Not much to say really. The chapter is done. I am glad you guys are all excited about the chapters. Some new moves and adventures in this chapter. I hope you guys like it. I don't own anything and please feel free to review.

"Why do pokemon have to battle then? Why can't we all just get along? I can't…I just can't keep Pokemon confined in PokeBalls! Also, if they stay with their trainers, Pokemon will battle, and they will be hurt...Even if it is changing the world to protect Pokemon… it's too hard for me to put them through so much pain…" N said.

I was already shaking my head at that logic. N and I often go into these types of debates. He would talk about the cruelty of battling and I would try and refute it. I responded "And the people who use them anyway? What would we do to stop them? Should we have let pokemon and people die, all because of the cruelty of battling? Isn't it a trainer's job to help both people and pokemon"?

N hung his head and said softly "I don't know"

I sighed and ruffled his hair. I looked out at the ocean from the main dock in the city. Aurea had gone to get supplies for the trek to the Colossus ruins. She was extremely excited about the trip. I said "Sometimes I feel like I'm a failure. My pokemon get injured and all I can offer them is my support. Yet they continue to battle for me and our bonds. Sometimes, I don't know what to think, but then I take a look at Smaug and I remember everything we've gone through. I may never be good enough for them, but I'll never stop trying.

N looked wide-eyed and said, "I never knew you thought like that".

I scratch the back of my head and laugh awkwardly. I said, "I don't usually like to be broody. I would turn into an edge lord if I did".

N quirked a brow and asked" Edge lord"?

I shook my head and said, "You're too young to get it".

N scrunched his nose and said, "It's fine I'll just ask Elesa what it means".

My eyes widened and then I turned to see that a kid slammed into me. I was then submerged in water and I broke the surface right after. I looked to see a boy without a shirt on and his Incineroar was freaking out on the dock. Meanwhile, N was trying to contain his laughter. I quickly called out Mithril and he helped me back onto solid ground. I looked over to the kid and he was apologizing. I waved him off and he shot me a beaming smile. Something at the back of my head told me I knew this kid, but I couldn't quite place where I knew him from. He was a tan kid and lacked a shirt. He also had on grey cargo shorts and an Incineroar cap on. The kid was grinning and his Incineroar was posing as a wrestler. I groaned as I thought about the Incineroar meeting Gimli.

The boy stuck his hand out and said "Hi! I'm Kukui and this is my partner Incineroar. What're your guy's names"?

I felt like facepalming. Of course, it was Kukui, but what was an eleven-year-old Kukui doing in Unova. I shook his hand and said, "I'm Aragorn and the kid next to me is my little brother N".

Kukui pointed at Mithril and asked, "Is that a Prinplup? That is so Eiscool. Did you know once it evolves it is as fast as a speed boat".

I nodded and he smiled again. He then got a challenging look in his eye and asked "Hey do you want to have a battle? I've been on that boat since Alola and no one wanted to battle. Incineroar is itching for a battle".

I smiled and said, "Yah I'd like to have a battle with you".

Kukui smiled and gave me a thumbs up. I jerked my head over to Mithril and he puffed out his chest. I grinned at my hyperactive Pokemon. Mithril hadn't had a battle in a while and I could tell that he was excited. Kukui threw out his other Pokeball and a Braviary came out of the Pokeball. Incineroar took the field and started doing wrestler poses. There was no way in hell I was going to battle Incineroar with Gimli. That would lead to a disaster.

Kukui smiled and said to Incinero "Use Superpower on the Prinplup"

I responded in kind "Aqua jet and follow with rain dance".

Mithril was surrounded by water and shot off hitting the Incineroar. Incineroar slammed his fists down and Mithril was flung back. Incineroar roared and charged after Mithril. Mithril was quick to start his rain dance and clouds formed around us. Rain started to pour down on us and I smiled. Kukui called out for Incineroar to use sunny day.

I responded with "Use water pulse and stop the sunny day".

Incineroar stopped moving and heat started to pour off of him. While Incineroar was standing still Mithril let loose a water pulse. The water pulse hit Incineroar and stopped his internal focus. The rain had stopped, but Incineroar wasn't able to finish off the sunny day so the sunlight wasn't harsh. Mithril then let loose another aquajet and hit Incineroar. Incineroar grunted and let lose a thunder punch. The two attacks collided and both of the pokemon were flung back. Mithril slowly stood up and ruffled his feathers. Incineroar stood as well and started to do push-ups. I looked over to N and saw that he was sweat dropping at the Incineroar. Incineroar stood up and Kukui yelled "Hell yeah. Let's show them what we got Incineroar''.

This only seemed to pump up Incineroar and fire was coming out of his mouth. Kukui yelled out "Use darkest Lariat".

I responded with "Water Javelin and then Water Torrent".

Incineroar started to spin and his paws started to have dark streams behind them. He rushed towards Mithril as Mithril started to throw multiple water Javelins at him. Water Javelin was much more difficult than Icicle spears. The main problem was that Mithril needed to keep constant control of the javelins if he wanted to keep their form. The javelins made of ice were so much easier because all Mithril needed to do was freeze the water and chuck the spears. Mithril focused and shot multiple spears at Incineroar. Incineroar was hit by three of them and flung back. Mithril then started to charge his water torrent and Kukui realized our battle was coming to a close. He smiled and started to pose the same way that Incineroar was. My eyes widened. Incineroar was about to do a z-move.

Kukui smiled and said, "I hope you are ready for this. Alright Incineroar let's win this battle. Use Inferno Overdrive".

Water torrent had one major flaw. Once Mithril was going in one direction he couldn't change that direction. It was too late to call for him to dodge. Incineroar had fire surround him and charged headfirst into Mithril. Mithril slammed his fist into Incineroar fists. Incineroar's flames took over and matched Mithril's attack. Smoke shot out through the battlefield and then a bright light filled the area. Once the smoke was cleared Incineroar was standing and flexing. Meanwhile, my newly evolved Empoleon was knocked unconscious. Kukui smiled and hugged his Incineroar. I was a bit taken aback by the loss. It was my first loss. I wasn't exactly sure how to feel. I know the loss stung especially because we had the type advantage. I walked over to Mithril and clicked his Pokeball. In my past life, I was acquainted with losing, but this was a wake-up call. I wasn't perfect and I still needed to get stronger.

Kukui came up to me and stuck his hand out. He said, "Wow I haven't had a battle like that ever since I left Alola. You are strong".

I shook his hand almost robotically and stiffly said "Yah neither have I".

Kukui seemed to be oblivious to my internal struggle and asked "You guys wouldn't mind if I traveled with you? I think we could get strong together".

N spoke up before I could answer "We have two other people in our group so we need to ask them, but you can come with us".

Kukui smiled and pumped his fist into the air. He recalled Incineroar and Bravery and we walked back to the Pokemon center. Hopefully, Aurea and Elesa would be done with getting the supplies. Apparently, Kukui had already finished his island trials and he was exploring the rest of the regions. He asked me about the water torrent move and I had explained the new move to him on the walk back. He was like a kid in the candy store as I explained the new move to him.

He said, "That is amazing. I never would have thought to use water like that. The main problem it seems is that Mithril can't change directions when he uses the move".

I nodded and said "Yah we have been struggling with it. The water has enough force from the spinning to leave devastating blows, but it is enough force where Mithril can't stop until he hits something. I can't think of a way to stop Mithril".

Kukui seemed to think about it for a while and said "Have you ever had Mithril shoot out a water gun in the opposite direction. It wouldn't stop him, but it would let him change directions".

I shook my head and said, "No, but I am sure that we will have plenty of time to work on it".

I have to admit having Kukui come with us on the journey was going to be a boon. In the anime, he was extremely strong, and even now he was a great trainer. Kukui was something that I needed in my life. I needed a rival to continue to push me past my limits. I had Leon, but he was in Galar and I wouldn't be able to have a battle with him for a long time. We approached the Pokemon center and Aurea and Elesa were waiting in the lobby. Elesa was quick to shoot up and asked "Who is this"?

Kukui smiled and stuck out his hand. He said, "I'm Kukui and it looks like we are going to be traveling members".

Elesa shot me a glare and asked "You let someone else in our group? And you don't even know him".

I shrugged and was about to say something when N cut me off. "He beat Aragorn in a battle".

Elesa's jaw dropped and she said "What? Aragorn lost. You beat Aragorn?".

I shook my head and said, "Don't act so surprised Elesa. I have lost before".

Aurea butted in and asked "You've lost before? I thought you said you were undefeated"?

I shook my head and said, "I've lost a few unofficial matches, but by the league's standards I am still undefeated".

Kukui said with a smile "Wow. You must be strong then if you haven't lost to a gym leader yet. I was right to go on a journey with you guys".

Elesa turned a beaming smile on Kukui and said "Maybe you could teach me a few moves so I can take down Aragorn. It's always nice to see him taken down a few pegs".

Aurea smiled and said, "well we are glad to have you Kukui. I'm Aurea and the person to my left is Elesa. We were just about to head out to the Colossus ruins so get your stuff and get ready to go".

Kukui nodded and said, "I'm ready to go whenever you guys are".

I scowled at the guide and asked "What do you mean we can't get there if we don't have a flying pokemon".

The ranger gave me a stink eye and said "Listen kid I don't make the rules. All I know is that you need to have your flying pokemon pull you across the desert on the surfboard".

Aurea covered my mouth and gave the ranger a winning smile and asked "What if we don't have a flying pokemon Miss"?

The ranger thought for a moment and then said "You either have to hop on a board with one of your friends or I could loan you guys some".

Kukui laughed and said, "Nope I've got Braviary and I can't wait to bust a few moves on the surfboard".

I shook my head as well and said "N and I are good. Ancalagon will do just fine".

Elesa sighed and said, "I don't think Emolga will be able to carry me so I would like a lone pokemon".

Aurea also said, "I'll take one too".

The ranger smiled and handed out two pokeballs to the girls. I was quick to throw out Ancalagon and he appeared with a guttural roar. The ranger's eyebrow rose and her Mandibuzz backed up. Kukui threw out his Braviary and quickly attached the eyebrow. Aurea and Elesa clicked their pokeballs and a Pidgeot and a Noivern came out. They were also quickly harnessed and we were ready to go. N and I were latched up to Ancalagon and he was ready to go. Kukui looked at me and a hint of a challenge was in his eye. Oh if the surfer boy wanted to race I would give him a race. Kukui stuck up three of his fingers and slowly started to count down. Once his last finger was down the four of us took off and I immediately face-planted into the ground. Ancalagon was smirking and I scowled at him. I got back up on the board and made sure N was holding on tight. Ancalagon shot off like a bullet. He was cutting through the air and we had made up most of the distance lost between the rest of the group.

As I slowly passed them I stuck my tongue out in front of Kukui and he laughed. He did some type of maneuver and he was surfing the sands in front of me. Ancalagon didn't seem to like that and he pulled me even faster. I shot past Kukui. Aurea and Elesa's pokemon seemed to be keeping up. The Pidgeot and the Noivern were racing each other. Kukui called out to me and I turned to look back at him. That's funny he seemed to be pointing at something in front of me. I didn't turn my head in time to see what I hit, but it was hard. Ancalagon landed down next to my prone form and I swear I was seeing double of him and N. Ancalagon then bent down and nipped my head. I groaned and shakily got up.

N asked, "Are you ok"?

I waved him off and saw that Aurea and Elesa had beaten Kukui to the ruins. I groaned as Kukui came up to me. He smiled at me and pulled me up. The ranger came to a skidding halt and smiled at our group. She pointed at tall imposing ruins. It looked just like in the games. Zen mode Darmanitans were on top of columns. The ruins themselves weren't very big and I suspected that the more fascinating things were inside the ruins. I quickly dialed up Cynthia. She would want to get a look at this. The Pokedex rang for a few moments and Cynthia's face appeared. It looks like she was either in Snowpoint city or lake Acuity. I could tell because of all of the snow. It seemed that a blizzard was going on behind her. If I looked closely I could see that her Gabite and Togekiss were playing in the background. Her Miltotic was firmly wrapped around her to protect her from the cold.

Cynthia smiled and said "What's up Aragorn'?

I grinned and said, "We are entering some old ruins. I thought you may be able to give some insight on some of the older writings".

Cynthia raised an eyebrow at that and asked "Why not just call Professor Rowan and Grandma"?

I rubbed the back of my head and said "Why would I do that when I have you to help?"

Cynthia's face went a tad bit red and she stuttered out something. It was probably from the cold. Her Milotic lightly bumped her and the girl reorganized herself. She slowly let out a few deep breaths and a determined look came into her eyes. Elesa leaned over my shoulder and said "Who is that Aragorn"?

Cynthia looked at Elesa and that determined look in her eyes came back tenfold. Cynthia nodded her head and said, "I'd be happy to help any way I can Aragorn. Just keep me on the line".

I just nodded my head. We all walked into the ruins. I was waving my Pokedex back and forth to let Cynthia get a better view of the ruins. She was jotting down notes on ancient writings that filled the walls. It was a slow descent down and I wasn't paying much attention, but I was able to listen in on a few conversations.

N said to the ranger "What is it you do"?

The ranger looked at N and smiled. She said, "My job is to help protect pokemon from bounty hunters and other natural disasters".

N smiled and asked, " How does one become a pokemon ranger"?

The ranger asked, "Why are you interested"?

N just shrugged and said, "It seems interesting. I just wanted to learn some more about it".

The ranger nodded and said, "Rangers need to have a few years of being in law enforcement, and then it all depends on rank. The regions have a summit that chooses the top ten rangers, and then it falls into the different ranks".

N nodded and they continued in silence. Aurea had her notebook and was tapping her pencil against it. Kukui asked Aurea "What type of pokemon do you think live down here"?

Aurea grinned and said, "I'm not sure, but I am hoping these ruins may give me more details on how pokemon acted in older civilizations".

She then turned to me and asked "Would it be ok if you sent some of my notes to your grandfather"?

I shrugged and didn't turn to her. I was currently looking at some very old sketches. I said 'Sure. I need to send him some of the research I've been doing anyway".

Cynthia chimed in and said, "I can ask Grandmother if you would like? She is a Professor that focuses mostly on the religions here in Sinnoh".

Aurea turned and said, "Wow that would be great".

Cynthia just smiled at that and continued to jot down notes. The further we went down into the tunnel the more sarcophagus we passed. Cynthia noted that some were made of actual gold. They came to a well-lit room that had a large sarcophagus in the middle. We slowly approached the sarcophagus and the ranger gently tried to push it open. The sarcophagus wouldn't budge and it grabbed a hold of the ranger. I cursed. It was a Cofagrigus. Kukui was the first to act as Incineroar used darkest lariat to hit the Cofagrigus. The Cofagrigus floated away as the ranger fell out of it with a yelp. With that slight jump scare, we continued down the long steps. Kukui was leaning against one of the walls and he fell through the wall.

Aurea asked Kukui "You okay Kukui"?

Kukui yelled out "You guys need to get down here. It is full of gold".

Elesa asked, "What do you mean it is full of gold"?

I sighed and said, "I think he means exactly what he said Elesa. It is full of gold".

We all slowly started to descend into the room thanks to a rope that the ranger had on hand. There in the middle of the room was a pedestal that had a shining stone. In front of the stone was a large Golurk that seemed to be meditating. We slowly made our way up to the top where the shining rock was.

The ranger slowly inspected the rock and said out loud "No way. This is the Meteonite. It is said that the ancient people used it as a replacement sun when a volcanic eruption covered the atmosphere. I can't believe that it is here. We need to get this to the research labs in Nimbasa city".

Everyone in our group nodded and Aurea was scanning the object. She was about to poke the stone, but the ranger was quick to pull Aurea away from the stone. The ranger pointed to the meditating Golurk and said "If you touch the stone it will wake up the guardian".

Aurea nodded and walked down the stairs to look around the fully golden room. Just as we were about to head back up to the upper floors an explosion was heard. The top of the golden room started to crack and the ceiling caved in. There standing over the new hole was Team Plasma grunts. They descended on the stone and the grunts surrounded it. I gave Cynthia a quick goodbye and closed the Pokedex. I was quick to throw out Smaug. He appeared in all of his golden glory. The rest of the group followed suit and threw out their pokemon.

Aurea yelled "How could you destroy all this history? Don't you know how important this information is"?

The grunts remained silent and they parted. The only thing filling the chamber was a soft clicking of someone walking towards the stone. It was a man with long silver hair and a Metagross was walking next to him. The man slowly placed his hand on the stone and then turned to address Aurea "My dear this stone is more valuable than you could ever know. With this power Team Plasma will be able to rule over everything".

Elesa asked "Team Plasma? Isn't that the anti battle Pokemon movement"?

The silver-haired man smiled and turned to the six of us and said "Team Plasma is so much more than a simple peace sprouting organization. Our great leader understands the cruelty of humans. He understands the need to eliminate the problem so that the world can become beautiful again".

N hid behind me as I started to laugh. The Silver-haired man turned to me and his eyes scrunched in anger. The man had a cruel smile on his face and said "I am looking at things from a much higher perspective than you. I observed this region, this world, the truth of it all. And I have realized that humans must be destroyed. Out of all which Arceus has made, humans are his sole failure. In order to make this region, this world, into a beautiful utopia, I must remove humanity, in place of Arceus who refuses to admit to his mistake".

Kukui backed up and said, "You're absolutely crazy man, and the people that follow you are even worse".

The grunts didn't take too kindly to that and charged forwards. The grunts yelled out in an almost crazed state "For Sephiroth". Incineroar and Smaug jumped in front of our group and let loose two flamethrowers. Kukui then turned to me and said "Go kick his ass Aragorn and make sure he doesn't get the stone".

I nodded and headed up to the top where the now named Sepiroth was staring at the stone on its pedestal. As I continued to climb the steps Smaug and Incineroar protected me. The two were working in tandem as I slowly made my way to the top. Once I made it to the top of the pillars I looked to see that Metagross had lifted Sephiroth in the air. He had a cruel smile on his face as he gazed down at the battlefield. His eyes then snapped to me and his smile turned into a harsh snarl. Smaug stood next to me and growled at the Metagross.

Sephiroth scowled and said, "I can see it from here. You are nothing to me. I am the hand of Arceus. I carry his sentence so the foolish blood of a mortal will not taint his hands".

I snarled back. A religious fanatic was something I hated beyond belief. Any person that was willing to perform atrocities in the name of God was immediately someone I hated. I was quick to call out "encircle the podium in fire".

Smaug was quick to react and let lose a barrage of flames. The flames quickly surrounded the podium and everyone was cut off from our fight. Smaug let loose another roar, but Sephiroth just continued to stand there and watch the flames that blocked his escape. He just continued to smile that irritating smile, but he didn't move an inch.

I called out "Flame burst and then eruption".

Smaug formed a small ball of fire from his mouth and let lose the flame burst. The flame burst hit a psychic shield that Metagross brought up. Metagross then the earth started to shake. Smaug jumped up to dodge the earthquake and fire erupted under the Metagross's feat. The fire was a direct hit and that was when the man that was still floating above everything started to scowl. He then slowly descended and it was easy to see the slight twitching of his eyebrow.

Sepiroth screamed out "Who are you to touch the hand of Arceus? What is your motivation to fight? I fight to make a beautiful new world".

Sepiroth slowly reached down and grabbed the stone from the pedestal. The Golurk stood up and smashed some of the grunts that had tried to knock it out. I briefly took a glance at my group and saw they were still holding off the other Team Plasma grunts. I refocused and felt myself being tugged by Smaug. I looked up to see the Golurk had sent a hyper beam at Sephiroth. Metagross turned and simply stopped the attack. The Metagross then looked at me and I felt the crushing of psychic on my form. I looked over to see Smaug was experiencing the same thing. Sepiroth then held up the stone and it shone in an almost blinding fashion.

Sepiroth then lowered the stone and sneered at me. He said, "You see Arceus has graced his prophet with his elegance. This stone is the key to everything. No matter what your motivations are you will never be able to stand in my way because I am justice".

I pushed against the psychic and I slowly rose even with an unrelenting force pressing down on my body. I said, "The world isn't perfect. But it's there for us, doing the best it can. And that's what makes it so damn beautiful".

Sepiroth screamed, "You are nothing, but a fool. I am the hand of Arceus and with this stone, all will see it".

I looked over at Smaug and whispered to him while Smaug ranted "I need you to focus your flames and aim for the stone. It needs to be the strongest flame you have ever used before".

Smaug nodded and slowly started to build up more fire as Sepiroth continued to rant. The flames had become so hot in Smaug's mouth that it was starting to resemble the light that the stone was releasing. Smaug let loose the whitish fire and slumped onto the floor. I quickly recalled him and watched as the flame arced towards the stone. Metagross tried to put up a barrier, but the flame burned through the barrier when it touched it. The flames continued to consume everything in their way and made their way to Sepiroth. The flame hit the stone and the stone started to dissolve from Smaug's flames. Sepiroth turned to me in a rage, but he still held the stone as if the stone itself was a lifeline. The stone continued to burn until nothing was left and the white flame continued onto its next target. Se[hiroth screamed in pain as the flame devoured his hand and fell to the ground.

Sepiroth screamed "Your greedy nature of trying to touch the hand of Arceus… That's your sin! Arceus or his divine children are not beings you can so casually touch. And yet you burnt a divine child of Arceus. Those are sins worthy of death"!

The pain that came afterward was something I hope I would never experience again. Sephiroth came up to me and a cruel smile was fitted on his face. He slowly approached me and the psychic Metagross was holding me and pushed down harder on my bones. The feeling was not something I can describe clearly. It was as if a boulder was on my shoulders and it continued to press harder and harder. At a point, I had thought I heard my bones creaking from the pressure. A faint scream escaped my lips even as I tried to hold it in. I wouldn't give this white-haired bastard any satisfaction.

Sephiroth leaned down and whispered into my ear "The next time we meet Arceus will judge your soul".

I tried to respond, but nothing came out. The weight lifted off of my shoulders and I looked around to see that Sephiroth and the Team Plasma grunts had floated back out of the hole in the ceiling by Metagross. I heard faint footsteps and I was slowly rolled over. I looked to see that the whole group was leaning over me in worry. I just gave them a slight smile and said to Kukui "You look like crap".

Kukui gave a weak laugh and I drifted off into the darkness. Hopefully, I didn't have any more dreams. The next time I woke I was in a pokemon center. I groaned. The last few days I had been knocked out constantly and I was getting sick of it. The guy named Sepiroth never came up in the games or anime so something must have changed. I'm not sure, but it was clear that Sephiroth and his Metagross were strong. I would need to be careful when I faced off against Team Plasma in the future. I quickly swung my legs off the bed and winced when my feet touched the floor. I rose from the bed and my legs almost gave out from under me. I looked out the window of a pokemon center and noticed it was dark outside. I was greeted to a shining city in the nightlight and a massive Ferris Wheel. I limped out of the room and to the well-lit battlegrounds outside. I quickly threw out all my pokeballs and all of my Pokemon came out. I smiled when I saw that Smaug looked fine. I'm glad I called him back before he was hurt too much. My Pokemon stared at me and I sat down in front of them.

Mandos said, "You should be resting".

I waved him off and continued to stare at the moon. I said "Sometimes I just stare at the moon after a really bad nightmare. I've realized that the moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It's always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it's a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections".

Mandos sat next to me and placed a hand on my shoulder. He said "I know you are scared Aragorn, but we are all scared sometimes. You must look to your friends and your Pokemon to help instill that sense of courage and Bravery. Fear cuts deeper than any type of sword. We will face these hardships together".

I looked over towards the rest of my pokemon and each of them were there supporting me. Even though my hands were shaking I slowly stood up and my Pokemon, my friends looked at me for directions. I slowly stood with the help of Mandos. I think it was time for a bit more training. I asked my Pokemon "Are you guys ready to train"?

I was greeted with roars and yells of approval from my Pokemon. I could see the determination in their eyes and an overwhelming sense of pride came over me. This was my team. My rock to help me weather the storm of everything that was to come. I was going to do more than just become the champion of Unova. I was going to be the one to defeat the Dragon king. I was going to find the truth of this world I now inhabited. No evil organization was going to stand in my way.

I had sent Mandos to practice a move we had been working on. The best way to describe the move was that he stored his aura into a ball close to his chest and continued to build up the aura until it was large enough for him to release. Mandos would then release the attack and it would shoot out a beam of energy. I smiled at the thought of the move. It was a complete rip off of the Kamehameha, but Mandos wasn't quite at the level where he could shoot it off more than once. It was a good start and it was why I had him sparring with Ulmo. Ulmo was currently trying to master his new move. Ulmo's new move took time though. It was a pretty simple concept. It was based on a spider web. Ulmo would create long electric threads and slowly weave a web to force the opponent to be constantly aware of it. This would make stronger and faster enemies slow down and give Ulmo a chance to compete with them.

Smaug was busy trying to replicate the white fire, but he seemed to be struggling with creating a flame that hot. I'm sure he would eventually solve the problem, but I had a sneaking suspicion he only was able to perform the newly dubbed Amaterasu because of the stress we were under. Mithril was trying to master two of his moves. He was currently shooting out stronger water guns to try and perform a Hydro pump. He would then switch to trying to use the move drill peck. Meanwhile, I had Mordor focusing on trying to use the moves bug buzz and flame wheel. He was still relatively new to the team and lacked any strong moves. He needed variety and stronger moves before I could start developing moves for him. He was the baby in the group. I was excited to see how strong he could get though. His Pokedex even said that people in ancient times believed Larvestas had nested on the sun. If that were true then he could end up being one of my strongest pokemon.

Now the two I was really focusing on were Ancalagon and Gimli. Both had plenty of variety in moves, but they lacked in their ways. Gimli for all his strength had no ranged moves and if an opponent took to the sky he couldn't do anything about it. I planned to fix that with a new move. Ancalagon didn't lack in power, but he didn't have a signature move. I planned on making him one.

Gimli's move would be focused on generating a single punch that will create mass amounts of wind pressure to shoot it towards aerial opponents. This attack was heavily based on the Texas Smash. I had named the new move All-Might. Gimli continued to focus and extended all four of his arms forward. The wind moved slightly, but it would take time for him to figure out how the attack would work. We had time though.

Now Ancalagon was one of the more simple attacks to make. He liked to destroy things and It was very easy making up a move for him. I kept it pretty simple. I wanted him to shoot out a massive barrage of draconic energy waves to rain down on his opponents. It would be a massively destructive attack and I thought it would suit Ancalagon's fighting style. Ancalagon seemed to struggle with breaking off multiple waves of draconic energy. So far there were only two draconic beams.

We continued like this for a while until the sun had started to rise. I called back my pokemon from their hard work and slowly made my way back into the pokemon center. I needed the rest, but this training was worth it. It was a reminder of what I was striving towards.

I felt that Aragorn was getting too comfortable winning constantly so bringing in Kukui and Sephiroth was a must to show he still had room to go. I also generally just like Kukui and see the two have a very close friendship. He will probably be the last main person to join the group. Sephiroth is a fanatic and I thought it fit well with Team Plasma's goals. I know I could have used the sages, but I thought the introduction of a new villain would help. Aragorn's team:

Smaug (Arcanine) moves:

Thunder fang, psychic fang, fire fang, play rough, ember, extreme speed, quick attack, flame thrower, fire burst, will-o-wisp, flame wheel, crunch, extreme speed,

New moves: flare(a blinding light that stuns enemies), eruption (Flames spread across the floor that erupts like volcanoes), Magnetism (a field of electricity that is used like protect that can paralyze opponents when one touches it), Fire control (takes extreme concentration to use and leaves him extremely tired), Amaterasu (Smaug has only done this attack once, but it is a pure white flame that can only be put out due to time)

Ancalagon (Garchomp) moves:

Dragon breathe, sand attack, sand tomb, bulldoze, dragon claw, dragon pulse, dig, slash, bite, crunch, ember, mud shot, brick break, scorching sands

New moves:

Ground armor (Ancalagon surrounds himself in the earth to increase his defense. This is one of his favored moves because he can take more damage and act as a mass of destruction). Aragorn has been focused on him developing resistances to ice and fairy type moves. Dragon barrage (It is a move that Ancalagon charges up the dragon energy around him and shoots out a massive barrage of purple draconic energy waves up into the air to rain down on the opponent, it is still in progress).

Mandos (Lucario) moves:

Aura Sphere, detect, copycat, feint, force palm, metal claw, quick attack, nasty plot, power-up punch, bone rush, sword dance, bullet punch, dark pulse, meteor mash.

New moves:

Bone rush swords (He uses bone rush to create swords to fight with), Buster sword (uses bone rush to create the buster sword. He can fling aura attacks off the sword),

Gimli (Machamp) moves:

Fire punch, thunder punch, ice punch, low kick, revenge, vital throw, seismic punch, bullet punch, mega punch, low sweep, close combat, dynamic punch, counter, payback

New moves:

He has mastered many forms of martial arts. All-Might (A single punch that creates mass amounts of wind pressure) I plan to use some different types of animes for these like the seven deadly sins, and My Hero Academia.

Mithril (Empoleon) moves:

Aqua Jet, bubble, water gun, metal claw, water pulse, icy wind, water sport, hail, ice beam, rain dance, Hydro pump (He is still learning this one), drill peck (Still learning this one).

New moves:

Icicle spears (Mithril forms icicle spears from the water around him and launches them at his opponents), Blood bending(It is a work in progress. He controls the blood in an opponent's body), icy domain (Mithril freezes the floor around him and skates across the floor), Water torrent (Water forms around Mithril's flipper and spins in angry torrents. It greatly resembles Sasuke's Chidori in a water form. It has the same power as one of Blastoise cannons. Aragorn has been trying to mix it with other moves to increase its power even more), more moves to come, Water javelins (they are water javelins)

Ulmo (toxtricity) moves:

Acid, Acid spray, Spark, volt switch, thunder wave, thundershock, thunder, poison jab, thunder punch, eerie impulse, sludge bomb, venom drench.

New moves:

Poison fog (This move creates a poisonous fog that causes pokemon to become poisoned. Ulmo is able to shoot the cloud out of its pores. The cloud is extremely thick), Electrical stimulation (Ulmo stimulates its muscles to increase the reaction in its muscles. This lets Ulmo compete with other members of Aragorn's team). Web( Ulmo creates strings of electricity across the battlefield. This is meant to slow down opponents and force slower combat)
