Chapter 10: Coronation Of The Crazy Train

Lynn's head swelled from the sound of her alarm, as she kept her eyes squinted shut while reaching out to the blaring thing that always went off at 6am, regardless of daylight savings. The vibrations of the alarm getting closer and closer till finally her fingers reached the boisterous contraption. She then bawled her fist up above and silenced the poor alarm to sleep once more, feeling the indenture of where she hit grow in size as she striked.

Lynn let out a lethargic groan as she stretched out her arms. Only for her to hiss as she drew her arms back rapidly, feeling the sting shoot through her arms instantaneously. Lynn gritted her teeth in preparation for what sitting up was gonna feel like.

But eventually, Lynn managed it and more, utilizing her residual strength to swing her legs around, resting them on the bare carpet.

Lynn let out a hearty yawn while reaching out roughly to where she always kept her bat. Which was always leaning on the edge of her shared drawer. Only for her fingertips to find their way onto the drawer instead.

Lynn looked over confused that her bat was not present, only to quickly spot it just at the bottom of her feet, with grey powder on it…

Lynn hummed in suspicion at the sight, with her suspicion growing as she scanned the room for more strange oddities. Including her workout gear being dismantled, grey powder all concentrated into blotch on the carpet not too far away from the bat. As well as Lucy's diary not being present anywhere.

However, at least there was one smelly pile that laid undefiled, which of course you'd have to actually be crazy to go and pick from that pile.

Now, Lynn was as far from a detective as you could get. But luckily she didn't need to be one in order to tell that someone, had come in and defiled Lynn and her roomie's sanctuary while she was gone. She didn't know who, but she knew it had to be someone rather dense as to meddle with their things.

Lynn growled through the aching pain that coursed all throughout, as she bent down from her bed and gripped her bat tight. Pressing it against the floor firmly, putting all her body weight against it as she rose up to a comfortable hunch.

Lynn utilized her bat as a walking stick as she thundered over to the door, flinging it wide open, and squinting her eyes down at each of the rooms. Carefully surveying each door till she reached the twin's door.

Lynn bolted down to their door as gracefully as you could imagine, harshly whacking the door a couple times with her walking bat.

"Open up! I know you idiots are awake!" Lynn accused.

"Hmm? Ugh, just go back to bed you stubborn mule…" Lola grumbled.

"Oh! So I'm supposed to just ignore the evidence I tripped almost tripped over while getting here?" Lynn shot back.

"Uh… evidence? Evidence of what?" Lana interjected.

"Well get your sorry butts out here and I'll show you!" Lynn ordered.

The twins sat in silence for a good few moments before they made their reply. "Will you promise to leave us alone after this?" Lola bargained.

"*Sigh* of course they'd haggle with me on this…" Lynn muttered while pinching her brows together. "Uhm- yeah sure whatever, I won't bark up your trees after this, you got my word!" Lynn promised.

When all the sudden the door swung open inwardly, with Lynn almost falling on top of the peeved twins before catching herself on her bat.

"Alright, we'll bite" Lana answered.

"Finally… now just let me get the door for you two" Lynn offered, hobbling over surprisingly nimbly for someone of Lynn's condition. With the twins following suit, but as they entered, the stench of Lynn's personal moldy thunder mountain also made its way up the twin's nostrils.

"What the heck is that Lynn!?" Lana cried out in glee, and Lola cried out in sheer horror.

"Why didn't you tell us that you still kept your lucky 'pile'!" Lana and Lola questioned simultaneously yet contrastingly.

"Hey! Don't diss my lucky pile! Besides… you sit around long enough the smell kinda becomes its own character" Lynn justified…

"Pfft, lucky? Look at yourself! You're covered in bandages…" Lola scoffed.

"She's got a point there as hard as that is to admit sis" Lana contributed.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever, anyways can you two explain this?" Lynn shot a hand out to the powdery remains of Lucy's bust.

"Uhm, explain what? What am I looking at?" Lola questioned.

"Lucy's bust thingy…" Lynn clarified, making the twins gasp in shock.

"B-but Lucy loves that thing! I mean- everyone knows how much it means to her!" Lana stressed.

"Well apparently not everyone here thinks that…" Lynn scowled down at the two.

"Hey! Whadda you mean-... *sigh* Ok Lynn, I know I can be cold sometimes, maybe even a little tyrannical, but I'm not downright evil!" Lola clarified.

"Yeah, what she said! Minus the tyrannical part… and plus, I don't wanna make Lucy more upset!" Lana added.

"Well it's gotta be one of you's! I was asleep all day and night!" Lynn accused.

"*Scoffs* says you with the grey blood on your bat there!" Lola retorted, pointing down at the grey dust on the bat.

"Wha- I-I found it like this dude!" Lynn stammered defensively.

"Oh sure ya did…" Lola replied with a sarcastic eye roll.

"I- are you seriously accusing me right now?"

"Well Lynn, I can sniff out bad liars a mile away… and you're quite the stinker!" Lola shot back.

"What? Cause you're such a pro at it yourself?" Lynn fired back.

"*Gasp*, I am… not!"

"Are too!"

"Are not!"

"Are, too!"

"Are, NOT!"

The two bickered, till a tiny green clothed genius cleared their throat, causing the bickering duo to turn their heads.

"Oh what do you want?" Lynn fired up, agitated at the sight of Lisa.

"Well, I was originally going to just tell you walking fog-horns to can it. But I couldn't help overhearing you two debating the culprit of the Edwin's murder…"

"Wait, Lucy's Edwin? Like from that weird TV show she always watches?" Lana quizzed.

"Yep, the very same..." Lisa answered curtly.

"Oh! Now I get why she liked that thing so much!" Lana spouted in an enlightened tone.

"Yes, yes very insightful Lisa… now was there anything else you had to say besides some nice trivia?" Lola pressed.

"Three words… *ahem*, Lucy did it" Lisa replied bluntly, flooding the room with disbelief from her words.

"Dotell how and why? Cause this I gotta hear…" Lynn asked incredulously.

"Uhm, I can tell you how, but not why" Lisa disclaimed.

"Okay… tell us how then…" Lana inputted.

"Very well, you see, after we all went back to our abodes, she went in, dismantled your weight compression set and stowed it away in her bag, then she went over, picked up and dropped bust on the ground, it only broke the base as a result.

"So she retrieved your bat there to finish the job with one swing. After that she got her diary that Leni gave, flipped through it quickly until she went down the stairs and burned it on the fireplace…" Lisa explained, with everyone's jaws practically reaching their toes.

"But I… I don't… t-that can't be right! None of that adds up! I mean- isn't she still at the hospital?!" Lynn disavowed.

"So that's why I couldn't find her diary last night…" Lola murmured to herself.

"Uhm, no not really, in fact she's sleeping in front of the TV as we speak, and has been all night…" Lisa explained, frowning over to the stairs.

Lynn darted her eyes at the doorway, then shifted her gaze under Lucy's bed, and quickly rushed over to check her bag as she pulled it out from under with her bat. But considering how hard it was to pull it out, yeah it definitely had her set in there…

After she was done there, she looked back to the doorway, and up and clumsily almost made it through the door.

"Lynn! Wait!" Lisa hollered, making Lynn stop in her sloppy tracks.

"What?" Lynn questioned agitatedly.

"Could you please for the love of all things well and good not bother her…" Lisa advised.

"Why not?" Lynn replied, developing a scowl at Lisa.

"Because if you do she's gonna wake up all riled up and agitated, causing her to be much harder to dissuade from doing things she'll regret…" Lisa elucidated.

"Like, what?" Lynn asked with a confused brow raise.

"Like… well that's the thing, I don't know what she'll do since she's been acting so, weird lately…" Lisa elaborated in unassurance, itching the back of her head.

"Hmm" Lynn hummed in a reflective tone.

"So then… what should we do?" Lola interjected.

"Yeah…" Lana joined.

"*Sigh*, I don't really have a clue, not yet at least. The best we can do for now is just… Well I suppose keep an eye on her activity, while at the same time keeping ourselves together." Lisa furrowed her brows at Lola, who looked away shamefully.

"I fear the conflicts that spring up are getting uglier and meaner" Lisa concluded, gesturing over to Lynn, with the twins frowning whilst nodding in silent agreement.

"S-sorry Lynn…" Lola apologised.

"*Sigh*, it's ok… I don't hold it against you, I've already got too much beef to keep in check" Lynn replied, furrowed her brows at Lisa.

"What? You're still mad at me from that dinner from last Thursday?" Lisa guessed.

"Well of course I am! In fact- I'm willing to bet my good arm that everyone else still is too! What you said was super messed up! Like goddamn! What the actual hell was going through your head back there!?" Lynn confronted.

Lisa pinched her brow together as she let out an annoyed sigh before starting. "Alright, I understand everyone's frustrations completely… and upon recent reflections and apologies I've realized my errors and have already begun working towards correcting them.

So if everyone could please hold off your grudges against me, that would be most welcome!" Lisa testified.

"Oh yeah? And what might that be Lis?" Lynn spat indignantly.

"Well for starters, I've successfully detained that wretched golden tome out of our care-givers fingers in a nice safe containment cage."

"Okay…" Lynn replied, nodding her head for Lisa to continue.

"I've also been closely monitoring Lucy's behaviour, which is how I managed to gain the intel I have..." Lisa continued.

"Uhuh..."

"And… the fact that I've told you all about this instead of keeping it a secret?" Lisa added unsurely.

"Hmm" Lynn hummed in a tone that showed she wasn't too impressed.

"Y'know what? Fine! You don't have to believe me, none of you do in fact! But just know that if the cost of trying to care for Lucy is constant overbearing scorn from the lot of you for my mistakes...

"Then so be it! Because while I'm trying to help build our family up. You'll all be too busy trying to tear each other down!

"Now I'd say I'm finished here, so I'm going back to bed now, as you all should do as well. Now let's just hope the rest of this morning is good…" Lisa concluded, slipping away back to her lab.

"Wow… now that was some real tea right there!" Lola exclaimed.

"Don't you guys wanna go back to bed now?" Lynn questioned sharply.

"Oh! Right, welp guess it's time for our end of the bargain I suppose, see ya till breakfast?" Lola asked.

"Yeah…" Lynn acknowledged, with the twins leaving back to their rooms.

Shortly after they closed their doors, Lynn peered out to the stairwell, squinting down as she staggered towards the hallway, looking both ways before setting foot into the corridor.

"Oh! Look at me! I'm just oh so scared of talking to my sisters! Cause I don't know exactly how they think and act! I'm so useless!" Lynn grumbled in a mocking tone while making her way down the stairwell.

"It's called having a conversation… " Lynn further grumbled, before she finally made her way down to the bottom of the stairs, and right next to the TV couch, where Lynn found Lucy sprawled out in her bed-duds, and a bunch of unfinished snacks all over the table and floor.

Lynn frowned at the sight, as this meant Lucy never got to feel how well Leni furbished her bed for Lucy. Lynn then spotted the fireplace, and noticed it looked… used.

And nobody uses the fireplace, not unless it's Christmas time. And it was June so… Lynn just had to know, know if what Lisa said was true, as even all the other evidence right in her face was not enough, she needed to see if all of it was true.

Lynn bent down, and narrowed her eyes deep into the charred timber. And horrifyingly enough, Lynn saw an outline of something rectangular, and absolutely drenched in ash.

"No…" Lynn muttered under her breath heart-brokenly, as she reached into the ashes, and pulled out the shrivelled up cover, with a large cloud of dust escaping out and into Lynn's face, making her cough violently yet temporarily as she swatted it away with her arms.

She wanted to deny it, deny the now undeniable. But well, it was undeniable… everything that Lisa told, every word of it was true…

Lynn let the cover remain slink out of her powdery hands. "I don't get it..." Lynn murmured in a strident tone.

peering over to Lucy, getting up and approaching her, sitting on the edge of the couch. Lying down just on that same edge, curling into Lucy's gut carefully so as not to disturb her slumber.

"Why Luce… why are you throwing everything and everyone away…"

A FEW HOURS LATER IN LENI'S ROOM…

"Just a touch up on your hair you said Luce?" Leni quizzed as she wrapped a sanex strip around Lucy's neck, and placing down the protective hair cape.

"Yeah… I wanna have a bun" Lucy commanded, underwhelming Leni slightly.

"That's all? Well alright then, guess I won't need the scissors today" Leni uttered, putting down a pair of scissors she brought out.

"Oh, and make it clean, I don't want hairs hanging out…" Lucy added.

"Alrighty, keep it clean got it" Leni confirmed, beginning her work. But as she was going along, she tried to pull Lucy's bangs back along with the rest of her hair. And felt a brutal slap as a result for touching the sacred fringe…

"Ow!" Leni Yelped, nursing her stuck hand, frowning in shock and pain.

"Don't touch the bangs…" Lucy warned.

"But you said you didn't want hairs hanging out" Leni reasoned.

"I meant the little niggling ones that don't stay in place at the back, not, the bangs" Lucy clarified harshly.

"Okay… well, sorry Luce, I'll just tie everything up except the fringe thingy you wanna keep?" Leni questioned wearily.

"Yes…" Lucy replied curtly.

About a couple minutes later, and Lucy's bun was all touched up to Leni's satisfaction. Now she had to see if it was up to Lucy's satisfaction.

"Welp, all done!" Leni proclaimed cheerily.

"Really?" Lucy questioned in a surprised tone.

"Of course, I mean I'd look really bad on my part if it didn't take that long!" Leni joked, to no response.

"Anyways, what do you think?" Leni asked hopefully.

"Hmm…" Lucy hummed in thought, tilting her head to each side, smiling in satisfaction.

"I like it…" Lucy uttered.

"*Gasp*, really?!" Leni gasped in elatement.

"Mhm-"

"Yay! Haha!" Leni chortled in such overjoyment, that she outright bear-hugged Lucy while she was still sitting on the chair. Intially not noticing Lucy's very visible annoyance on the mirror before them.

"I uh-" Leni stuttered, darting her eyes around in embarrassment.

"Let, go of me, please…" Lucy requested sharply, looking directly at Leni through the mirror.

"Oh, uh- s-sorry, I just uhm…" Leni stuttered, shuffling away in melancholy, clearing her throat before she started again. "Do you wanna, show the others your new self?"

Lucy rotated around in her chair, before she heaved off from the chair. Landing straight onto her feet whilst looking back at Leni in her stunning skin-tight ally from the hospital. "Yeah… I'm ready now" Lucy confirmed.

All the siblings grouped together just around the stairs in anticipation of what Lucy would look like. Taking great care of Lucy as best as possible so as not to arouse any more wrath then they already have. Even having taken the liberty of giving Lucy what used to be her favourite breakfast, she simply shoved it away.

So when she came out of the room with a more modest out than they were expecting. Everyone was both underwhelmed by the simpler hair choice, and overwhelmed by the flashy duds that complemented this look.

Lucy tilted her head at the siblings for the confused look they were giving her. "Uhm… you guys like it?" Lucy quizzed.

"Uh…" They all began, looking to Leni for guidance, who just shrugged her arms up lightly.

"Well, I mean yeah, we do! It's just that…" Lincoln began.

"It's unexpected?" Lisa interjected.

"It's flashy yet, modest at the same time?" Lola commented.

"More than just painted black?" Luna affirmed.

"Tsk, barely…" Lynn scoffed.

"It's like you, but also not, you?" Lana laid out.

"I'd make a pun but… no one would care..." Luan added bleakly.

"Yes, yes thank you guys, but… heh, sorry, what we're trying to say is that we support the new you" Lori interpreted with a sincere smile.

"Hmm" Lucy hummed out loud, furrowing her brows at the siblings.

"Well, whatever the case may be, don't let what people think of what's outside, just worry about whats inside… okay?" Leni supported, putting a hand on Lucy's shoulder. But how little they all knew, how little we all know… you and me included dear readers.

"Oh don't worry Leni, I've got my bases all covered…" Lucy comforted in a slightly foreboding tone.

Suddenly a few moments after Lucy uttered that last sentence, their dear matron's voice came bellowing from down the stairs. Instructing them all that "if your name isn't Lynn Jr, then they should gather their things and head to the van!"

And with that, they all dispersed to their rooms and gathered their things, except for Lynn of course, who just sat on her bed, watching Lucy heaving her bag across the room with one arm.

"Y'know your bag seems, pretty heavy there…" Lynn pointed out, to which Lucy stopped.

"Sigh… it's supposed to be…" Lucy replied shortly, before she turned tail and out the door.

"Well, have a good day…" Lynn whimpered out, waving to the door weakly.

Though as Lucy went down, she spotted Lisa making her way out the door, and quickly barged in front to stop her. "Uhm… hi?" Lisa greeted.

"Yeah- uhm, I just… wanted to tell you that well, you were right…" Lucy revealed.

"About, what exactly?" Lisa questioned unsurely.

"Oh don't tell me you don't remember Last Thursday. About how I was so worried about being useless and horrible, or all that time wasted on Harriet and most of all being a big and black, family dividing, spineless, worthless, parasitic... leech…" Lucy let a light grin take hold, with Lisa feeling her gut churn at those vile words she herself uttered so savagely.

"And now that you've opened my eyes to how weak and feeble I was… now I can finally move on. Reinvent myself into something much… better. A new me... Dosen't that sound great?" Lucy enticed, grinning widely.

"Uhm, y-yeah… hehe" Lisa laughed sheepishly, readjusting her bag straps.

"That I need to just… be true to myself, y'know? Not bottle up all my crap and sulking on the filthy floor all the time. And I have you to thank for that epiphany Lisa…" Lucy thanked.

"Oh well… I mean, your welcome I suppose hehe, erm no hard feelings right Luce?" Lisa inquired sheepishly, which made Lucy chuckle in the same genuine way as she did on the stairs yesterday.f

"Haha, None whatsoever…" Lucy replied, swinging her heavy bag over her back.

"Welp, take care Lis…" Lucy added, smiling down at Lisa softly.

"Uhm, y-you too…" Lisa replied, bidding her adieu, with Lucy turning around straight after. And instantly glowering deeply as she turned around, gripping her straps tightly as she continued to the van.

Needless to say, several alarm bells were blaring around in her cranium. How the heck could Lucy interpret Lisa's scorn as advice. Along with the beyond abnormal behaviour from yesterday? No, something putrid was afoot, something, foul was playing up Lucy's mind…

But Lisa couldn't watch over Lucy twenty four/seven, so she needed an extra pair of sensory organs. But luckily just as she was pondering, Lincoln tripped over Lisa, tumbling onto the ground.

"Oop! Sorry Lisa! You were just so still and short you kinda-"

"Yes, yes I forgive you dear brother! Now, can you do me another favour please?"

"Uhm, depends… does it involve one of my organs?" Lincoln guessed suspiciously, squinting his eyes down at the little brainiac as he got up.

"Wh-what? No! Linc for god sakes it's about Lucy! Just- could you keep an eye on her? She's up to something we'll all regret, I just know it!" Lisa beckoned desperately.

Lincoln frowned down at Lisa, but then turned up ahead at the van. Witnessing Lucy with that deep frown she had when turning away from Lisa. "*Sigh*, I really hope you're wrong about that…" Lincoln remarked wearily.

"Agreed… but does that mean you'll keep a keen eye on her?" Lisa reinforced, with Lincoln nodding lightly in response.

"Much appreciated…" Lisa thanked sincerely.

After that, pretty much everyone got on the van, and one by one all the kids were dropped off at their respective schools. But we don't really care about what happens at any other school then the Royal Woods Elementary. Cause this was Lucy's stop…

Rita gingerly reminded everyone left in the van that this was the Elementary, and for everyone to have a great day.

"Welp… here we are…" Lincoln relayed to Lucy, who sat deathly still against the van's side. Until the words reached Lucy's ears, and got herself up relatively quickly. Breathing a deep sigh, staring out to the front gate of the place that brought her down to her knees. Far too many times…

"You okay?" Lincoln asked worriedly, noticing Lucy starting to space out. To which she simply tilted her head towards him weakly, and nodded softly.

Although, as Lucy was walking out the van, Luan shot her head out to inspect Lucy. She couldn't help but pick out the quite empty yet, contempt filled look on Lucy. It reminded her of how she would feel when her comedy didn't land, which was pretty much every time. So the more Luan pondered, the more she drew parallels between herself and Lucy.

But that couldn't have been right… how could the literal joker of the family, be as outward with her sadness as the most tragic member of the Louds?

These thoughts endlessly boggled Luan's mind as Lucy and Lincoln's feet made contact with the hard concrete sidewalk of this dreadful place. With Lincoln bobbing and weaving through people whilst keeping close to Lucy.

Whom simply just kept walking on through in a perfectly straight line, unconcerned for those that

would bump into her. But as Lucy and Lincoln went along, the school's bell for class to begin had began to ring, and as luck would have it. Their classes were just down the halls, except… directly opposite of each other. Forcing the two to split off.

Lincoln and Lucy's gazes linked together in a forlorn unity. As the two knew whatever challenges laid ahead, they had to deal with on their own.

So with that unspoken epiphany, the two turned their backs to each other, and went off to their separate blocks, never to see each other till the very first break.

Lisa looked on at the duo separate, becoming very paranoid for Lucy's sake, and kicking herself not remembering that Lincoln can't be in class with Lucy, no one could! Lucy was truly, on her own, and there was nothing anyone could do about that.

Lucy lifted her head up stoically, finding a nice solace in being alone from those who falsely bring gifts, and shower her in paper gold at home. She wasn't here for her fellow student's approval, she didn't care for how low they thought of her. Let them stare really, the more eyes upon her, the more spectacular the display becomes, that's why she got that outfit in the first place truthfully.

And that outfit had quite an interesting effect she found, as it both disenchanted, and enchanted the crowds that filtered by. Lucy had a sort of sovereignty over people, no one either hated, or liked her. They were just… bewildered, who was this? Did they come from some biker gang? Are they even supposed to be here?

All interesting questions that Lucy was growing increasingly annoyed by. But none of it was as agitating as carrying around that lofty thing on her shoulders, as well as her boots that she hadn't quite gotten used to just yet. So Lucy just outright took off the bag, and dragged it across the ground, not the most graceful display... but hey! At Least her shoulders felt better…

Well, it did until she finally made it to her locker just next to class, and saw that self-proclaimed monarch's friends hugging Queen goodbye as she went into Lucy's class. Lucy gritted her teeth tightly at the sight, bawling her fists up till her nails dug in.

But after feeling like she was wasting precious energy she could use later on, she let out a deep breath, and trudged along into the classroom. Students scattered about, calmly trying to find their seats. And Lucy's professor sitting bored on his desk. Darting his eyes around the room aimlessly, till his gaze caught sight of Lucy's presence.

"Ah! Welcome back Lucy… erm, you recover well in the hospital?" The professor questioned sincerely.

Lucy glared right at him through her bangs. "*Sigh* Yes…" Lucy answered aggressively.

"Oh-kay then, do you have a note for being away?"

"...No…" Lucy answered.

"Hmm, well that sucks for you… also, I almost didn't notice that you've changed your style, care to explain?" The professor questioned.

"... I got this from, Chill Convo, I think…" Lucy replied unsurely.

"Ew, that's like, where old fat people work at..." Queen murmured.

"Well, no matter who or where you got your new outfit from, it's still not up to school code, sorry but I've gotta doc you down for uh… let's see, those boots there, the pants, and the spiked knuckle gloves. Oh! And did you study for the pop quiz I gave you a heads up for last week?"

Lucy bawled her hands up into fists upon that memory. "Sir, with all do respect, I was stuck, in a hospital, being treated for brain damage…" Lucy revealed, making Queen snicker.

"So like, what? You're literally admitting that you're a retard? Oh, that is gold!" Queen interjected snidely.

"Hey! Don't you dare throw around that word in my classroom young lady! What does your father say? I thought he raised you to be better, he's a lawyer for god sakes!" The professor scolded, making Queen dour in regret.

"N-no! Don't tell my dad! I'll behave!" Queen begged, making a pouty face.

"You better not, otherwise it's five minutes… now, lets get on with the roll shall we?" The professor began, noticing Lucy not seated yet, ushered her to sit down.

"Okay let's get started, Aaron?" The professor began, with Lucy no longer tuning into the professor's work. As she stared into the desk, thinking to grab a pen from her bag, and began to scribble.

Conjuring a graphic depiction of Lucy smashing Queen's head with a large mallet in very graphic detail. With her making large deep streaks of pen ink into the table, long and sprawling tendrils of pen blood. With her going so hard that she could feel her pen tip starting to warp. But Lucy didn't stop, she kept, going…

Harder, and larger the streaks became, where-as before she actively had a picture in her mind. Now Lucy was savagely digging into the table, keeping the person she loathed the most at that moment close in mind. Until…

The pen tip exploded, right in her hand.

"Kristina?" The professor called.

"Here!" Queen responded.

"Lucy!"

"Huh?!" Lucy sputtered.

"Just say here Lucy-" The professor began, only to stop and notice the ink splatter on Lucy's desk.

"*Sigh*, y'know what, just- go to the bathroom, and sort yourself out, we'll have a cleaner come in and fix up your desk, okay?" The professor ordered.

"Okay sir…" Lucy uttered meekly, grabbing her bag, but not before catching flack from Queen…

"Oh no, it went everywhere Lucy thought… tsk ehehe!" Queen cackled as Lucy left the room.

Lucy stopped just outside the room, looking down at her gloves to check how much ink was there. Unfortunately she couldn't see anything since it was just as dark as her glove, although she could tell the icky stuff was there by the way the ink slinked down her palm.

Lucy growled in deep annoyance at the sight, hastening towards a nearby bathroom. Chucking her bag onto the floor, positioning herself in front of a mirror. Beginning to wash her gloved fingers violently.

"It's all her fault, it's all that… that- bitch's fault! Mmm, I wanna just- strangle the daylights outta that… Grraah!" Lucy snarled, throttling the poor tap till the water that billowed out weakened to a trickle.

Lucy let go, inspecting the facet and saw that her fingers wrecked the metal. Lucy looked down at her bag, and at a nearby stall, and another idea came to light.

"They'll get it… They'll goddamn get it alright…" Lucy muttered spitefully, grabbing her bag and stepping inside the stall, hanging the bag onto the door's handle. And sitting directly on the toilet seat, back down of course…

About a couple periods later and a bit, Lucy laid completely unmoving the whole duration. Not a muscle trembled throughout, it was an outright stakeout, a stakeout to the sound of a particular group of people she wasn't too fond of.

Although she was a bit confused as to why no one had come into the bathroom. Particularly that cleaning person the professor said he would get. Eh, probably cause they forgot about her, typical day really...

On top of that, Lucy's legs were getting a tad bit numb, sitting fetally for over 2 hours can really do you in. But if it meant getting a golden opportunity to confront all of them… then that's just what it takes.

But even with the inferno that fueled her hellfire burning white, she was starting to get very bored, and fidgety. So when the bell sounded for Recess to begin, that's when Lucy felt it was time.

Lucy cracked her neck, back, arms, and legs… heaved her weighted bag over her shoulders, and hiked out for trouble, that she intended draw out.

Lucy continued seeking out the tiny monarch and her passe, searching only a couple turns ahead till she picked up some familiar shrill voices, that talked of an even more familiar smack.

They were all huddled together in a semi-circle, gossiping about something Lucy really didn't care for.

Lucy cracked her neck and knuckles. "Lookout, Helter-skelter…" Lucy grinned, taking her arms out of her straps, and heaving the bag over her shoulders by the handle, as she casually strolled up to them, and the doppelganger looking on in pleasure against a locker.

"Here's hoping my work is about to pay off..." The doppelganger spoke to no one in particular, grinning in anticipation.

"Hey! Kristy!" Lucy called, catching Kristy off guard, turning around to confront where her name came from, only to smirk at who it was.

"Oh, what do you want? I thought Kristy laid you out already..." Carla started.

"I thought I told you, that's not my name…" Kristy barked quietly at Carla.

"Oh, s-sorry" Carla responded meekly.

"Anyways, I think I know what might be going on here…" Kristy pushed through, shoving past the other girls directly opposing Lucy.

"You want a fair-go, don't ya?" Kristy grinned, with Lucy not responding, just glaring at her through her bangs.

"Tsk, y'know I noticed you have some new digs on, I mean how could I not? They're that big of an eyesore…" Kristy jabbed, making her passe laugh, but Lucy did not creak a muscle.

"Look! You go out of your way to find me and you've got nothing to say?" Kristy questioned agitatedly. While Lucy slid her bag off her back, and letting it sit by her side, gripping tightly.

"Well, just letting you know, if you lay a finger on me… My daddy's gonna throw your folks to the sidewalk…" Kristy warned, getting a bit nervous from the way Lucy was holding her bag.

"Careful now… I think you're overloading her…" Carla snickered.

"Hehe, yeah… I mean like, she literally came into class all like 'I went to hospital for brain damage…" Kristy enlightened in a poor imitation of Lucy's grouchy voice. With her friends chortling along like she told the funniest joke ever.

"Well Luce? Is this too much for ya? Am I going a bit too fast for ya?" Kristy grinned nefariously, waving her hands in the air around Lucy's face. Who's hands were starting to tremble with insatiable fury...

"Is this? Up to speed?" Kristy prodded Lucy's chest harshly, getting right into her face, when all of the sudden... "Can you feel-" Kristy began, only for Lucy grip hold of her bag with both hands, and slam it right into Kristy's exposed left side. With a sickening crunch being audible. And her snide demeanor evaporating completely.

Kristy's eyes bulging out in shock, her mouth hanging low in fear. As Lucy then delivered a firm hook right across Kristy's jaw, with her spiked knuckles puncturing holes into her cheeks and knocking out a couple teeth. Sending her head spiralling onto her knees, clutching her cheek and sides in a loud bloody wail.

Of course Carla ogled Lucy's takedown in sheer astonishment, up until she heard Kristy's cries. So she cracked her knuckles, and jumped into action.

"You bitch!" Carla howled, furrowing her brows into a V before tackling Lucy to the ground, making her drop her bag out of reach. Beginning to hoe into Lucy's face with both hands while screaming her head off like some berzerker.

Meanwhile all this noise gathered the attention of many a crowd of students who all watched with phones in hand at awe of real fight. Not some kiddy squabble, but an actual bloody cage fight practically.

Lucy just took the blows to face one by two, and two by one. Promptly ending Carla's fierce barrage with two firm spiked blows to her sides, and twisting them in place. Making Carla arch back in agony, giving Lucy the chance to roll under Carla, and kicked her square in the face with her big hard boots.

Lucy then picked up her bag and slammed it into Carla's back firmly. With Carla shrieking in horrid agony, only for Lucy to stand on top and with duel foot force jumped on her back with the bag on top. Bringing Carla to a painful waterfall, and a bit of blood to cough up.

Satisfied with Bringing Carla down, Lucy scanned around to see who was left. Spotting the two other girls cowering not too far away, but starting to make a getaway. Which Lucy would not have, so she opened her bag, pulled out a large flat Lynn weight, and bolted right at the denim girl, who was getting away, keeping to the locker walls.

However the crowd would prove to be a cruel bunch. For as she was about to escape, they shoved the poor girl back into the fighting ring. Bringing Lucy right in range of the denim goon. Throwing everything she had into her swing, with a deafening crack as Lucy whacked into the poor thing, with her head slamming into the locker, and tumbling to the ground just at Lucy's feet lifelessly.

Lucy quickly ducked her head around to find the final 4th goon, only to see her shoving through the crowds, and quickly out of view. This made Lucy a bit peeved, but oh well, three out of four is not a failure...

And besides, She had business with one specific blondie… Lucy didn't really care for the other three, they were all just in case they got in Lucy's way. But now? Oho nothing's gonna stop Lucy now...

Lucy thought, as she caught wind of Kristy's pathetic wailing while she continuously kept trying to get up, only for her arms to wobble, and she'd collapse onto her stomach, making Lucy grin in diabolical pleasure.

As she slowly trudged up to the fallen Queen, and stomped on her hand firmly, twisting her heel with a small cacophony of crackling complementing it.

"Agh!" Kristy howled in extreme calamity, before breaking into a fearful teary hysteria, as Lucy bent down, grabbed and pulled her freshly stomped hand up and around, making her yelp in pain.

"Do you beg?" Lucy questioned, with Kristy not responding, continuing to sob.

"I said, do you beg?!" Lucy commanded twisting her arm.

"YES! YES I BEG! PLEASE, JUST DON'T KILL ME!" Kristy pleaded desperately, banging her loose hand on the ground in surrender.

"Hmm" Lucy hummed, moving her hand up Kristy's arm, and spraying her hand open. And gripping onto her middle finger with one hand.

"Y'know, that's the same thing I was gonna say, before you gave me brain damage…" Lucy emphasized, about to really make her scream when she picked up the sound of Lincoln bellowing down the halls for Lucy, along with Lisa on his back poking above the crowds.

"Lucy? Luce?! Where are you?! The place is in lock-" Lincoln stopped as he finally got in front of the crowd, and got a perfect view of Lucy on top of Kristy's sobbing state.

"Lucy?! Did you do all this?" Lincoln hollered, darting his eyes around the scene, with Carla still on the ground sobbing, unable to move under that weighted bag. And the denim goon still unconscious.

"Hell yeah she did!" A guy next to Lincoln replied for Lucy. "She took out that denim one there, and Carla! Now she's got Kristy there real good!" The same guy continued.

"W-why not help these two knocked combatants out?" Lisa inquired from up high.

"Well, cause screwem! These ditzies earned it man, they've been acting like big shit all year pick'n on her…" He continued.

"Wait wait, what?! Lucy why didn't you tell us someone was bothering you?!" Lincoln cried out in an upset tone.

"Look, I know she did you wrong Luce, but just leave her be… More violence is only gonna cause problems…" Lisa reasoned.

"*Sniff*, yes, listen to her! If you leave me alone… I-I won't tell my dad! And neither will anyone else! I won't even make fun of you anymore! Okay?! *Sniff*" Kristy promised tearfully.

Lucy then scanned around at the carnage she wrought, she had made her point very clear. No one would be dumb enough to try and mess with Lucy, ever again after this show of might.

However… while past Lucy may have accepted this offer fair and square. We're talking about the new Lucy… The kind that will not be weakened or show any mercy, cause mercy? Look what happened last time she showed mercy.

And plus, Lucy couldn't care less what happened to her, all that mattered, was sweet, sweet revenge.

Lucy looked up at his brother, scowling deeply at him dead in the eyes. As she got both hands wrapped them around Kristy's middle finger (which she found to be the most loose). And began to twist and bend it sideways, struggling at first, but then she pushed on it from the side. Where the finger showed the most resistance in being bent…

Though while this was being done, Kristy's sobbing was starting to develop into bloody murder, as she felt the tendon's in her middle finger gradually and slowly tearing as Lucy kept going. And the crowd's previous cheers and jeers wound down to a perturbed silence.

Lucy could feel the flesh that bound her finger to her hand starting to tear, which was confirmation she was doing a good job.

Lucy then began twisting, hearing more cracking noises the longer she went on. Popping and crackling that coincided with Kristy's now hellish screaming. Kicking her legs back and forth violently in the vain hopes of getting Lucy off.

"Lucy! Stop it! Please!" Lincoln begged desperately, pushing through mortified Lisa. Although when Lincoln's protest reached her ears, it merely enraged her even more. So when she saw Lincoln bolting forward, she turned her attention to him, and promptly kicking Lincoln square in the gut. Making him keel over onto the floor, with Lucy's gaze directly locking with Lincoln's terror as he crawled back.

Lucy simply turned her attention back to her victim's digit, being able to feel it, feel both the blood starting to spew from the tearing skin that squeezed between the cracks of her tight gloved hands. Doubled by the sensation of her finger's main tendons finally ripping away, with merely the skin holding it in place.

Lucy began violently tugging the loose appendage away, with her facing less and less resistance with every tug, with Lucy being able to see the veins that connected up to Kristy's finger.

Until all of a sudden, it finally happened, and it with it, a geyser of crimson came firing out from the base of Kristy's mangled hand.

With Lucy finally stepping off Kristy's back to inspect the good work she had done. With little hoses of vermilion squirting out before it was reduced to a trickle.

Meanwhile Kristy Laid on the ground writhing in indescribable torture from just the sensation of her finger being torn off alone. But now that it was gone? Oh, it was a whole new level of psychological and physical agony.

Lying flat on her back while she tried her best to clog the gorey fireworks that sprayed the halls. while Lisa stared at remorseless Lucy in absolute terror. She couldn't believe that Lucy, did that right in front of her, it had to be a hallucination or something. Lucy could not be capable of something like that…

When in blunt reality, yes… she really was capable of that. She just needed the right push… which if you've been following the story along, is exactly what happened. So yes, Lucy really was there, and she really did, rip someone's finger off, and possibly more since she didn't see the start of the fight...

Lucy then at the corner of her eye saw the doppelganger leaning against the wall with one leg. And their arms crossed with a pleased smile on their face, complimented by a thumbs up. Causing Lucy to return that smile before turning away.

Lucy looked at his two siblings in confusion, until she realized she was still holding Kristy's finger, and promptly chucked it back to her lazily. While Principal Huggins came bellowing down the hallways and through the crowds. Confronting Lucy with a puffed out yet angered expression.

"*Huff, puff* Whats, whats going on here?" Huggins began, evaluating the scene, and Lucy… at the center of it all, with the bloodstains to match.

"Lucy Loud! My office Now!" Huggins clamoured, pointing down at the ground for emphasis.

"Okay…" Lucy uttered nonchalantly, walking into the crowds, who parted way for her like the Red Sea for Moses. Though it wasn't for any sort of biblical or holy reasoning...

Principal Huggins turned back to the now anguished sobbing of Kristy, still nursing her hand that still spewed blood.

"Oh my god…" Huggins remarked, squatting down just in front of Kristy. "You okay there?" Huggins began, bearing a pity-filled frown, noticing a severed finger on the ground, picking it up and inspecting it in his hands. His eyes widened as he noticed how Kristy was coddling her hand.

"Uhm, sweetie? Could you, show me your hand?" Huggins requested worriedly, with Kristy still crying, lifted her covering hand away, revealing the brutality.

"Holy, mother of- okay y-you sit tight there, we'll get you some help, can we get an ambulance or two?" Huggins comforted, getting himself up to address the crowds that still lingered.

"Alright people! Clear off! This area is now off limits as far as I'm concerned!" Huggins commanded, with everyone proceeding to head off, including Lincoln and Lucy.

"Except you two, you're both coming with me" Huggins demanded firmly. To which the duo nodded, frowning in worry.

"Sir? Should we get the police involved?" A teacher suggested.

"Not yet, I want to have a word with the Loud family first... especially the one covered in blood" Huggins clarified, narrowing his eyes, distressing the duo currently present.

"*Sigh*, don't fret too much, I just need to get the low-down since you two are her siblings and were witnesses. Okay?" One of the teachers comforted, with Lisa and Lincoln looking at each other unsurely.

"Well, we didn't see all of it, just the last part, which is probably the worst part anyway…" Lincoln disclaimed. Making Huggins grimace in memory of picking up that finger…

"And that would be?" Huggins questioned in an intrigued tone.

"Well uhm, Lucy outright ripped that person's finger off using just her bare hands…" Lisa explained.

"Now let me just say thag that Lucy has not been acting quite right recently due to an accident at school. Resulting in her getting sent to the hospital, and then getting treated for brain damage if I recall..." Lincoln suddenly interjected, making Huggins stroke his chin in thought.

"So you're saying that Lucy most likely did all this… because she's crazy?" Huggins concluded.

"Hey! She's not crazy! There had to be justification for this altercation... as one student nearby us suggested. Couldn't catch their name unfortunately in case you were wondering…" Lisa interjected

"Hmm, well in any case, I'll still have to call your parents to discuss what will become of Lucy… And to be perfectly honest? I'm pretty sure a suspension is the least of her worries, or your own at that..." Huggins warned bleakly, making Lincoln and Lisa very nervous.

"What's that supposed to mean Mr. Principal?" Lincoln queried anxiously.

"Well… if I can confirm whether or not Lucy assaulted the two other students behind me currently writhing in pain- Oh gosh I totally forgot about them! Excuse me for one sec dear students! Just go wait in my office will ya? We'll continue this conversation with your parents" Huggins suggested, with the duo nodding lightly yet wearily, trying to walk around the blood spangled walls and carnage.

With the two trying to find Lucy's bag, scavenging around the scene thoroughly yet briefly as they found the thing lying atop Carla's back. The two carefully pulled it off her, with Carla then scurrying up against the locker wall. Curling herself up in a ball of hurt.

The two grimaced at the sight, before ignoring her and investigating Lucy's bag and it's one bit of content.

"Urgh! Why is this darn thing like 40 pounds?" Lincoln bellyached

"It's actually just 25 pounds…" Lisa clarified.

"Wait, how do you know how much it-" Lincoln began, digging into the bag and seeing that it had a weight in it. Lincoln fished it out, throwing the bag to the side and noticed it had been a bit, worn… and then the question came with where this weight came from… no one really worked out per-say, except...

"Lynn…" Lincoln uttered.

"Uhm, what about Lynn?" Lisa inquired confused.

"This is Lynn's isn't it?" Lincoln interrogated lightly, making her a bit on-edge.

"I, suppose it is… That one also would belong to her huh?" Lisa pointed over to the second weight, lying just beside Lucy's second victim…

Lincoln grimaced at the unconscious goon as he retrieved Lynn's second borrowed weight, and waltzed back over to where Lisa was. Stowing away the lost item by zipping it back up.

"Say… isn't it weird that Lynn's stuff is in here?" Lincoln questioned, dragging the bag along as they began to walk to the principal's office.

"Yeah, that is pretty weird hehe" Lisa chuckled, with Lincoln narrowing his eyes at her, before turning away from her. Facing forward as he strolled.

"Y'know what's even weirder Lis?"

"W-what?" Lisa stuttered.

"You right now… for not admitting you knew about it, didn't you?" Lincoln confronted.

"Tsk, what about Lincoln? I have many secrets... gotta be specific with me" Lisa questioned.

"Oh like that helps your case… okay fine, if innuendos aren't clear enough for you, then I hope being blunt is… *Ahem*, you knew about the weights Lisa, you knew they were in there didn't you?" Lincoln interrogated, stopping his tracks facing Lisa.

"I uhm, well you see-"

"No! Zero excuses, we could have stopped whatever is about to happen to us, if you had simply told me about this! So why not? Why didn-"

"Because I didn't want you to say that she was crazy, there, end of discussion" Lisa answered.

"Wait- how isn't she? I mean have you checked up on her lately? It all equals koo-koo to me-"

"Lincoln she's not crazy! She's just sick! And me saying she had packed weights into her bag would just lead you to believe that she'd do something crazy-" Lisa stopped herself, beginning to hyperventilate.

"And she did! I just- I never thought I'd ay this but, you're being super irrational right now-"

"No, I'm not! Crazy people are those who are un-fixable! And Lucy is just sick, okay?! And I, I cannot, accept that she's unfixable, cause then that means I'm unfixable! And then... Just- No! She cannot be! I won't accept it! Never! That Lucy I saw rip off a person's finger was not, nor ever will be Lucy!" Lisa howled, getting glassy eyed.

"Lisa… it's okay, even if Lucy is a tad bit loopy we can work through-"

"No! Just- shutup Lincoln! Shut. Up.." Lisa teetered out, while Lincoln just looked on at Lisa in confusion.

"Are you, crying?" Lincoln inquired, forcing Lisa to ask that same question in her head. Staring aimlessly at the ground as she felt her glasses fogging up.

"*Sniff*, I uh, sorry… I was getting a bit worked up there… l-lets just get to his office already…*sniff*" Lisa insisted, wiping her glasses clean of the leftover tears that drenched her optics before pressing forward.

"No, kidding…" Lincoln remarked, grimacing in unassurance.

"Man… everyone's got problems they're hiding I swear…" Lincoln remarked.
