franks working the night time shift of the coroner's office part timer along with his assistant carrying in the stretcher. But first he headed for the bathroom to give a partial report. As he started with the liver probe telling him that the doctor had to be dead at least four to five hours with the first bullet killing him.

"I will an answer once I open this doctor up on the table back at the autopsy bay." The doctor had to say to Dominick and everyone else around. While placing the body onto the stretcher with no exit wounds of the body.

Fen looked around in the bathroom to find nothing at all. But Amanda did with finding a weapon a small revolver under the queen size bed in the first bedroom a complete mess along with his computer laptop wiped of Intel. Fen decided to bring the laptop with him to have the lab check further.

"Who ever was here was trying to hide information that the doctor was involved in with the drugs he was no doubt selling as well?" Dominick came over to speak with Fen on his judgement.

"I don't really know until we know for sure with all of the evidence gathered." Fen said..
