Charlie P.O.V.
My name is Charles Mark Slick. I'm 16 years old. I'm a Latino boy. I have brown eyes, with dark tan skin. I have wild, black curly hair. I miss my best friend Julius Kore and his little brother Tommy. Last time I saw him was 3 days ago. Julius has always been my best friend, ever since we were very young. I grew up in Delaware, which is where Julius grew up too. We met in a park. I was around 6 years old when I first met Julius. My mother: Maria Slick (nee Lopez), was at the time a popular dancer at bars. She wasn't a stripper by any means. She just was a good dancer. That was something she liked to do.
Later on, my mother had a different job: she was a secretary for many major companies. My father: Leonardo Slick, was a major record producer. He worked for many famous celebrities in the music industry, including: Tupac Shakur, Eminem, Selena Quintanilla, Paula Abdul, Dr. Dre among several other artists. He worked for EMI Records, Elektra Records, and Virgin Records. Now, he is a music producer who still works for EMI Records. He quit his job at Elektra Records and Virgin Records because he didn't want to work for 3 companies at once.
I like a wide range of music artists. I mainly listen to rock, hip hop, R&B and rap music. My friend likes hip hop, pop, R&B and a little bit of rock music. I also like playing video games. My favorite video games are: the Sly Cooper games, Uncharted, Assassin's Creed, Ratchet and Clank, among several other games. I usually like playing video games with my friend Julius or Savannah. I got a PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and X Box One.
I was currently playing an Assassin's Creed game with Savannah, my other best friend. Julius has got a major crush on Savannah Greenwood. They've been friends since they were little kids. Speaking of Julius, I don't know where he is. He's been missing for 2 days now. Where could he be? Julius told me the other day over the phone that he was okay and he somehow survived the lightning striking his house. I live across the street from me. I saw the lightning strike Julie's house. Then, he dissappeared in an instant. Thd weather was horrible.
I really wanted to go over to Julius's house and investigate what happened to him. But, the terrible weather prevented me from going over Julius's house. I decided to wait a couple of days to go over to his house.
Me and Savannah were finishing up a mission on Assassin's Creed Odyssey on the PS4. (I would describe the mission in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, however, since I'd never played Assassin's Creed Odyssey before, I can't tell you what the said mission in Assassin's Creed Odyssey is about). I was almost done with the mission. A few minutes later, my mission was complete. Me and Savannah cheered. Then we put away Assassin's Creed Odyssey and turned off my PS4. Then we decided to play the Sly Collection for the PS3. It was a bright and sunny day outside. Sunlight streamed through my room. I turned on the PS3 and put in the Sly Collection disc in. I selected my username and moved over to the Game section.
I selected the Sly Collection icon. Me and Savannah waited patiently. The logos came up almost immediately. Then, the Sly Cooper game selection screen came on, along with the all too familiar Sly Cooper theme song. I pressed the left analog stick to the right and selected Sly 2: Band of Thieves. The game intro started up almost immediately. I skipped the game intro. I pressed the select button to start a new game.
It took me to the save file screen. There was 3 slots, one of them was full. It was the second episode: A Starry Eyed Encounter. It said 14% of game complete. The other 2 save files were empty. I selected the second save file and pressed the X button. The prologue episode of Sly 2: Band of Thieves started to begin. The conversation between Sly and Bentley was normal. All of a sudden, I heard the main chorus of the song: Havana by Camila Cabello playinh in the background. The binocucom stopped and I saw Sly running towards a potted plant. He looked around the potted plant and saw nothing. Bentley's voice came on, asking his raccoon friend what was wrong. The raccoon told his turtle friend that he thought he'd heard somebody singing behind a bush.
Bentley told Sly that the noise was nothing. Then, Sly walked back to the spot he was before. Me and Savannah were puzzled bt what just happened. That wasn't how the prologue episode of Sly 2 was supposed to begin. I played this level over a thousand times. This has never happened before. I assumed that it was just an glitch. The binocucom conversation between Sly and Bentley continued on as if nothing had happened. Then, the conversation ended and I controlled Sly. I made Sly jump on the trampoline thad led to the T-Rex skeleton. I jumped on top of the T-Rex skeleton. All of sudden, I heard someone land behind me. Before I could jump off the skeleton, Bentley came up the elevator. Then, I saw a human figure jump in front of Sly. A cutscene strarted to play. The human figure landed directly in front of Sly.
I looked at this new character. It appeared to be a 15 year old boy with wild, messy brown hair and blue eyes. His skin was beige colored. This boy was wearing a dark blue hoodie with jeans. He had Reeboks on his feet. Me and Savannah gasped as we instantly recognized the boy. It was our friend Julius. We were beyond shocked at what we saw. Words couldn't describe this moment. I thought that this was another glitch. Then, me and Savannah heard Julius speaking to Sly. The voice was crystal clear.
It was Julius's voice. It was then that we realized that this no glitch. This was real. My best friend Julius Kore was in Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
Julius's phone started vibrating. He answered it. He was talking to me ovee the phone. I then realized why Julius didn't reveal his location. Julius was in the Cairo Museum of Natural History; at the prologue level of Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
