Kasai smiled and gently placed his hand over Juleka's. "You know you're really pretty." Juleka's face was suddenly painted with pink.
"Thank you," she said.
"Well, why wouldn't I say that," Kasai asked, smiling. Juleka's face turned as red as an apple. Kasai left his hand on Juleka's for the rest of the class and Juleka didn't fuss.
After school, Kasai started walking into his house, just to realize Juleka's feelings got hurt. She had been forgotten, yet again. He saw her sprint out of the school, with Marinette trying to follow. Juleka had tears in her eyes, and Marinette was trying to say she was sorry.
"Reflecta, you deserve to be noticed," Hawkmoth said, the akuma being sucked into her bag. "Get me Cat Noir and Ladybug's miraculous and you will be the only person anyone will ever notice."
"Yes, Hawkmoth," Juleka whispered. Kasai watched the beautiful girl transform into a girl overly obsessed with everyone looking like her. Immediately she spun around and saw Marinette sprinting away. "I will be noticed!" She tapped a jewel on her hand and it flashed a light towards Marinette, who ducked and dodged the flash, she got up and kept running, and dodging the flashes of light. Kasai was frozen in place.
"Juleka?" he whispered. She turned around, letting Marinette get away.
"Kasai," she responded. He flinched his hands up to his face, but she pushed them down. "I'd change you, just you're too handsome." She kissed him on the cheek and it left a purple lip-stain on his cheek. Kasai was the one blushing now, and couldn't hold himself together as Reflecta skipped away.
Ha! This was a fun chapter! What do you do next? I'm not quite sure what to have you do… You could skip to the end of the fight and help Juleka feel better maybe.
