Yugito was in a two tail cloak. Lets get some action stated Yugito while rushing at the base and pulling out The sword of Heaven.

They were met by a bunch of thugs but and both engaged in ken Jutsu with the thugs. Naruto and Yugito leaping back with the mind connection they had linked from their jinchuuirki status called out the same jutsu. Katon: Pheonix sage flower while multiple fireballs came out of each of their mouth each the size of great fire ball Jutsu's thanks to the added strength of their jinchuuriki cloak.
Cries of pain could be heard from beyond the fire from the thugs.
Yugito and Naruto charged again while slashing down thugs with their blades. A thug attempted to slash Naruto in half from behind but his wooden defense emerged victorious with blocking the thug than shooting out spikes and killing him instantly.
With Kakashi and the others:
You dont think they could have gone and attacked Gato do you asked Kakashi after sensing the Kyuubi chakra.
Most likely but they will be able to handle them selves. Zabuza is on bed rest and I doubt they have anyone other than thugs their seeing as they didnt help Zabuza or attack earlier. Stated Yamato.

Gato's hideout:
Naruto and Yugito had cleaned through most of the thugs pretty easily and now were on the way to Gato.

She has a very nice blood line we could try convincing her to join Konoha with that skill and if she doesn't agree just put her in a holding cell stated Naruto not knowing Haku was a boy.
Naruto went through the doors to Zabuza's room to find him leaning against a wall with his blade and Gato peering from behind Zabuza's bed.

Also sorry for short chapter and maybe im being a little to jumpy for S rank mission and making Naruto overly powerful but I mean Naruto has to be OP or else it doesnt work. When should he meet the sage? Also should I make Naruto a perv? I want to it would be funny too. When should Naruto and Yugito you know, yeah. I want to maybe have them do it after Chunin exams I know they are young but they live with each other and had to mature fast and are technically adults. Also no one commented on my last post so I dont know if you guys want me to maybe do another story and switch off 1 chapter a day. I mean I know people who only post every 2 months and write less than I do in a day so let me know!
