Chapter 9
Ash and the group are now at the Electric World, all they see is that the place looks gloomy and there is nothing but a giant factory in front of them. Just then, they see a Lightning strikes the ground and they are a little terrified at the sight.
"What...what was that?" Dawn asks with a little horror.
"Don't worry, it was just a lightning, it is quite normal since we are in the Electric Type World. Since it would be dangerous to be outside the factory, so we just need to get inside the factory."
As the others nod, they head inside the factory, there, they meet two people who have been working on the project as well. Ash greets them and says, "Hey, Yellow, Dusk."
The two of them notice Ash and Lillie as they go greet them. Yellow says, "Ash sensei, Lillie sensei, what are you doing here?"
Dusk says, "Yeah, it is quite weird seeing you here in this factory of some sort."
"Well, we are having some visitors in the place." Ash turns to the others and says, "Those two are my students, Yellow and Dusk."
Yellow is surprised to see a lot of people as she says in a timid tone, "It...it's nice to meet you."
As for Dusk, he says, "Wow, it sure is nice to see visitors here, since this place is quite boring."
After introducing each other, Misty asks, "So you were born in the Viridian City?"
"Yes." Yellow says, "Like my sensei says, I have special healing powers and I don't like battling."
Kiawe says, "And you are from Alola?"
Dusk says, "Well, Alola is a great place to live after all."
Ash coughs as they turn to him, only to see him trying to call out his Pokemon. In front of them are an Electrode, an Ampharos, Manectric, Luxray, Electivire, Rotom, Galvantula, Eelektross, Heliolisk, Oricorio and Boltund.
"It sure is nice to see you guys." Ash says as they all greet them. As for Luxray, he notices Clemont and he asks Ash, "Why is he here?"
Ash says, "Relax Luxray, he has a changed of heart. Don't worry about that."
Clemont asks, "Is that Luxray previously mine?"
Ash sighs and says, "You are correct. In the Electric Type Pokemon, I only add your Luxray, and the others are my own Pokemon."
As they are curious of how Ash manages to capture these Pokemon, Ash says, "If you wondering what is my 12th Pokemon for the Electric Type since you only saw 11, that other Pokemon is no other than my buddy."
Pikachu jumps off from Ash's shoulder and he nods. Sarah immediately hugs the Pokemon and she says, "It is a good thing that Pikachu was by Papa's side this whole time."
"Yeah." Chase says as they are feeling guilty. Dusk and Yellow knew what happened as they didn't want to upset them further.
"For my second Pokemon, we have Electrode here. This Electrode is a special one, which is why people is trying to get their hands on it."
"Because it looks like a Master Ball instead of the normal Pokeball? That sure is quite special if you ask me." Chloe says.
"But how did it look like that?" Barry asks, and Ash says, "Because of mutation. You don't think that all the Electode look the same as the Pokeballs, right?"
"I guess so. I have heard rumors about it, but this is the first time I am seeing this." Sophocles says.
"Now let's get to our next Pokemon, this Ampharos is met at a ranch, it has problems with electricity, which is why Lillie and I help him out, eventually it evolves into an Ampharos and it is capable of Mega Evolution."
"I see..." Misty says, "Ampharos is quite a strong Pokemon."
"And then this Manectric, when it was just an Electrike, it has been causing trouble back at the Hoenn's New Mauville, which is under the Mauville City, we stopped him and it is when he becomes one of our members. When it becomes a Manectric, it has become strong and it has been helping us with the security as well."
Dusk says, "Trust me, you don't want to anger this Pokemon, I have been bitten this Pokemon once a few years ago."
"How come?" Max asks, and Dusk says, "I kind of provoked him."
"And it is the big mistake that he made." Ash says, "An advice for you, don't you try to make fun with Manectric, not only it bites you, the bite will leave the Electricity and you will get shocked."
Lillie says, "The next Pokemon, Luxray, I don't think that we need to talk about it, it belongs to Clemont, much like the other Pokemon."
"So you just take one of our Pokemon for each type to use, right?" Serena asks with a little frown.
"Yeah, some of them wanted to come with me, while the others just want to be in the wild." Ash says as they nod.
Next is this Electivire, let's say that he was just an Electabuzz when we met this Pokemon. It likes to battle Pikachu very often, and they always end up with a tie because of the ability that the Electabuzz possessed."
"The Motor Drive." Paul says, and Ash says, "That's right. And it is after another battle that he was captured since he wants to prove that he is stronger than Pikachu. He even asks Lillie to give him an Electrizer in order to have him evolve, but Pikachu is slightly better since Pikachu's level is much higher than Electivire."
Pikachu tries to laugh, but it earns a glare from the Electivire as they start glaring at each other. Ash says, "And for the next one, we have Rotom."
Ash takes out the Pokedex and Rotom just goes inside, it becomes a Rotom Pokedex and he says, "Alola."
"Wait, is that the same Rotom that you had back in the Alola Region?" Mallow asks.
"I was a victim when you guys just killed Lillie's family..." Rotom says with a hurt tone, and they feel guilty once more. Ash says, "Enough about that, Rotom also feels weak that he couldn't save Gladion and Lusamine, which is why he decides to break out of the Pokedex form in order to train some more, hoping that he would reach the level that he can protect anyone who is in danger."
Lillie says, "It also mastered the 5 forms with the appliances in the factory, so he is stronger than before, there is no doubt about it."
"Okay..." Kiawe says.
"And this Galvantula, let's say it was from Dr. Colress." Ash frowns a little, and Cilan asks, "Why are you feeling sad about Dr. Colress?"
Lillie says, "Dr. Colress is my uncle. And he was also caught in the fire that you guys set and he died along with my family." This causes them to gasp as they didn't know that Lillie and Colress are related. Ash says, "When Team Rainbow Rocket incident happened, I was surprised that he would try to help us since I knew that he helped Team Plasma controlled my Pikachu. But in the end, it is because of his help that we managed to save the Aether Foundation...only to be ruined once again by you guys."
"Okay, you don't need to remind us again, we are already sorry." Iris says.
"You sure are." Ash says. "Eelektross was wrecking havoc back in the Chargestone Cave, and it gives us a hard time because it basically have no weakness."
"How come it has no weakness?" Trip asks. Dusk says, "The only weakness for Electric Types is the Ground Type, but when it has the Levitate ability, not even Ground Type can attack this Pokemon, so basically it is powerful."
"Good, Dusk. Remind me to give you points back in classes." Lillie says as Dusk smiles.
"But in the end, we managed to capture this Pokemon with the help of Smack Down. And it has become one of our powerful Pokemon." Ash says in the end.
"And the next one is Heliolisk. We found it back at the Glittering Cave, it was just an Helioptile back then and it was scared easily. But with the help of our Pokemon, he manages to get confidence and eventually we capture him, and we even gives him a Sun Stone to have it evolve into a Heliolisk." Lillie says.
"And for Oricorio..." Lillie turns to the Pokemon with a frown, "It belongs to my butler Hobbes, after he perished, I train him and it becomes a powerful Pokemon to us."
Ash says, "Indeed, by giving him different nectars, we can change its forms, and the Revelation Dance would become different typing as well." He takes out four jars and he says, "There are Red, Yellow, Pink and Purple, which changes its typing into Fire, Electric, Psychic and Ghost."
"I know, it originates from the four islands of the Alola Region." Mallow says, "I have cooked a lot of recipes with these as spices."
"And this Boltund, let's say that Lillie likes a Yamper, which is why we decide to search for one so that Lillie can raise it. And eventually in the Galar Region, we found one and Lillie has been raising it pretty well."
"So well that it manages to evolve into a Boltund..." Lillie mutters, but as the dog licks her, she says, "But I am not complaining about it. As you can see, Boltund is also a great Pokemon if you know how to use it."
"So that's all the Electric Type Pokemon that you have here?" Go asks, and Ash nods. "Yes, they are."
As they hear the lightning again, May asks, "Why is this place full of lightning? What if it hits us?"
Ash sighs, "Don't worry about it. It won't hurt you unless you are not careful. As you can see, this place was the Ultra Plant, which was the place where Xurkitree used to leave."
"Xurkitree? What is that?" Gary asks, and Ash says, "It is an Ultra Beast which looks like a tree made of wires. This Pokemon likes to charge itself with electricity, and this place is where the lightning strikes very often."
"But that doesn't explain where the lightning comes from." Bonnie says.
"The lightning comes from the Legendary Pokemon in this world, Zapdos, Raikou and Thundurus." Ash says, much to their surprise. "They are known to create or bring thunders to this place, and Electric Pokemon tend to gather around here so that they can charge up their power or remove the excess power inside their bodies."
"Remove the excess power? What does that mean?" Serena asks.
"It means when Electric Type Pokemon have more power than it can take, it will become sick and unable to control it." Ash says, "When I came to Hoenn for the first time, my Pikachu was suffered from that and it is because of Team Rocket using their machine to strike Pikachu with lightning that causes him to return back to normal."
"I see." They all nod as they continue forward inside of the factory, trying to see what Ash and Lillie are doing inside. Yellow and Dusk also follow them as Ash asks them to show him and Lillie about their homework.
Here is a new chapter, and this is the first of the Electric Type Arc. I introduce a lot of Electric Pokemon that are owned by Ash and Lillie, since Ash didn't have any electric type except for Pikachu in the Anime. In the next chapter, I am going to introduce Yellow and Dusk to the other people, having them learn about their past in their respective regions, and about what Ash and Lillie did in the world.
