Resolve looked at the 2 tied up and then looked at Tails. He still looked beaten from the fight he had but he didn't even show a sign of pain.
"Could you... untie us?" asked Sonic. Resolve went up and untied the 2. They still looked at Resolve weirdly since he had only been in the hospital for an hour.
"Resolve... are you alright?" asked Tails. Resolve looked at Tails and nodded yes. "So why aren't you talking?" He pointed to his throat indicating his voice was gone.
"So how will you communicate?" asked Sonic. Resolve sighed and looked down. He didn't have any clue how he could communicate.
"I'm sure we'll think of something." said Catalyst. Resolve smiled. He then looked around to see how they would get out of here. He then noticed a building with a hanger. Inside the hanger was a plane. He pointed towards the plane and the 4 ran towards it. Once they were there Tails got into the cockpit, Catalyst in the backseat, Sonic on the left wing and Tails on the right one. Tails pushed the lever foward and the plane went off.
"So Tails, where we headed to?" asked Catalyst.
"My Miles Electric is telling me the 4th emerald is about 50 miles north. If we fly without any trouble, we should get there in 10 minutes." The plane continued to fly.
Meanwhile A.A was driving around looking for Jennifer. She hadn't heard from her in a while and was getting worried. She looked to her right and saw something horrific. She slammed the brakes and saw Jennifer on the ground, her neck snapped. She ran to her body and felt her pulse. She was gone. She then looked up and saw a plane. She saw the 4 and was pissed off. She then got in the car and the car started to levitate.
The car is levitating? Who the fuck thought of this idea?
This was her ability. To make any vehichle do anything. She slammed the gas and the car flew off towards the plane. She was within 300 meters and the 4 didn't notice her yet. She pulled out a sniper and aimed it right at Sonic's head.
"Say Sonic, you really are a good leader." said Catalyst. She looked at the left wing and saw Sonic. There was a hole in his head and his body fell out of the plane. Resolve noticed and turned around to see a flying car. He was pissed off.
"Too easy!" yelled A.A. Then Resolve jumped off the plane and landed on the car. He dug his way through the roof and held her hook against A.A's neck. He then sliced her neck open. He struck his hook into the car and jumped out and back onto the plane as the car exploded. A.A was finally gone. But the robots weren't. A bunch of robots came in and Resolve looked nerveously. He couldn't speak and motioned Tails to drop the plane towards Sonic and that he would take out the bots.
"Are you crazy?! I won't have time to save you!" yelled Tails. Before he could say anything else Resolve jumped from the plane and landed on a robot. He sliced the robot and went onto the next one. Meanwhile Tails dove down towards Sonic. He only had a few seconds to try and save him. He saw Sonic and dove as fast as he could. The plane barely caught Sonic and he was safe. Meanwhile Resolve was still taking out robots and was getting hurt during it. One robot sliced his arm and he went flying down. The next thing was unexplainable. Resolve shot up using chaos energy and boosted right through all of the robots. He then dove down onto the plane and landed.
"How the hell did you do that?!" yelled Catalyst. Resolve shrugged his shoulders. The plane landed for a moment and Resolve checked Sonic's pulse. Resolve looked at Tails.
"How bad is it? Broken legs, cracked ribs?" asked Tails. Resolve then motioned that Sonic had no pulse. He had no heartbeat. He wasn't breathing. The only thing Sonic was, was dead.
