A.N. Hey folks, Blue Tagg here with the eleventh chapter.
Last time we saw Judy getting covered in mutagen. Some of you guessed that the feather might be a cause of it, but what kind of feather was it?
Well, let's get started.
The tank burst and the green glowing substance poured out and right on to Judy, causing her to be swept away by it.
"JUDY/HOPPS!" The officers said in worry for their comrade.
Judy stopped sliding as she got on her knees, covered in the green substance. She just held herself as screamed in pain.
"IT BURNS!" Judy screamed in agony.
Soon, her body started to grow bigger, causing her uniform to tear apart. Feathers began to produce on her arms, her feet were transformed into talons and something began to form on her mouth and two somethings we're growing out of her back. And for a moment, her whole head turned all around her body.
On the side-lines, everyone was shocked at what was happening to her.
"Judy, what's happening to her!" Nick said as he watched in horror.
"She's mutating!" Mikey piped up as they continued to watch in horror.
Judy was now 6 feet tall, with feathers on her arms and torso. Her feet looked like talons with a hint of fur on them and she also had a yellow beak. She still had her furry paws, with long claws, and her lower part had fur as well. She also had white wings grown out of her back. She kept her rabbit ears, and her eyes were still amethyst but her sclera was yellow, instead of white, and she had no neck. Judy has become an owl-like mutant.
Judy felt a bit disoriented, but then screeched out. The officers just stood there, shocked and confused about what happened to their comrade.
"Carrots," Nick said as he saw what happened to his girlfriend.
The Kraang just stared for a moment, until Subprime spoke up.
"Well, the job is done, capture that thing!" Subprime commanded.
The Kraang then started blasting her with the blaster. Some hit Judy, but it only made her go more in a violent rage.
One blast then bounced off a wall and went directly to Donnie.
"Lookout!" Donnie said as he braced himself for the laser, only to hit the prison jell he was contained in, which caused some of it to dissolve, freeing his right arm. "Guys, just like before, it's sensitive to pure energy. Which means… oh this is gonna hurt."
Donnie then grabbed hold of the lasered bar, electrifying him and his brothers. But it also made the electricity flow through their gel prisons, causing them to dissolve, thus freeing them.
"Aw yeah!" Mikey said as the turtles charged at the Kraang.
The turtles attacked the Kraang to keep them from attacking Judy.
While that was happening, the Ottertons where put on a lift and were lifted up onto the ledge above, which Leo noticed.
"Raph, the otters!" Leo commanded Raph. Raph then ran towards the machinery and used his parkour skills to climb up towards the ledge.
"Donnie try to free the officers! Mikey, try to calm down Officer Hopps, I'll draw the Kraang's fire!" Leo commanded his brothers.
"Why do I have to deal with the giant monster?!" Mikey complained.
"Because you helped calm down Leatherhead when we first met him," Leo pointed out.
"Good point," Mikey realised as he ran towards the monster bunny.
The mutant bunny/owl was still in a blind rage.
"Now Officer Hopps, let's take it nice and easy," Mikey said as he tried to calm down Judy, only for her to screech at him.
Donnie made way towards to console and began typing away. Meanwhile the ZPD were watching the events that unfolded, and were eager to get in there.
"Purple masked turtle, think you might wanna make it fast?" Nick urged Donnie, much to the turtle's irritation.
"You think I wanna make it slow!?" Donnie retorted back.
After a few moments of typing, the energy bars lowered, freeing the officers and Agent Werrel.
"Alright!" Mchorn cheered as they all hopped out.
"What now, sir?" Prowlson asked Chief Bogo.
"How about giving us a hand!" Donnie exclaimed as he began fighting Kraang droids with his staff.
Bogo thought for a moment, and as much as he wanted to arrest the turtles, he knew they weren't the enemy here, and that they needed to save the Otterton's and get out of there fast. So, he made a tough decision.
"Take down the Kraang, but the turtles friendlies, for now," Bogo ordered.
"And remember, these are just robots, except for the brains in their stomachs, so you don't need to hold back as much," Donnie told them as he continued fighting.
The ZPD and Agent Werrel went into battle against the Kraang, joining the turtles.
Agent Werrel was using his martial arts against the Kraang as he did a roundhouse kick, knocking a droid's blaster out of its hold. Soon he ended up back-to-back with Leo, who was using his katanas to slice the droids. Agent Werrel noticed Leo's swords.
"Excuse me young man, think you could spare a sword?" Agent Werrel asked Leo.
"You know sword fighting?" Leo asked.
"I was the best on my fencing team back in Oxford," Werrel told him. Leo was a bit reluctant, but he gave Agent Werrel his Katana. The two then began slicing the droids.
Officer Wolford was holding his own against the droids as best he could, but then he noticed one of the blasters that a droid dropped. He then picked it up, and shot at one of the Kraang droids, blasting its arm off.
"Guys, take the blasters, their very affective," Wolford said as he shot at another. "…and awesome."
Meanwhile, the monster that was once Officer Judy Hopps was still in a blinded rage, with Mikey still trying to calm her down.
"Come on Officer Hopps, let's just calm down," Mikey tried to calm Judy down. But the mutated bunny-owl just screeched as she raised her claws.
"Carrots!" Nick called out to her. Judy then turned her attention to Nick, as he slowly approached her. "It's me, Nick. I know you're in there, please look at me."
The mutated Judy looks at Nick with curious nature as she studied him.
"Please Judy, let me help you," Nick pleaded with his mutated girlfriend while holding his paw. The bunny mutant then slowly approaches Nick, then slowly reaches for Nick's paw.
But then, more blasts were sent in their direction, causing Judy to screech and go mindless again.
"Carrots, no!" Nick urged Judy as the mutant destroyed everything in sight.
The Kraang droids kept firing, untit the were hit by lasers fired at them. Everyone looked up to see a drone hovering above them, firing lasers and mini missiles at the Kraang.
"Right on time," Agent Werrel said with a smile.
Soon a few droids were blasted by a pulse. They turned to see Dr Leving holding a big blaster gun.
"Thanks for giving me a reason to test out this pulse cannon," Leving said as he aimed and fired at more Kraang droids.
"Glad you could join us," Werrel said to the hyena scientist.
"Yeah, especially after what I saw through the drone feed," Leving said, surprised by everything he saw.
Judy was still on a rampage, with Nick still trying, and failing to calm her down.
"Judy, Judy please!" Nick pleaded with her, but she didn't listen.
Mutant Judy still kept rampaging, until Leo ran up to her, jumped over her and made her fall onto her back.
"Shh, shh, shh, there we go, calm down," Leo calmed Judy down as he gently massaged her head. Soon the mutant calmed down and went into a slumber.
"Judy," Nick said as he laid a paw on her.
"Don't worry, I just calmed her down, she'll be alright," Leo assured Nick.
Meanwhile up on the ledge, the Ottertons were trailed towards another room with the Kraang looking ready to do something.
"Kraang is ready to do the procedure, that which is the procedure, that will be done on the ones known as, the Ottertons," a droid said, which scared them.
"No, no, please!" Octavia Otterton said in panic.
But before anything could be done, Raph came in and started busting some Kraang. After destroying the Kraang droids, he went over to Alex's binds and once again, tried to release them.
"Come on, come on," Raph said as he tried to brack the binds, but after trying for a bit, Raph noticed a hand-scanner on the table, same for the others.
Raph then turned his attention to a broken droid. He then snatched its arm and put the hand on the scanner, which cause it to open. Satisfied, Raph then unlocked Conner, then Octavia then Emmit. The Ottertons were grateful to Raph.
"Thank you, thank you," Octavia said to Raph.
"Don't mention it," Raph replied. He then noticed more Kraang coming. "But we're not out of the woods yet!" He then grabbed the children in one arm and the parents in the other and made a dash for the exit.
Everyone was still fighting the Kraang. Bogo was fighting one with his fist, which then Leo sliced with his katanna. Leo then noticed Raph coming down with the Ottertons. He knew then what must be done.
"You're the one in charge, right?" Leo asked.
"I am," Bogo replied.
"We need to fall back!" Leo advised.
"What, we need to take them down!" Bogo pointed out.
Soon an alarm went off, causing concern.
"You hear that, it means there will be more coming!" Leo said to the chief. "Look, we can take them another time, but right now we need to get the Ottertons, Hopps, and everyone else out of here!"
Bogo looked at the scene. The Ottertons were in Raph's grasp as he tried to protect them, the mutant Judy was still unconscious as Nick protected her. It looked like they would be done for if they'd stay. So, as much as he hated getting advice from someone else, he made the call.
"Officers, retreat!" Bogo ordered everyone.
"Everybody, fall back!" Leo commanded as well.
Soon everyone made a break for the exit. Leo was leading the way, with Pennington carrying Judy over her shoulders, Raph carrying the Ottertons and Wolford, Leving and his drone providing cover fire.
Soon everyone regrouped.
"Mikey, give us an exit!" Leo ordered Mikey as a few droids approached them.
"See ya, babies!" Mikey exclaimed as he threw a smoke bomb on the ground, covring the group in smoke, blinding the Kraang.
Once it was clear, they were gone.
"The ones known as, the turtles and ZPD, that were in this place, are no longer in this place," a droid said.
"I can see that!" Subprime exclaimed very angrily. "You may have one this round turtles, but we're on a different battlefield now, so it might be a bit more difficult than usual."
A.N. And that was the eleventh chapter. So, Judy has been mutated into an owl mutant and the turtles and ZPD worked together to get everyone out of there.
Next chapter, everyone will get acquainted with one another, but how will that go? And how is Judy's condition at the moment.
