The plan was in place. They were going to get Sakura, Hinata, Ino and Tenten back. Tsunade was sure of it. Once they are back, what would happen? What have they done to those poor girls? Will they be mentally, physically, and emotionally okay? Would they even find them? If they did, how would she know that they had not been forced to change sides? No. She would not think that. Those girls are so loyal to Konoha that it was one of the most ridiculous things she could ever think. What seemed more likely, was that they were dead. They would be fighting to get free. Sakura would not allow herself to be captured like this without a fight, none of the Kunoichi would have went down without a fight.
It was going on eight in the morning when she walked into the large meeting room. Everyone she had picked for this mission was waiting for her arrival.
"When I call your name, step forward. I will be giving you instructions on the mission. This an official retrieval mission. Do not go in ready to fight, we cannot any of our ninja. If someone spots you, you leave. Understood?" Tsunade spoke in a very loud, commanding voice.
All the ninja in front of her shook their head, understanding the mission. They knew what they were going into.
Tsunade cleared her throat and began, "Neji, Rock Lee, and Might Guy." The three of them stepped forward awaiting instructions. "You will be traveling back to the Earth Country." Neji winced at the mention of the country, thinking about when he and Tenten had their first kiss there. "There were rumors that there was a sighting of two strange men following a girl with Hyuuga eyes. I suspect it is Hinata accompanied by two of the Akatsuki men. You will go there and question shop owners and stalls."
The three men shook their head yes saying, "Hai" in unison.
"Now," she continued, "Shikamaru, Choji, and Yamato Sensi." The three men stepped forward. You will be traveling to a small village right outside of the Earth country. You will follow along with the first team I mentioned and stop there. You will be investigating sightings of a clay bird with 4 people flying on it. I assume it is two of the Akatsuki members with two of our Kunoichi on it. Once investigated, you will return back to Konoha with any intel you may have found. I need you all here incase this is an attempt to attack Konoha while our teams are out."
The three men nodded and said, "Hai."
"Our last team," Tsunade said turning to face the group left. "Will include Kiba, Shino, Naruto, and Kakashi." The four of them stepped forward. Naruto was letting off a scary aura, ready to murder someone.
"Grandma lets hurry this up. I'm ready to find them and kick the Akatsuki's ass." He said growling and.
"Naruto, I am aware. For your mission, you will be traveling to the Wind Country. I have received intel saying that the Akatsuki's hideout was located there. However, with the multiple sightings of Akatsuki members movement, I assuming they have since moved to another base. Your team is going to be used to try an locate the previous base and search it thoroughly. If you come upon anything important, Kakashi use Paku and the dogs to alert me as soon as possible. If you run into any members, you are to flee and survive. If everything goes smoothly, you will be joining Might Guy's Team in the Earth Country. There, you will await further instruction. By then I will have some intel on the whereabouts of the Akatsuki."
"Hai," they all said except for Naruto. He was looking down. She knew he would not go against her orders, but she also knows how bad he wants to fight to get his friends back.
"You are released." She said turning around to go back to her office in hopes of finding some more information.
Everyone cleared the room to set out on their missions.
Neji had more than enough on his mind, but to have Hiashi on his back about Hinata is making it worse. Once they had left the Hokage tower with their missions, he returned to the Hyuuga Estate to grab a few things. Hiashi was immediately attacking him on the urgency of this mission. He quickly left to meet with Lee and Guy Sensei.
"Neji," Lee started, "did you at least get to pronounce your undying love for our sweet Tenten?!" He screamed, literally right in front of the estate.
Neji shot him a look of annoyance, but quickly changed his attitude. He had asked his teammate.. his friend, for help in his personal quest. When he had originally approached Lee he had simply stated he needed help with a task. However, Lee being an over the top ninja, had simply told him he needed to run 600 laps around the gates of Konoha today. So he knew the only way he could get him to assist him, was by telling him the truth. He told him (with a small blush) that he had planned on telling Tenten he had feelings for her and that he needed help setting up a picnic for it.
Lee was so excited and started spouting off some monologue about young love, and how he cannot wait to do for his own sweet woman one day. He quickly and happily agreed to help, while telling Guy Sensi about it along the way.
However, here they are now, needing to go rescue not only their teammate Tenten, but the rest of their comrades, including his cousin Hinata.
"No, Lee. Unfortunately, I did not get to admit them to her in time." Neji said with his head down. He had completely expected Lee to scream and cry. However, what he done next was surprising.
Lee stepped forward and put his hand on Neji's shoulder, "I know you're upset. We will save her though You will get to tell her, I promise." He said normally with no over the top excitement. Lee knew how upset Neji was. He knew now he needed someone to reassure him that things would be okay.
"Thank you, Lee." Neji said with a faint smile, quickly fading into a serious face. "Guy Sensei are you prepared to head to Earth Country?
"Of course young one!" Guy said with a thumbs up.
Off the three of them were to investigate Earth Country.
Dammit. God. Fucking. Dammit. Hidan thought to himself when he walked out of the training room. Hinata in tow behind him. Why the fuck does she do this to me? He continued his train of thoughts as he was walking so quickly back to his room, not turning around to see if she was following him. When he turned to walk into their conjoined rooms, he saw out of his peripherals that she was indeed following him a few steps behind. They were… bouncing right there on her.
They had trained three days in a row, and every single day she had decided to not wear a bra. Everyday he had to spar with her, and he would get distracted and he would get called out by the idiotic members if the Akatsuki. On that third day, he even gave her plenty of time to change after waking her up, to put on all the clothes she needed. He gave her almost 20 minutes. When she walked out of the room saying, "R-ready." And confidently walked towards the door waiting for him to leave, he knew she was doing this on purpose.
They walked into the room. Hidan walked straight to his bathroom without saying a word to Hinata (probably to relieve himself). Hinata was confused but walked straight towards her room. She decided she need to take a shower herself, they had an extra hard day of training today. She was becoming more and more confident with herself! She knew if she kept being pushed this hard that she would be one of the strongest ninja in the Konoha 12. She had never been as quick or as light on her feet, and never been able to hold her own against people who were even half as strong as someone like Hidan.
As soon as she thought that, she retracted it. How could she ever think something like that? She knew better to do so. Her own clan… hell, her own father cannot stand her. They know how weak she truly was.
She quickly finished her shower and heard a knock at her bedroom door.
"Hey princess," she heard Hidan yell loudly, "I am going to the meeting area to see Pain. We have to discuss some shit." He said and she heard quick footstep and he left.
Hinata was in her room alone. She knew he trusted her to not try and escape. She was too weak to even attempt. That does not mean she hasn't thought about it. She had earned his trust enough to be allowed to wonder to a few areas in the hideout. She decided she needed to start coming up with a plan of action to escape, but to do that she would have to see the other girls. She could not try to escape with out discussing it with them first. She decided she need to go for a walk. To try and look throughout the hideout and to try and try and cool down still from their training session, even though she had already showered.
She left the room and began to explore. Every so often when she did not feel the chakra of other members around her she silently activated her Byakugan to try and see if she could find a way out. However, everytime she activated it, it was like the walls would not allow her to see through them. She could see down a hallway but when it came to a turn in the hallway, she could not see past that. Somehow, the walls are preventing her from using her power to its full ability.
She continued to walk. She came upon a room that had a sign on it reading, "Greenhouse". She decided she could find something of her interest in there.
She opened the door to see a beautiful garden area. All different types of flowers, plants, trees, a small pond, and more. It was like a dream. If there were to be a way out, this would possibly house the best option.
As she walked into the green house, it was like a small forest around her. A large crop field, and a lot of what seemed like sunlight. She could hear fighting in the distance.
She decided to move towards the noise, coming closer to what sounded like running water. As she came around a tree, she saw Kisame standing on the small pond that was formed at the bottom of a small waterfall. Large fish surrounding him. She knew he could probably sense her standing there, but she jumped back behind a tree in hopes he did not.
"He lets you roam the hideout; I see." He said with his back towards where she was standing behind the tree. "He's so soft, letting a Hyuuga Heir roam the hideout. Surely he doesn't think you won't try and break out does he?" He said.
Hinata stepped out from behind the tree walking forward. "I h-have no p-plans on trying t-to escape." She said quietly. "W-Why would you th-think that?"
"We kidnapped you all from your home without an explanation." He stated. "Come spar with me Hyuuga. Show Samehada your strength. If you beat me, I'll show you how to escape." He said with a cocky grin. He picked up his sword and put it on his shoulder ready to fight.
She had no choice but to try. Even if it kills me, I have got to try my hardest to win. She thought to her self. Activating her byakugan she took the Hyuuga Style stance. Waiting for her opponents first move. Fighting Hidan has helped me immensely, but I worry he is much stronger than Hidan. I have to make sure I give it my all.
Kisame smiled again with his cocky attitude, licked his lips, and in a split second he was coming towards her. Taking no time to get behind her and try to one shot her. Luckily Hinata saw him the entire time, her use of her Byakugan helping her do so. She had no been training while using it, but the training she was doing, had helped her with keeping up with his speed. Hidan never slowed down in their spars. One of the first few times she spared with him she remembered it had taken barely 3 minutes for the fight to be over, his speed was ridiculous. Another time, it had taken an hour, but she had him distracted. Now, she hopes to give him quite the fight.
He was behind her but she was prepared, she extended her hand directly toward where his elbow on the hand not holding the sword was, in hopes to distract him. He saw it coming, he turned swinging his hand with Samehada in it straight towards her head. She ducked under and moved to a position that was behind him. Kisame was impressed, it was like she was dancing around him. He extended his back leg, making contact with her chin and sending her flying.
Hinata landed in the water sinking about a foot underneath, it was a shallow area. She stood up, sanding on the water with her chakra in her feet. Wiped her mouth of some blood and resuming her stance. This time she decided she would attack first. She started toward him throwing shuriken. He deflected them easily with his sword. She was now coming from his side, and she threw two more handfuls, from the side that he was holding the sword, yet again he deflected them.
"Do you really think a few little shuriken would hurt me, Hyuuga?" He said. She could hear him smiling.
Hinata was close enough now to start going after his sword hand, she tried to kick it out of his hands but he blocked it with his other arm. She stepped and punched aiming for his lower leg, trying to hit a tenketsu point to immobilize one of his legs. She was not successful as he brought down an elbow on her back knocking her face first onto the ground, knocking the breath out of her. She quickly rolle forward using the moment to stand back up and face Kisame. She came at him again, with her twin lion fists ready to attack him at his head. He moved his sword and she made contact with them, knocking the two lion heads of chakra on her fists away. He swung the sword making contact with her side sending her flying to the ground once again.
"Here I thought that Hidan had actually been training you. He has been taking it easy on you. You are not strong enough to even land a hit on me. I was hoping this would take longer than 2 minutes." He said with his foot now on her back. He raised is sword to bring down on her neck, ready to end her even though Pain would not have approved.
I cannot believe I did not land one hit. I was only able to last about two minutes…. It felt much cshorter than that even. Hinata was so disappointed with herself. She knew she just need to be wiped off this planet, she was a disgrace. She had given up completely and was waiting for Kisame's sword to make contact with her neck, ending it all.
She never felt it happen. She was waiting, but then she felt the foot move off of her back.
"I know you're there Hidan." She heard Kisame say loudly.
Hidan walked out of the brush nearby, arms crossed in front of him. "That was a fucking fast fight." He said with his eyes closed. "You're lucky I don't fucking kill you right here for hurting my toy, Kisame." He said opening his eyes.
Hinata turned her head where he was. She made eye contact with him.
Her whole body was hurting. Her blood was all over the ground. She was not in a state where she would die, but she definitely was hurting more than she had in a long time. Hinata was convinced that she probably had a few broken ribs because of him elbowing her in the back and because of Samehada. She would rather be dead at this point.
Hidan walked over looking at Kisame. "Well, I'll leave her to you, Hidan. Don't baby her too much." Kisame said turning to walk away. Hinata heard a door close.
Hidan was silent for a moment, looking towards the door. "Damnit." He said turning around with his back towards her. He walked over to a tree, and punched it sending it flying through the other trees sounding like it hit a wall somewhere in the green house. He turned back towards Hinata, rage in his eyes. "WHY THE FUCK DID YOU NOT USE IT TO CALL ME?! He said gesturing down toward her arm.
"ALL OF THIS SHIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD YOU JUST FUCKING SIGNALED FOR ME YOU DUMB ASS!" He yelled walking back toward her. He pushed her over onto her back, her wincing in pain at how rough he was being. He grabbed her arm that had the compass thing on it and held it up. "This fucking thing is on you for a reason. If you are out at some point and you are in trouble you need to fucking call me!" He said loudly, but not yelling like before. He dropped her arm back down. She was in so much pain but it hadn't hurt like before.
Her entire life is meant to just be a disappointment to everyone she is around. She even disappoints the man who kidnapped her and is keeping her against her will. She would never be enough. She closed her eye tightly, tears pilling up in the corners of her eyes.
"Aw fuck, Hyuuga.." Hidan said putting his face on his hand. "You think I'm fuckng mad at you?" He said to her.
"N-no… disappointed." She said the tears falling down her cheeks. She was still laying on the ground.
"God damnit again princess. You don't fucking disappoint me. I wish you fucking did, because then I wouldn't be so mad at Kisame. I wish I didn't fucking care if you lost or not… but it just not that damn easy." He said shaking his head side-to-side. She turned to look at him.
"Wh-what do you mean?" She said with tears rolling down her cheeks still. She truly did not fully comprehend why he wouldn't be disappointed in her.
"Don't fucking worry about it." He said calmly while lifting her up, bridal style. "Lets get you some fucking medicine. Maybe that pink haired bitch will swing by to heal that weak ass bones of yours too." He said as he walked back towards their conjoined rooms.
