Ash,Gary and leaf are currently participating in the water chariot race held in alto mare and ash is pushed back to the last.But he suddenly feels some invisible force and that force gets him past the finish line making him the winner but his chariot does not stop and he went on.

"Don't worry,he is my friend ash I will give the trophy to him"leaf said and the announcer nodded and gave leaf the trophy to hand over to ash.

whereas,on the other hand,Ash stops in front of a garden.And in front of him a small jet like red and white pokemon is floating in air.

"You are latias,the eon pokemon"ash said and latias nuzzled to him.Then latias took him to the entrance gate and went inside while ash stood there.

then a girl approached him.she was wearing a green t shirt and grey pants.she also had a hat on her head.

"hey what are you doing here?"she demanded.

"uh.. latias brought me here"said ash.

"Ohh yeah latias never brings any stranger"she yells and continues to yell on ash.

Then latias arrives with her brother latios

"Phew...You finally came"sighed ash.

Then latios and latias nuzzled themselves to ash while he laughed.

"You should listen to others as well,bianca"said an old man approaching them.Bianca hung her head down in shame.

"I am lorenzo and this is my granddaughter bianca please forgive her"said lorenzo.

"I am sorry"said bianca quietly.

"it's okay I am ash,ash ketchum"ash said.

Then gary and leaf also arrived there.

"How did you find me guys?"asked ash.

"Pokedex navigation system"leaf said proudly showing her pokedex.

"ohh okay"ash said.

Then gary and leaf introduce themselves to bianca and lorenzo and also played with latios and latias.

They went inside the garden and lorenzo told them the story of the soul dew and how latios and latias' father sacrificed himself to save altomare.They also find out that this soul dew contains the life latios.

Then two girls arrive.

"We finally found you,legendary eon siblings latios and latias"said one of them.

"I found you the only former team rocket members who are not behind bars Annie and Oakley ,As a member of international police,I declare that you are under arrest"ash said and showed his I'd.

lorenzo and bianca were shocked at this revelation that in this young age ash is the member of international police.

"You have have arrested our other members,but we shall take latios and latias anyway and you won't be able to stop us"annie yelled and send out ariados while oakley released espeon.

"You won't be able to take them"ash said and released mewtwo while gary released suicune and leaf released celebi,lorenzo and his granddaughter his were shocked to see three legendaries under there possession while Annie and oakley commanded their pokemon to attack.Mewtwo,suicune and celebi defeated them anyway.

"grrr...if we can't take them then we will destroy them and this whole city"Annie said and blasted the soul dew then ash got angry and told mewtwo to teleport the two girls to international police headquarters which mewtwo did and they were behind the bars.Then lorenzo told that them if the soul dew is destroyed the city will also be destroyed.As a result,the sea water was approaching at full force.Mewtwo,latios,latias,celebi and suicune all tried but couldn't stop it because the only way to stop it was by making another soul dew.So latios gave up all of his energy and made another soul dew.Everyone cried for latios then lorenzo said"latios followed the legacy of his father and sacrificed himself to make another soul dew,but the problem is since there is no more latios,so who will succeed latias' brother".

Then another latios came from nowhere and told them through telepathy that he was chosen as latias' mate by arceus so lorenzo and bianca allowed him to stay with latias.Then ash and his friends bid farewell to lorenzo and bianca and continued on their journey to reach new bark town.

As they arrive in professor Elm's lab,he asks them to go to the marine pokemon center to bring an egg to him.On their way,they meet a group of lapras and surprisingly leaf's lapras belongs to that group.Then her lapras spends some time with them after that the group of lapras leaves that place and ash and his friends arrive in the pokemon center and take the egg.

Ash and his friends are currently resting and looking at the egg they brought.

"I want to know which pokemon it is"leaf said and ash nodded.

"maybe a legendary pokemon"said gary.

Then the egg started glowing and a small green creature was standing in the place of the egg.

"hey it's a larvitar"ash said.

"It isn't a legendary,but it is a persaudo"leaf said.

Then larvitar started playing with ash and others causing them to laugh.After that professor Elm also arrived there and played with it but whenever asked about its mother it cried.So they decided to go to mt.silver to find out.

As they reached mt.silver they saw a big tyranitar there.As soon as larvitar saw his mother he ran towards her.She took him in her arms but as she saw ash and others she thought them to be poachers and was about to fire a hyper beam,when larvitar stood to protect them.Then she calmed down and apologized to them.After that the real poachers came and tried to take tyranitar and larvitar but ash and others defeated them and they were arrested by the pokemon rangers group.then our heroes said goodbye to larvitar and his mother and went to new bark town where ash registered for the silver conference by showing his eight badges.
