Naruto got up still feeling bad about leaving his family but was happy that he was back with them. Naruto smelled bacon coming from the kitchen and got dressed quickly and ran downstairs what he saw made him smile both of his mom's were at the table which was rare. "Hey Mom what are you doing here?"

"Well Naru-kun I have some important news".

"What is it?"

I got promoted I'm now second in command of the interrogation unit. And with the promotion came a bonus we can get our own house with some land on it".

"That's great mom. When do we move?"

"Well while your at school we will ask the Hokage about some land so hopefully we can move in next week".

As Naruto was about to leave he was stopped when he heard Kurenai say."You forgot something Naruto".

He looked in his bag and saw he had everything but he was wrapped up in a hug and a kiss on the cheek. "Don't forget Anko".

Naruto walked up to Anko and wrapped his arms around her which shocked her she's always been the fatherly type always making sure her family was safe so she was never home but she hugged him back and kissed his forehead. She felt like a parent when ever Naruto hugged her. "Your going to be late for school little snake".

Naruto laughed at his nickname she's been calling him that since he was adopted. But when Naruto was gone Anko turned to Kurenai and said "Thanks".

"For what babe?"

"Having Naruto hug me. Can I ask you something?"

"Sure".

Narutos birthday is coming I was wondering if I can take him to the festival. He's asked me for some time now but I know how you feel that's why I'm planning for Ino and Inoichi to come with us.

"I'll agree on one condition".

"Ok".

"First sign of trouble you come home".

"Deal, thanks hun". Anko hugged her and kissed her cheek.

Naruto walked into class and was greeted by Shikamaru and Ino. He was happy to see his friends but wanted to ask a question towards Ino. "Um Ino can I ask you something?"

"What's up Naruto-kun?"

"W-W-Well I was wondering if you wanna go on a date?"

"When?" She asked excitedly

"After school. I have a place I wanna show you".

Ino was in a daze she didn't even realize that school was already over when she was about to leave she was stopped by Naruto."Where you going we have a date".

"I know silly I'm going home to get ready".

"Get ready?"

"We're not going on our first date wearing our regular cloths we dress up it's a special occasion".

"Ok I'll pick you up in a hour".

"Ok see you soon".

Naruto was walking home and as he entered he screamed "MOM I NEED HELP!!" Anko was immediately down there with 2 kunias in hand "What's wrong".

"I have a date with Ino and I have no idea what to wear". To say Anko was surprised was a understatement she was thrilled to finally hear Naruto has a date with Ino.

"Don't worry about a thing Inoichi already called us and we picked you up some clothes.

"Really thanks Mom".

"Oh don't thank me yet Ino's coming with her dad for some pictures".

"WHAT!!!"

"Oh come on it's our kids first date so yes we're taking pictures.

Naruto went upstairs to get dressed he just hoped his parents won't embarrass him.
