I was walking to Ceasar's house with some salmon to calm his headache down. I wasn't going to bother bringing spinach since I knew he had some at home. Ever since Huey had told me what had happened to him while he was practicing, I couldn't help but worry about him. So today I decided I was going to pay him a little visit.

I asked my parents before I left if I could go over to his house. They wondered why I was going over there until I had told them everything. So they allowed me to go over to his house. While I was walking I saw a young girl jogging down the same street I was on. She looked about my age and she was in great shape. As she got closer I could see it was Makayla wearing nothing but a black Nike sports bra along with some short shorts. When she saw me she started to slow down.

She stopped once she was in front of me. Makayla started to take out her earbuds and say: "Well it isn't Jazmine Dubious,". I saw that mischievous smirk on that face as she looked me up and down. "Where might you be heading to on a Saturday afternoon?" she crossed her arms. "I'm going to Ceasar's house," I pointed towards the direction where he stayed. I heard her hiss under her breath.

"Is there a problem?" I nicely asked her. I didn't want to seem rude even though she was being rude. "No, not a problem at all. I'm guessing you guys are in between second and third base," she fakely smiled at me. "I guess so," I silently said unsure of what she meant. She had dug her nails into her arms and bit down on her bottom lip. "Great just great, hope you two are happy," she clapped her hands together. "Hope for you and Austin; you guys are a cute couple," I smiled as she had a taken back face.

"Well, I gotta get to Ceasar's house, hope you enjoy your jog." "Hope you enjoy gagging," she quickly said. "With what, I don't gag," I giggled a little. She must have been telling me a joke, but I didn't know what she meant by choking. I wasn't going to find out so I had started towards Ceasar's house.

I felt her staring a hole into the back of my head which was making me pretty uncomfortable. I sped up my walk just so I could get away from Makayla. For some apparent reason, she was giving me a bad vibe. I have a feeling she doesn't like me. She always comes at me with insults for no apparent reason, like what did I do to you? I can't believe she is still jealous of me. It was obvious that Ceasar and I were faking it.

Although, Ceasar does come up to me at school hugging and sometimes kissing me. Some people have been asking if Ceasar and I were a thing. I didn't know what to say so I didn't answer. I was confused if Ceasar and I were still a fake couple or if he's just been doing that to be affectionate. Either way, I didn't mind it. Huey didn't seem to be bothered with what Ceasar does. I wasn't too surprised by him not saying anything because he'll just tell me: 'We're semi-dating, so it doesn't bother me!'.

People don't know that we are secretly dating; even Riley doesn't know that we are dating. If he did, then he would have said something. I see girls at school, in public, and sometimes on social media flirt with Huey. I will admit I do get bothered but I just don't say anything. If he can not give a care about it then I shouldn't either.

I made it to Ceasar's house and I saw Huey's car out of nowhere park on the side. I didn't even hear him coming from anywhere. I heard the engine turn off than he had got out of his car with a folder. He looked me up and down and asked: "What are you doing here?".

"Well hello to you too Huey," I smiled at him. "If you must know, I came to check up on Ceasar. He hasn't been present at school all week so I thought it would be good to visit him." I explained. "What are you doing here?" "I came to give Ceasar his homework," he simply said showing me the folder.

"Ok!" I looked towards Ceasar's house and made my way to the front door with Huey following behind me. I was about to ring the doorbell, but the door had opened to reveal his mom. "Hi, !" I greeted her with a smile. She seemed to kinda be in a hurry to go somewhere. She then had noticed I was there along with Huey. "Oh hi Jazmine and umm Huey," she smiled at me and looked Huey up and down for some odd reason. "Are you guys here to see Michael?" she asked tying her hair up.

"Yes, I haven't seen him at school all week, so I decided to come to check up on him to see how he's doing," "And I simply came to give him his homework," Huey said holding up the homework. "Well that's very sweet of you guys as his best friends," she warmly smiled at us. "But I had to take him to the doctor to go get him checked upon: turns out Ceasar has a concussion," she sadly told us. "Oh gosh, how long do you think it will last?" I wasn't expecting that. I didn't think Micheal kicked himself with his ball that hard.

"The doctor said it should last up to about two weeks and that once he returns to back to school he can't play soccer for another week or two," she looked down at the ground. "That's terrible but good that it's temporary because the time could be extended," "Yeah!" she had agreed with me. "But I'm late for work, you guys can go into the house and keep an eye on Micheal," she pointed towards the house while walking to her car. When she had started her car; she quickly drove off down the road.

"Well that was a nice conversation," I looked down the street. "Why is she upset with you?" I looked at Huey. "She kinda blames me for Ceasar getting hurt," he simply told me. I wasn't going to ask any more questions and just headed inside the house. It was a little messy inside the house. There clothes and towels on the couch, the dishes weren't washed, and the trash was full. "Oh my!" I mumbled under my breath. I felt Huey side-eye me with his wine-eyes.

I walked over to the counter and set the salmon there. The counter was a bit sticky. I had shivered a little bit as I took a look around the house again. I heard light footsteps coming down the stairs signaling it was Ceasar. When he came into view he was shirtless with some navy blue sweatpants on. Since Ceasar had a concussion I decided to quietly greet him. I know if you're too loud it hurts the person's head even more.

"Hey, Ceasar!" I quietly waved at him. "Sup man," Huey lowly had greeted. "Heyy," Ceasar had slurred. He walked towards me then he had given me a hug and surprisingly a kiss on the lips. I felt my face heat up a bit from his actions. Huey just gave off his usual scowl and shook his head. "What are you guys doing here?" he tiredly asked us. "I came here to check on you and Huey came to give you your homework," I said. Ceasar had looked at Huey who had his folder held out for him. "Thanks, Huey!" Ceasar took the folder away from Huey. Huey just stared at him in silence not saying a word.

I know you're thinking, but that's usually what Huey does. Yes, he does do that, but it was intense. It was like he was trying to make Ceasar go six feet under with his scowl. Thankfully Ceasar didn't notice the way Huey was looking at him. "So Ceasar how's your head?" I asked concerned. "It's been hurting like a bitch, I can't wait till it's over," he sighed. "I bet you won't try to do a backflip and kick the ball at the same time again," Huey smirked a little. "Oh no, Imma tries again once I get better from this concussion," he smirked at Huey.

"Well it's good that you are motivated Ceasar, but you have to be careful next time you do it," I pointed out. "I'll make sure!" he exclaimed. "Have you had anything to eat?" I perked up. "Nah I've been trying to sleep all day," he answered. "Oh, goody; I can make you some salmon and spinach," I rapidly clapped my hands together. "You brought salmon? Isn't that expensive?" he seemed taken back. "No, not really, I had some in the refrigerator and I don't eat fish, so since you were in the condition you were in I thought I bring salmon. I researched that salmon is brain food and it can most likely calm headaches down." I explained to him.

"That's nice of you Jazmine, thank you!" he gave me a side hug. "You're welcome! Do you happen to have a face towel?" I asked as he walked over to the couch. He came back with a medium-sized towel that he handed me. "You should go lie down," I simply said walking to the sick filled with dirty dishes. I can't help but shiver at the sight of it. I have to remember this is not my house. I'm not allowed to touch anything without the owner's permission.

I took a deep breath and slowly turned on the faucet. The towel had absorbed the cold water that was running. I turned the faucet off and squeezed any extra water out of the towel. Ceasar was laying on the couch that barely had any stuff on it. I walked over to him to see he looked pretty tired because he had dark circles under his eyes. I gently placed the towel over his forehead and I heard a low grunt from him. His eyes were opening and shutting like he didn't want to go to sleep. After a minute or two, he had finally closed his dark brown eyes.

I walked into the kitchen to go cook the salmon, but to my surprise, Huey was still here. He was sitting in the high chairs reading a newspaper on our soon to be president Biden. Ever since that election, there has been a bunch of news about Biden, Kamala Harris, Trump, etc. I'm so glad that we have our first female black and Asian American president. She made history! Anyways Huey was sitting there reading his paper not breaking his attention away. I know he and Ceasar are best friends, but it kinda made me wonder what were his other intentions for being here.

"You know, I never knew I had to share my girlfriend with my best friend," he dryly said. I frowned upon him as he turned the page in the newspaper. "I didn't know he and I were still a fake couple," I said looking through the cabins for a pan. "You know what...I gotta ask...if you already made his ex-girlfriend jealous then why do you guys keep continuing the act?" he closed the newspaper and then focused his full attention on me. "I don't know, I thought it was a one-time thing," I shrugged my shoulders. He looked unconvinced with my reason for words.

"So Ceasar coming up to you during school occasionally giving you a kiss doesn't give you a hint that you guys aren't fake dating?" he simply asked. "Umm I don't think so...I think he's just being affectionate," I felt my face heat up a little. "And you seem to like those affections" he retorted. "I mean if you want me to be honest, I'm not going to lie to you and say it doesn't feel nice. You don't come up to me and give me kisses or hugs," I blabbered on.

"Yeah because we're semi-dating," he pointed back and forth at the both of us. I sighed and rolled my eyes at his excuse of a comment. "That's all you say," I fakely smiled. "You always make us semi-dating an excuse for not doing what most couples do. It's okay to kiss and hug each other Huey. The one thing I'm not comfortable with is us having sex because then it'll seem like we're just messing around with each other," I said while putting olive oil on the pan. I also turned on the stove so it could heat up before I placed the salmon on the pan.

"Do you want me to do that?"

"Of course I do, that's if you're comfortable with it," I softly said looking down.

"Yeah I don't mind, I just thought that couples who were semi-dating didn't do all that stuff," he shrugged his shoulders not looking me directly in the eyes.

"Yeah, but people just don't know about our processing relationship," I played around with my fingers. I looked up at him and took a big step towards him getting right dead close to him. He looked at me from his side and just shook his head while smirking. "But I don't feel comfortable with us having sex again until we get tested and also use protection," I said with a serious face. "Can we also make it till we officially start dating," he rhetorically raised his hand. "Yeah, that's a negotiable deal for me!" I smiled.

"Agree?" I held out my hand for him to shake. "Agreed!" he shook it. We just kept shaking hands until he surprisingly pulled me towards him connecting our lips together. I felt my face heat up from the contact of his soft lips. He smoothly slid me onto his lap making my legs be on each side of him and we both got more into the kiss. I decided to take it to the next level by biting his bottom lip. I let go of it then I felt him insert his tongue into my mouth.

To my surprise, he wasn't a bad kisser. I had my fingers in his big soft afro while his hands were rubbing up and down my back. It had gotten to the point I felt his member through his pants. Things took a big turn when Huey had groped my behind. I felt like I was getting a little wet from his touch. His big strong hands felt so good on me that I didn't want him to stop touching me. We pulled apart from kissing each other and then I started to grind on his not fully hard boner. I was surprised when he didn't stop me from doing what I was doing.

I had to stop and look around. We were at someone else's house doing this. That had kinda ruined the mood for me because it felt wrong. I slowly got off of Huey and then he seemed taken back at my actions. "Did I do something wrong?" he asked. "No, it's just uncomfortable to do it in someone else house." I nervously crossed my arms. "Yeah..." he said and we just stood there in awkward silence until he said: "I'm going to go home and get some work done," he pointed to the door. "Yeah, it'll be a great idea!" I agreed with him. He just left the house leaving me and Ceasar together. I looked at the pan to see it was heated up enough. I put the salmon on the pan and it just started to very quickly.

I went to go check on Ceasar to see he was still sleeping. It's good that he is getting himself some rest. It must be hard to sleep with a concussion. I looked around his house to see it was still bothering me. I couldn't help but go clean up the mess. After his salmon was done I had woke him up so he could eat it. It was very quiet; I didn't bother saying anything to him because I didn't want to hurt his head. After he ate he 'thanked' me and just went upstairs to sleep.

While he was sleeping I had decided to tidy up the place. I washed the dishes, fold the clothes and towels, took out the trash, put the dishes up once they were dried, clean the counter, and lit a scented candle. Once I was done I had left the house. I'm so glad I had got that out of my system. I saw Ceasar's mom's car that was pulling into a parking space.

I didn't know how she would react to her house being clean, so I had ran from their street. When I was close to my house I stopped running. I walked the rest of the way to my house and was just catching my breath. That's gonna look suspicious to her!
