"Wait Armin you know the Mayor of Rose" Gray asked

"Well yes in a way" Armin admitted. "Where I come from, his name is Grisha Yeager. He's an amazing doctor & the father of Eren"

"He is right" Grisha continued. "I am Eren's father as well as a doctor in my own right, however I believe Armin is exaggerating at me being amazing".

"Exaggerating?!" Armin exclaims with wide eyes. "You saved all of Wall Maria well before Eren, Mikasa, & I were even born".

Grisha smiles bashfully at Armin before returning his attention back to the other members of Team Natsu.

"Well with that aside, I believe that I should tell you the details behind your job yes?" Grisha says. The team nods their heads and Grisha continues.

"Around a week or so ago, a strange monster started coming around during the night & kidnapping some of the townsfolk" Grisha grimly says

"What kind of monster?" Erza asks

"Nobody knows" Grisha replied. "The monster has only been seen once & the person who saw it got killed by the beast".

"So what you're saying is we have to find a monster that no one's ever scene?" Gray scoffs.

Grisha lets out a long sigh. "I am sorry, I wish I had more details, but this is all we know".

Natsu then gets up quickly from his hair and slams his hand's on Grisha's desk. "Don't worry Gresha, we'll kick this monster's ass no problem!". He exclaims

"...It's Grisha" Grisha sweat drops. Erza then punches Natsu in the face, knocking him out cold before returning her attention back to Grisha.

"Thank you Mr. Yeager" Erza says as she stands up from her chair & bows before Grisha. "We will handle this monster for you & make sure the townsfolk are safe".

Grisha returns her bow. "Thank you Ms. Scarlet, but before you all leave could I speak to Armin alone?" He asked

"Of course" Lucy replied. The rest of Team Natsu (Natsu is being dragged by Erza) minus Armin leave the Mayor's office, leaving Armin & Grisha alone.

Armin & Grisha's POV

Grisha & Armin look at each other for mere & tense couple of minutes. Neither one of them speaking a word at each other, the silence is the only thing that was even in the office. Grisha is the first one to break the silence.

"I assume you have a lot of questions, Armin?" Grisha asks

Armin gives him a deadpanned look "You think?" Armin says. "The last time anyone ever heard of you is when you have Eren your basement key after the fall of Wall Maria".

"Yes...well that is a very long story, but I believe you know most of it courtesy of Kruger"

"Wait, you know Kruger is here?" Armin asks.

Grisha nods his head. "As you already know, I received the power of the Attack Titan after I devoured Kruger & he ended up here in Earthland, well the very same thing happened to me".

"But how?" Armin asks

"Well the same way it happened to Kruger. After Eren devoured me to received the Attack Titan's power, I also blacked out and ended up in some random forest. Kruger found me hours later wandering the forest & took me to his home where is helped me get back on my feet. I became the mayor of this town after saving the people who lived here from a plague similarly to the one that struck Wall Maria all those years ago". Grisha stated.

"Amazing" Armin mutters.

Grisha then claps his hands togther, getting Armin's attention. "Now enough about me. How did you end up here?".

Armin lets out a long sigh. "To put it short, Eren retook Wall Maria alongside the Survey Corps, Mikasa, & myself".

"Ahh I see, so Eren did let the memories act as his guide" Grisha smirks.

"What?" Armin asked in a confused tone.

Grisha shakes his head. "Never mind, but that doesn't explain how you ended up here".

"In order for the Survey Corps to reclaim Wall Maria, we had to defeat the Armored, Colossal, & Beast Titan".

"The BEAST TITAN!" Grisha shouts.

"...Yes..." Armin says with a confused expression. "Why did you shout when I mentioned the Beast Titan?"

"A story for another time" Grisha utters. "Now please continue".

Armin, at first wants to ask more questions to Grisha, but decides ultimately not too. "I devised a plan for us to defeat the Armored & Colossal Titan. Mikasa & a group of our friends would defeat the Armored Titan, while Eren & I defeated the Colossal Titan. My plan was for Eren to pretend to fall directly in front of the hole that the Colossal Titan kicked in those five years ago & use his hardening ability to plug up the hole. While he was doing that, I distracted the Colossal Titan by hooking my lines into the Titan's teeth".

"Hmmmm interesting" Grisha hums, but his face takes on a stricken expression. "That means..."

Armin nods his head & sighs. "I sacrificed myself while distracting the Colossal Titan".

"Then that also mean..."

"After I sacrificed myself, apparently I also became the new Colossal Titan after eating the previous holder" Armin grits out. He still hasn't gotten use to the fact that he killed Bertolt. Even though they were enemies, he was also one of his friends & comrades.

"That is an interesting development" Grisha states. "I'm assuming Kruger is teaching you how to control your abilities?"

"Yessir" Armin replies. Grisha nods his head & then lets out a very long sigh before the office is then returned to the tense silence it once was, but the silence didn't last long as Armin broke almost immediately.

"Mr. Yeager, when you were talking about the monster...I notice that you left out some details in the story or rather you left them out purposely" Armin states

Grisha smiles at the blonde titan shifter. "You were always the smartest one in the room, Armin." He says. "You're right, I am leaving out some information. It is one of the reasons why I asked you to stay as well".

"Why?" Armin asks.

"Because I believe that the monster that I am referring to is a...Titan" Grisha grimly says.

"That's impossible!" Armin exclaims. "The only way Titans can even move during the night is by the Beast Titan!".

Grisha sighs. "Believe me, I thought so as well. However, it seems like Earthland make affect Titans differently than our planet does".

"So...what happens now".

"Well Armin, you're going to kill that Titan...by yourself".
