A/N: I know this last chapter is overdue and I'm sorry I haven't posted since September. I have been stressed with school and I am also focusing on YouTube, but I'm back into writing. Hope you guys enjoy this last chapter of the story "The Bionic Life".
Bree's POV:
It's been a week since Mr. Davenport and Douglas admitted Adam, Chase, Leo and I into rehab. We were all getting therapy and getting detoxed. I feel pretty fine right now but sometimes I do want to try something. But I know we have to do better for ourselves and for the citizens. We are 1 week sober and it's honestly the best I've ever felt. Obviously it's good when I'm all high, but it feels good to be connected to your family and reality. Adam's rapist was put in prison and sentenced for 5 years. They were lenient but at least he'll pay for what Adam and all of us suffered through. "Mr. Davenport and Douglas, I would like to apologize for disrespecting you that day" I said. They accepted my apology and they knew it was all because of our drug addiction. It changed us, and I didn't like how we were acting. Now we are training twice as hard and taking therapy to protect ourselves and the citizens of Mission Creek. If there is something that I learned while I was addicted to drugs, is that it kills who you truly are in the inside. We are all connected to what is happening in the world and doing our responsibilities as heroes of Mission Creek. Drugs are people's worse enemies, and everything gets better.
A/N: Hope you guys enjoyed this story as much as I did making it. I hope you guys learned from this story that things get better eventually. This is all fiction but it's a message I wanted to provide about drug addiction and sexual assault. Love you guys, xoxo Pumpkin. PEACE!
