Amy and River galloped their horses to Stonehenge. The Doctor flew leisurely beside Amy. He crossed in front of the horses and settled beside River. He smiled a cocky smile and flew ahead of her. River galloped her horse faster and caught up to the Doctor. He flew ahead again. River grinned and floated off her horse's back. The horse seemed a little confused. It slowed down and decided to follow Amy's horse.

River and the Doctor flew neck and neck. River suddenly veered off ahead of the Doctor. He chased her.

"Doctor!" Amy shouted as they left her behind.

River curved and flew around Amy in a wide circle, the Doctor trailing her. He cut his circle tighter than River's and still struggled to keep up. River slowed down so he could keep up and they chased each other all over the plain, staying near Amy.

River suddenly cut a sharp turn and swerved away. The Doctor flew way off her trail and curved after her. She turned sharply again and shot past him. The Doctor curved around and chased her, stunned that she could turn such a sharp curve. She flew ahead of him, showing off her sharp turns.

"River!" the Doctor called. He flapped his arms, his speed fading along with his confidence.

River curved around and flew back toward him. She cut behind him and flew at an easy pace beside him. "Flying is all about your mind, isn't it? It's all about your imagination. Believe you can fly, and you can. Imagine you're flying, then you are. Your arms aren't arms anymore, they're wings. Look at your hands."

The Doctor looked at his outstretched hand. Amy was catching up to them.

"Do you ever spread your fingers?" River asked.

The Doctor thought for a moment. "No, I suppose not."

"You keep your fingers tight together to cut through the air to fly fast. You can't make a tight turn if you're slipping right through the air. You need to spread your wings to catch the air. Spread your fingers."

"But they're just fingers! They're not nearly as big as wings!"

"Just imagine! It's all in your head, isn't it? Imagine they're wings, and then they are. Imagine you have rocket shoes." She positioned herself and shot off at incredible speed as if she had rocket shoes. She didn't even spread her arms. She shot her arms out with her fingers spread and swerved tightly around, speeding back toward the Doctor. "You try it!" she called as she zoomed past him.

The Doctor stared down at the grass rushing rapidly by. He imagined his arms as wings. He spread his fingers and flapped his arms. He rose quickly into the air. He flapped a few more times, surprised at the effectiveness. He tucked his arms in and dove to the ground. He spread his arms and shot off, pretending he had rocket shoes. He sped up faster than ever before, but it still wasn't as fast as River. He flew faster and faster, his fingers tight together. He suddenly spread his fingers and curved sharply and shot back the way he came. He laughed.

"Good for you, Doctor!" Amy called.

He flew behind River and turned sharply again, but not as sharp as he wanted and flew off at an angle. River chased him. The Doctor grinned as they continued chasing each other. He was able to keep up more easily with River's sharp turns.

"Does it ever bother you, Amy, that your life doesn't make any sense?" the Doctor asked.

A laser beam suddenly fired at them. Amy screamed and the Doctor's feet flew off the ground. He grabbed her hand and they rushed behind the Pandorica.

"Okay, what was that?" Amy asked.

"Need a proper look. Got to draw its fire, give it a target."

"How?"

"You know how sometimes I have really brilliant ideas?"

"Yes . . . ."

"Sorry!" He jumped out from behind the box and floated in the open, his arms spread high. "Look at me, I'm a target!"

The Cyber-arm aimed at him and the beam shot toward him. He spread his fingers and flapped his arms hard, and dove behind a pillar.

"What is that?" Amy asked again.

"Cyber-arm. Arm of a Cyberman."

"And what's a Cyberman?"

"Oh, sort of part man, part robot. The organic part must have died off years ago, now the robot part is looking for fresh meat."

"What, us?"

"It's just like being an organ donor, except you're alive and sort of screaming. I need to get 'round behind it, could you draw its fire?"

"Like you did? In case you haven't noticed, I can't fly!"

"You'll be fine if you're quick, it's only got one arm. Literally." He smiled and gave her two thumbs ups.

She nervously returned the gesture and ran the opposite direction, screaming. The Cyber-arm fired at her. The Doctor flew around behind it. He dove and grabbed it and quickly disabled it with the sonic screwdriver.

"Doctor?" Amy called.

"Scrambled its circuits, but stay where you are. It could be bluffing."
