I had to do a lot of research to look up the signs and symptoms of food poisoning to write this chapter as I have never had food poisoning as far as I can recall. I wanted to make Annie's symptoms as medically accurate as possible. If there are any errors that you want to correct me on, please let me know in your review.

P.S. The names of Annie's parents are the same first names of Anne Boleyn's parents, Thomas Boleyn, 1st Earl of Wiltshire, and Elizabeth Boleyn, Countess of Wiltshire. Mary is meant to be a reincarnation of Anne Boleyn's older sister Mary Boleyn, who also happened to be a lover of Henry VIII before he married Anne. The names of Kitty's parents are the same first names of Catherine Howard's parents, Edmund Howard and Joyce Culpeper.

P.S.S. I have mentioned George Bullen, who is a reincarnation of Anne Boleyn's younger brother George Boleyn, Viscount Rochford, in at least one of my Tudor Six fanfictions, but this is his first appearance in my Tudor Six series.

It was about 2:30 in the morning on Friday, December 12, 2008, when Annie suddenly began to feel severe pains in her abdomen and an onset of nausea that had her racing to the bathroom across the hall. The instant she entered the bathroom, she began to vomit profusely. She vomited for about a half hour straight when her father, Thomas Bullen, got up to use the bathroom. He panicked when he heard puking across the hall and raced to the bathroom to see what was happening.

With much concern in his voice upon seeing Annie puking in the toilet bowl, he exclaimed, "Annie! Darling, what's going on?"

"I feel like death! Uggghhh…I'm gonna –," Annie retorted before vomiting again.

"Wait here! I'll get some Pedialyte downstairs," Mr. Bullen said before rushing down the stairs.

As she heard her father running, she thought to herself, "Good God! Make this stop!"

Annie's parents had decided to take the day off from their jobs as they were extremely worried about her having a medical crisis in the house alone. At around 1 PM, Annie's vomiting had finally begun to decrease in intensity. At this time, she felt the urge to pee. To her horror, she began to feel dizzy as she attempted to get up. Out of fear of passing out and/or hitting her head, Annie tightly grasped the toilet paper holder with her right hand and the toilet seat with her left hand as she attempted to sit herself on the toilet bowl. When she was finally able to sit herself down after much effort and agony, she failed to produce any urine. Frightened, she shouted for her parents to come see her. Annie's mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Bullen, hugged her tightly when she and her husband arrived to comfort her.

Mrs. Bullen kissed Annie on the forehead and said, "We're not going anywhere."

"Mom, Dad, I need to get to the hospital ASAP…I feel so weak…so dizzy," Annie said before passing out and then regaining consciousness about 20 seconds later.

As soon as Annie woke up, Mr. Bullen dialed 9-1-1 to have an ambulance come to the house.

When the ambulance arrived, the paramedic and EMT asked Annie about her symptoms and how she was feeling. Following that, Annie was rushed to the ER at Brigham & Women's Hospital. Mr. Bullen decided to ride with Annie in the ambulance for moral support and comfort while Mrs. Bullen went to pick up George from Whitehall High.

When Annie was admitted and screened, she was diagnosed with food poisoning based on her symptoms. At that point, she was administered fluids through an IV as she had been having trouble keeping liquids down since her symptoms started. All of Annie's immediate family were at the hospital to see her, even her older sister Mary, who had driven all the way from UMass Dartmouth to see her and make sure she would be ok. Mary, a very glamourous young woman standing at 5'2" and weighing about 130 pounds, was always close with Annie as they often understood each other's thoughts and feelings. Kitty and her parents, Mr. Edmund and Mrs. Joyce Howard, also came to the hospital to see Annie, which made her extremely happy. Also among the visitors was Harry, who sat right next to Annie's hospital bed during his entire visit.

Six hours after being admitted to the hospital, Annie's symptoms decreased significantly, and she was able to walk without feeling dizzy. She was then discharged with orders to stay hydrated and to call the hospital again if symptoms reappeared. Thankfully, none of the symptoms of food poisoning showed up again.

During the ride home, Annie ate a few Saltine crackers and drank some Pedialyte without vomiting. It was such a relief to her and her family that she was able to keep foods and liquids down again. George, a well-built young man standing at 5'9" and 175 pounds, breathed a huge sigh of relief as he watched Annie savor her crackers. George deeply admired Annie and looked up to her as a role model, so he was extremely glad that she was going to be ok.

By the time the Bullens and the Howards arrived at the Bullen house, Annie was exhausted from the entire day. She decided to go right to bed after thanking Kitty, Mr. and Mrs. Howard, George, Mary, and her parents for being there for her.

Harry asked, "Do you need any help getting upstairs, sweetie?"

"I think I will be ok, but thanks for asking, babe," Annie replied.

"We're so glad you're ok! I would have died if anything serious happened to my baby sister. I love you to the moon and back," Mary said as she gave Annie a huge hug and a kiss.

"Cous, you better stick around for a very long time," Kitty said as she tightly embraced and kissed her beloved cousin.

"I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, you guys! I promise," Annie vowed.

Relieved to hear what his girlfriend just said, Harry replied, "That's good to know! I love you so much, baby!"

"I love you too, handsome," Annie said as she firmly hugged and kissed her beloved boyfriend.

Watching the two lovers softly kiss each other's lips, everyone said in unison, "Awwww!"

Annie then hugged and kissed her aunt, uncle, and parents, and she thanked each of them for always being there for her.

"I love you all. Good night, everyone," Annie said as she gently climbed up the stairs while holding onto the bannister to be safe.

Annie was so blessed to have such a wonderful family by her side. That night, as she slipped into bed, she made a vow to never take any day for granted and to always cherish every moment spent with her loved ones.
