Chapter 10 – Battle inside the Ark

When we finally found the door we walked in only to what looked like a painting which had me wanting to turn around making Allen laugh but it was all short lived as I saw a violent form of dark matter. Which had me wanting to throw up as I grabbed onto Allen and he knew why since I had my hand over my mouth so he quickly placed me on his back.

Allen: "Just close your eyes Kira, we'll be out of here soon."

I nodded against his back still feeling upset since I can normally handle dark matter but this was too much for me it was almost like the noah was letting everything roll off of him. Kanda wanted to stay behind since this was the noah after his general so we all headed on ahead with him promising to catch up after he was done. Then we started running down the halls to get to the next room only to be stopped along the way by a cage falling down on us which is when Allen sat me down making me sigh. Then we were told to make a bunch of hands using cards which Allen did with ease making me laugh as we were let go only to come across a rollete table. We were told to pick a color so Allen picked the black one and when the ball stopped on red he tapped the table with his knee making it go on black which had our prankster's sound more like little kids than anything. When we finally got to a room I noticed that it was a library and looked at it shocked since I hadn't been expecting it but then two boys showed up on top of the monument. They started talking about how they were mad at Allen which made me sigh knowing dad had probably left them a list of bills just like he would for Allen which made me smile at them.

Jasdero: "I am Jasdero…"

Davit: "I'm Davit and together we are…"

Jasdero and Davit: "Jasdevi!"

Kira: "Great two idiots."

Jasdero and Davit: "What did you just say?!"

Kira: "I said you were idiots, especially with the way your dressing."

They got mad before attacking us however they seemed to place me and Lenalee in a bubble which I couldn't break without hurting Lenalee so I was stuck in there with her.

Jasdero: "Tyki told us not to hurt you so stay put well be taking you to him later."

I heard him whisper in my ear but I couldn't find out where the voice came from since they had made it hard for us to see them but that was taken away when Lavi found the key to the door. Krory pretty much threw us through the door so he could stay behind to fight Jasdevi alone so we could put a stop to all this but I had to groan when we came to a bunch of stairs. I sighed as we headed up the stairs with me groaning all the way before Lenalee said she needed to get stronger which got all the boys looking at her.

Allen: "I knew you were overworking yourself."

Lenalee: "I'm not! I was just thinking that I needed to work harder when we got back home!"

Lavi: "I'm going to sleep when we get home."

Allen: "I'm having Jerry make all my favorites."

Kira: "I'm hibernating until spring."

We all laughed about it as we continued up the stairs I sighed really needing a nap right now but knowing I wouldn't get it anytime soon since we were about to get into another fight. When we got to the door Allen opened it up only to get lip locked with Road making me laugh before she tackeled me into a hug before we walked in to the room.

Tyki: "Why don't you sit down and eat?"

Allen: "Sorry I'll have to refuse I don't like talking while I eat."

Road: "Look outside the view is amazing!"

We all walked over to see that the only thing let was the tower which had Lenalee crying while falling to her knees before Road shut and locked the door making all of us take a seat at the table. I sat infront of Lenalee while Lavi sat down next to her with Allen directly across from Tyki and the normal kid named Choaji sat down next to me which I knew Tyki wouldn't like. Then Tyki asked Allen how he had survived with a hole in his heart which made me glare at him but then he sent a butterfly at Lenalee. Allen speared it before going after Tyki himself making me sigh as I stood up only to jump out of the way as Road boxed up everyone in dice boxes while I landed right behind Allen only to dodge yet again when Tyki attacked him. So I jumped up and sat down on the dice box that held Lenalee and Choaji in it and watched the battle play out that is until Tyki got mad and started rejecting the air around us. I wound up falling off the box as Road pulled them up only to have Tyki come up behind me after he put Allen in the void but before I could do anything he shot dark matter through me which knocked me out before I guess he threw me into a dice box. Since that's where I woke up by Lenalee's yelling as I sat up holding my head while looking around to see Allen's innocence was different and that he cut Tyki with his sword. Then he cut away at Tyki's noah which had me upset a little and Road seemed to see that but then she got mad when Allen cut away his Noah. Then she pointed candles at everyone but me which had me confused but then she told us to sit still while she broke Lavi, well his mind anyway, since her power was Dreams. It took her a few minutes to break him but then she had him attack Allen saying Allen had to kill Lavi for it to stop but Lavi managed to break free of her. However that meant her destruction since everyone was let go of the dice boxes but then everyone started talking about her gate since she was gone they hoped it would still be there. So Allen and the other's went up and saw that it was still there which had us sighing while I sat at the hole they made looking down at Tyki.

Kira: "I'm going back for Tyki."

Allen: "Alright but be quick."

Choaji: "You're going back for him?! He's a noah!"

Kira: "Yes, but he's human now and it's our job to protect humans, or should we leave you here to since your human? Our job in case you forgot is to protect humans' no matter what and in case you've forgot the noah's hosts are humans."

He looked at me shocked and upset since what I had said pretty much hit home for him but I didn't know why so I made a mental note to talk to the other's later about it. I froze as Vines shot up and wrapped around me before pulling me down to the ground but I was stopped just a few feet from it and when I looked up I groaned seeing that Joyd had taken over. I saw the other's drop down mostly because Road's door was now destroyed but when Joyd let out a cry he made sure I was in a cocoon of air so I wouldn't get hurt because my ears are really sensitive. When he finally pulled back I sighed seeing that Joyd had fully taken over Tyki which made me groan since I knew Joyd was very protective of me but I wasn't sure if he knew it was me right now.

Kira: "Guys meet Joyd the Noah of Pleasure."

Allen: "How do you know that?"

Kira: "He came out during one of our fights, so Tyki told me about him since he fought worse than Tyki fighting."

Lavi: "But I guess since he's fully taken over then he's better?"

I just shrugged my shoulder's not knowing since he's never come out fully when we fought so I wasn't sure about it so they started fighting him which made him drop me to protect me. I laid there for a few minutes before trying to get the vines off which I managed to do after a little bit before taking off after the other's to help stop Tyki. He kept pushing us back but when he tried to strangle Lenalee I ran at him using my speed to kick him away by kicking his head before going after him again only to get kicked into some rubble. I groaned before getting up already knowing this was going to be a fun fight… not really… it was just like every other day of us fighting akuma. I froze when he appeared right in front of me before trying to punch him but he caught it before pulled me to him sniffing at me which had me confused while looking at him.

Tyki: "Wo-olf."

I looked at him shocked thinking maybe Tyki came back but all I saw was Joyd which when I tried to kick him he threw him yet again into some rubble making me groan, as I got up.

Kira: "Quit throwing me into rubble!!"

I said as I took off for him yet again only to have him pin me to a slab of rubble with his hands while sniffing at me which had me very confused since when did both Joyd and Tyki take a liking to me… I knew Tyki liked me because he couldn't beat me, but that's it. He then pinned my hands with his vines while I still continued to struggle but he just pinned me harder to the slab making me glare at him before freezing. Since he had literally just ripped open my jacket which had me confused as to what the heck he was doing, he kept sniffing at me while moving closer to my neck.

Tyki: "Mine."

I completely froze when he said that since he was just inches from my neck however just as I was about to knock him away he bite down on my collarbone all the way down to the bone with his sharp teeth. I screamed out like bloody murder before I managed to get my feet up to push him away from me but it also sent me flying as well. I hit something hard but when I looked up I groaned seeing father but then I saw him drop Allen down to the ground and flinched when he moved his arm which made him look at me confused before he looked back at the noah.

Cross: "So you've lost yourself to the noah… if the other's saw you they'd be upset."

I looked over at Tyki I looked at him sad since I didn't like seeing him like this but winced again when dad jumped down from Grave of Maria's coffin which had father looking at my shoulder before half-glaring at Joyd.

Cross: "Red-head come here."

He handed me over to him telling him to be careful with me he nodded when he saw my shoulder so he took me over to where father had thrown Allen before laying me down on the ground. Lenalee placed my head in her lap so I would be comfortable until we could leave however after a while of watching father beat the heck outta Tyki until he was outta breath, while hiding us under Magdala Curtain. Then the place started to shake and break apart especially under and around us but the spot that held Lavi and Choaji broke away and Allen tried to grab Lavi's hammer but it broke apart.

Kira: "We need to get outta here Lena… go to father quick!"

She nodded before standing up shakily while I carefully stood up after Allen took off after the Earl trying to fight him but father used Carte Garde to stop him from going after the Earl. Once we got close dad picked me up and carried me further into the ark with the other's following us which had me wincing whenever father would jolt my shoulder.
