CHAPTER 9: RAIDING THE PALACE.

(POV: Thomas.)

As we clenched our fists in anger, King Allcroft, Proteus and I were furious that Lady was kidnaped under our noses. Being the man he was, King Allcroft decided to plan a searching group to look across the Island, to find out WHERE Allen could've taken Lady. However, before we could deeply discuss about it, a voice spoke out.

"Jackland! Proteus! Thomas! Lady's in the Magic Railway."

"Magic railway?!" I spluttered. "Who is talking to..."

"Mother is." Proteus replied, somehow knowing what I was about to ask. "Mother apparently knows where Lady is and so is telling us where to search. But how she is able to use this powerful of a telepathic communication is beyond me."

"I'll explain more on that later, son." King Allcroft said to Proteus. "But for now, we may need to get some help from Thomas's brothers since Allen's guards are pretty powerful even without a legendary weapon."

"Right!" we responded, as we then went to get ready, and I called my two brothers.

(POV: Mysterious Narrator.)

After Thomas called them and told them about the situation, Billster and Timothy immediately equipped their gear, and met up with them in the Magic Railway. Once they got out of Timothy's Silver E2, all of them began to look about to see where Allen may have taken Lady. It wasn't long before they spotted a structure that looked like a Palace of some sort.

"What is that?" Thomas exclaimed.

"Not sure." Jackland replied. "But let's see what secrets Tempus-vulnus can reveal to us.

Tempus-vulnus was the legendary broadsword that Jackland carried. A sword that's said to have been touched by the fabric of time, Tempus-vulnus had abilities that were all time related. As he then rose it up and over his head, Jackland prepared to use one of Tempus-vulnus's abilities. Chanting words under his breath, Tempus-vulnus's blade began to radiate, as images of many guards and a certain prince appeared heading towards the structure before them.

"This is the place." Jackland exhaled, as he then sheathed his sword again. "Time to make our move."

As everyone then nodded, they began to make their way towards the structure before them. Meanwhile, inside of the structure, Allen was sitting down on his throne. The prince had a massive grin across his face, and was obviously reveling at the fact that he'd successfully captured Lady. As he sat, Leon, the highest ranking member of his guards, stepped in to give him a report.

"The ritual circle is 73% complete, your highness. With how quick progress is going I'd say that you'd be able to perform your selected spell on the princess within the next hour."

"Excellent." Allen replied with a sneer. "Soon, I'll be able to get her to stop thinking about that ridiculous puny nobleman."

"As well as anything else that would prevent her from marrying you." Leon added. "You very well deserve her, as well as the rank of emperor, for no-one is great as you."

"Thank you, Leon." Allen replied. "I..."

"BOOM!" Sounded a blast from below and the structure shook.

"What in tarnation?!" Allen exclaimed.

"Sir!" A lesser guard called as he then entered into the throne room. "The palace has been breached!"

"Breached?" Allen remarked with a raised eyebrow, as he then looked at his glass orb. "Impossible! How did they find this place?! They have no records of it! Not a single one!"

The intruders were none other than Jackland, Proteus, and the Billinton Brothers. They were clashing and parrying the blades of the guards that Allen had, and were not having too hard of a time with many opponents at once. As Allen's mouth grew into a scowl, Leon got ready to make a suggestion.

"Your highness." He began calmly. "I know you're still unsure about me utilizing it in a fight, but perhaps, it's time that I used my ultimate spell against a few opponents."

"Do whatever you wish, Leon." Allen replied. "Just ensure that the nobleman that's holding Excalibur is truly dead!"

As Leon nodded, he then turned heel and began to make his way to the lower floors, so he could fulfill the wishes of his prince.
