"Ash!" Alexis shouts as she arrives with Cilan and Iris before the group sees Keldeo change forms as he prepares to battle with Kyurem.
"Keldeo transformed!" Iris says in amazement as Alexis shifts to human form.
"Incredible." Cilan says before he, Alexis, and Iris begin helping ash free the Swords of Justice while Keldeo is battling Kyurem.
"Keldeo no!" Ash says as the group see Keldeo beginning to lose before Kyurem prepares to fire a powerful attack at him.
"That's enough! Kyurem you have to stop!" Alexis shouts angrily before Keldeo attacks Kyurem sending back a shock wave from the impact and freeing the Swords of Justice in the process.
"The Swords of Justice!" Ash shouts happily.
"Ash you have our gratitude." Virizion says happily.
"How do you know my name?" Ash asks curiously.
"We heard you through the ice." Cobalion says.
"Thank you for saving Keldeo." Terrakion says as he gestures to Keldeo before the group continues to watch Keldeo battling with Kyurem.
"Keldeo." Alexis says as they see Keldeo collide with a ice arch.
"He can't take anymore." Ash says.
"I know." Cilan says.
"Please you gotta stop this." Iris says as the group looks at the Swords of Justice.
"It's not our battle. It's Keldeo's." Virizion says.
"Only Keldeo can end this." Cobalion says as the battle between Keldeo and Kyurem continues.
"Keldeo is battling well." Terrakion says as Keldeo is doing well in the battle.
"Now if it can only use it's sword." Virizion says as Keldeo is then frozen in ice before breaking free using it's sword after learning Secret Sword.
"Do it Keldeo!" Ash shouts happily as Keldeo attacks Kyurem sending it back into an ice arch.
"He's doing it!" Alexis shouts.
"Now that's a taste of real power!" Cilan says happily.
"Keldeo can do this!" Terrakion shouts as Keldeo uses it's sword to block a fire attack from Kyurem before Kyurem then attacks Keldeo only for the attack to fly towards the others causing Keldeo to jump in front of it last minute and block it causing an explosion. As the smoke clears the group then sees Keldeo collapse on the ground below before yielding as Kyurem walks over to him.
"Rather than pursue victory you protected your friends. You have a fine sword." Kyurem says as it leaves before Keldeo goes back to his original form while the others come running over.
"Keldeo! That was a totally amazing battle!" Ash says happily.
"And look at that. Your horn grew back." Iris says as Alexis nods.
"Now you understand the true weight of the sword." Cobalion says as Keldeo looks at the others.
"Right." Keldeo says before the group sees the mine is falling apart from the battle.
"Climb aboard." Cobalion says as the Swords of Justice leave with the others as Kyurem uses it's ice attack to freeze everything as it is falling apart while the group gets to safety.
"It's like a castle made out of ice." Cilan says.
"It looks kinda cold though." Ash says.
"Beautiful all the same." Alexis says as Cilan nods before they feel a cold wind.
"I hate the cold!" Iris shouts as Alexis, Ash, and Cilan laugh.
*Timeskip*
"Keldo you're now a true Sword of Justice." Cobalion says as he and the others are standing around Keldeo.
"I am in agreement." Virizion says.
"Let's work hard together from now on." Terrakion says.
"Sure." Keldeo says as he nods.
"You did it Keldeo!" Ash says as he and the others congratulate Keldeo.
"thanks. I owe it all to you." Keldeo says as he then does the Sword of Justice oath with Cobalion, Virizion, and Terrakion.
*Timeskip*
"Alright it's on to the next gym! I can't wait to get there." Ash says excitedly as the group is walking.
"Actually I won't be going with you for that." Alexis says as everyone looks at her.
"Huh?" Cilan asks curiously.
"What do you mean?" Iris asks.
"Seeing Keldeo and the other Swords of Justice reminded me of my friend. She's part of the reason I left my home town. When I last spoke to her we didn't leave things on the best terms. I meant to go to the region she was in but I ended up in the Unova region instead. I really need to talk to her. I've been putting it off because I wasn't sure it would do anything to speak to her but I won't know unless I try." Alexis says.
"Then I'm coming with you." Cilan says as he walks over to Alexis as she shakes her head.
"No Cilan. You're needed more here with Ash and Iris. Please don't make things any harder then it has to be." Alexis says.
"So what are you saying?" Cilan asks.
"I'm saying we need to stay friends Cilan. I really don't want to but I care about you too much to not set you free. You know what they say. Long distance relationships never work out. I truly do love you Cilan but for right now we can't be together." Alexis says as Cilan looks at her sadly.
"Are you certain about this?" Cilan asks as Alexis nods.
"Yes." Alexis says.
"Then I understand. I won't try to stop you. I love you too Alexis. Please just promise to take care of yourself." Cilan says with sadness in his voice.
"I will. You guys stay safe. We'll meet again one day. I know that. Until then good bye." Alexis says.
"No not good bye. I don't want to hear that. Just say until we meet again." Cilan says as Alexis smiles before hugging him.
"Alright. Until we meet again." Alexis says as she waves good bye to the others before leaving with Runeon.
