The shadow portal has opened. Ninjago is destroyed. Zane is slowly losing his power. Kai doesn't know if he wants to stay a ninja after the incident. Lloyd is confused about why he continues to dream about Wu and his father. And Jay wants to know whether he is important or not. But they must all fight together if they wish to defeat King Shadow and the shadow warriors...

9. Chapter 9-Please Do Not Lie

Chapter Nine

Please Do Not Lie.

"So the invasion wasn't a failure?" Kibo asked. King Shadow was in a meeting with the tribe members from the Dark Island. Even Emmortale was there.

"Did I say it failed, Kibo?" Shadow asked, but the Leader of the Demoners could tell the King was being sarcastic. "No, King Shadow. You hadn't." Kibo replied. Emmortale looked over at all the leaders, and turned off the monitors for everyone but his and Shadow's. "Lets talk, Shadow. What really happened?And please do not lie, old friend." He asked. "The ninja we were warned about. They have already become a problem." Shadow said. "This was unseen by the Ancient Master, Shadow." Emmortale replied. "THEN WHY DON'T YOU GO SEE HIM!" Shadow yelled. "You Know he has been unseen for almost 30 years, and only exists in the staff of Hatchet." Emmortale said, just before the hologram was cut off. King Shadow walked out of the room, furious.

Sorry for the shorter chapter but there was just no where for this part of the story to go so it ended pretty quickly!
