In the aftermath of the Triton Massacre the Imperial State of Terra had begun to vastly increase their means of deployment throughout the Galactic South of the Outer-Rim. To do this the Imperial State of Terra would need to train more troops, a process that took at least two years. While some suggested that they could cut down this training time, the proposal was rejected by the Council of Eight; the officially sanctioned government of the Imperial State of Terra.

The proposals for shorter training times and even a proposal for a draft was rejected. Thankfully someone had thought of a solution to the Imperial State of Terra's problem.

Droids.

They were already used by the Imperial State of Terra on many worlds that are less than friendly to the habitation of sentient life.

Many thought that it was a good idea. The Imperial State of Terra already had both the planet Hypori and Geonosis-two of the most famous planets that created the titanic droid army for the Confederacy of Independent Systems or Separatists-under their control.

Despite this a few worried. While many of the planets in the Galactic South were originally a part of the Separatist movement to leave the Galactic Republic but there were also those who were brought into the Confederacy of Independent Systems in a less than welcoming fashion.

This did leave more than a few worlds droidophobic after the Clone Wars had ended.

However many of these concerns were overlooked as the Council of Eight already had plans on how to change public opinion on droids. With this, the Imperial State of Terra began mechanization of their armies.

They had decided that droids such as the B1 Battledroid and the B2 Super Battledroid were a waste of money. They needed droids to support the soldiers that they already have. Not rows upon rows of droids marching like they were in a parade. So they created three different types of droids.

BX Commando Droids, IG Series Assassin Droids, and Viper Probe Droids.

Each of these models could easily support Imperial State Troopers and Marines already on the field as well as conduct missions on their own. This is what made them so effective in the Imperial State of Terra Armed Forces.

The BX Commando Droid was the most adaptable of the three models used by the Imperial State of Terra.

In fact it was used equally between both the Imperial State of Terra Navy, Army, and Special Forces.

At a height of 1.91 meters and a thin yet reinforced frame the BX Commando Droid was hard to hit.

Its advanced joints allowed it a wide range of motion, allowing it to pull off a number of maneuvers that an Imperial State Soldier would not be able to pull off even if they were stripped of their armor.

When fighting in a smaller space like a ship the BX Commando Droid used the walls to launch itself forward landing either on the floor, the other wall or sometimes even the ceiling. This form of combat has shown to have the best tactics to use against pirates and rebels when fighting in space.

On the ground the BX Commando droid is in its element. With their skill in sharpshooting, tracking, and ambushing they can quickly turn the tide in a battle where the enemy is utilizing gorilla warfare against the main force of Imperial State Troopers.

However that was just their body movement.

Their weapons are what make the BX Commando Droid a truly dangerous opponent to fight against. While their load-out will change depending on the given assignment and mission the standard weapons of the BX Commando consists of a E-55 Sniper Rifle, a E-110 Blaster, Thermal Detonators, a Vibrosword, a Electostaff, and a personal hand held energy shield-these are rarely used outside of a Imperial State of Terra Prison Complex.

This made the BX Commando Droid a well liked model within the Imperial State of Terra Armed Forces.

The IG Series Assassin Droid was primarily used in government owned facilities such as orbital stations and academies as security or sent into the field by the Imperial State of Terra Special Forces.

A number of these droids were also purchased by the ISB-Imperial Security Bureau; the Galactic Empires intelligence unit.

However some have been sent into the field by the Imperial State Army and have been said to clear out entire groups of Pirate and Rebels by themselves. In accordance with the Imperial State of Terra Special Forces, it is not known what the exact difference between IG Series Assassin Droids built by the Imperial State and those not, or if there is even a difference in design at all. Because of the nature of the droid all that is confirmed by the Imperial State Armed Forced to the public is what the model looks like.

This mysterious droid is very dangerous and a great way to remove the scum of the galaxy.

The Imperial State of Terra Viper class Probe Droid is only used by the Imperial State Army.

This is because of its role as a heavy mechanized infantry unit.

Unlike those built by the Galactic Empire for reconnaissance, the Imperial State of Terra built droid is meant to be at the front of the action. The droid has a medium grade shield generator and a heavy repeating blaster attached to one of its hanging legs.

The Probe droid is durable and has been a favorite to fight side by side with Imperial State Troopers. Despite this the Viper class Probe Droid can still carry out its original job or reconnaissance. This combination made the Imperial State of Terra Viper class Probe Droid a great unit for attacking large numbers of enemy combatants.

All of these droids are useful and have shown superiority over their base designs.

After the Triton Massacre and when the first droids were deployed by the Imperial State of Terra, public opinion quickly rose in favor of the droids.

This was because the Imperial State of Terra made after action reports public showing the difference between operations that are conducted with and without droids. The Imperial State of Terra had also brought in Troopers and Marines to conduct interviews talking about all the good things about the droids.

Making sure to add the difference between those used by the Imperial State of Terra and those used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. To make sure that public opinion of the droids stayed positive in areas where they would be patrolling populated areas a new script of code was added to make the droids more sociable with civilians and passive towards minor offences so they didn't shoot those who were caught littering, speeding, or entering a privet zone.
