A man come out of the museum and see Iris's group," Iris?"

"Hawes, it been a long time!" greeted Iris

He walks toward the group to see a closer look," I know you, you battle my wife long time ago"

"Yeah, but we never have a chance to learn each other name, I'm Gladion" inform Gladion

"Hi, I'm Shannon, I'm current travel with Iris now" added Iris's childhood friend

"Nice to meet you" Hawes notice the boy with the Jirachi," And you must be Max" He and the boy shake hand," Mr. Hawes, I read so much about you and your work in the Nacrene's Museum"

"Hawes, you know who is Max is?" confuse Iris

"Of course, he made a reservation to battle my wife first for the Gym Battle" answered Hawes," And you know about your trial, Iris...but sorry Max battle first"

"Before you battle Lenora, you said you want to see the Fossil Pokémon, is that correct?" remind Hawes

"Yes, I want to study the Fossil Pokemon that are from the Unova Region" nodded Max

"Okay, please follow me" Hawes look at Iris' group," Iris, you and your friends can come with us too"

"Great" nodded Iris and her friends as they follow Hawes into the museum

(Nacrene's Museum: Fossil Play Area)

Everyone enters a room where they see a bunch of flying bird like Pokemons where the worker looks after them.

"Wow, what kind of Pokemon are those?" Shannon took out her Pokedex.

"They are Archen!" smiled Max

[Archen the First Bird Pokemon: Rock and Flying-type: Revived from a fossil, this Pokémon is thought to be the ancestor of all bird Pokémon.]

"I been wondering about this what are Fossil Pokemons?" Shannon put away her Pokedex

"Fossil Pokemons are prehistoric Pokemon who live long time ago, but..." answered Gladion

"Thanks to modern technology, we can revive Fossil Pokemons like these Archen by finding the fossil to revive them" added Hawes

"Alright, this one pass flying colors!" inform a male scientist

"Okay, we will release this one in the wild in two more day" another male scientist with glass returns one of the Archen

"Return it into the wild?" echoed Shannon

"The main reason why researchers like us revive Fossil Pokemons, is to put them back on the map since these are extinct Pokemons" explain Hawes," We test them in here to see if they can survive in the wild like at Archen pass its test"

"Oh, that is amazing!" amazed Shannon

"Pooooo!" Poipole fly toward the Archens

"Hey, Poipole come back!" shouted Iris

"Wait for me!" Jirachi fly after Poipole," Not you too, Jirachi!"

"It okay, this is a perfect test to see how Archens react to other Pokemons and especially to an Ultra Beast" inform Hawes

Poipole and Jirachi greet the other Archens who are caution a little bit until they fly around in circle one and greet them in happy," Arc!" The bunch of Archens always appear to greet the new Pokemons. They then play with each other.

"Look like they are becoming great friends" inform Gladion as Axew jump out of Iris's head to play with them as well. He tries to jump high as he could, but he land on the ground with his stomach," Ax!"

"Aw, Axew want to play as well" inform Shannon

"But too bad, he can't fly" remind Iris

"I got this, Jirachi!" shouted Max,' Axew want to play as well!"

"Okay!" Jirachi use his Psychic to float Axew who was scary for a second, but then enjoy it. The floating Axew join the Pokemons to have some fun as well.

"Thanks Max" Iris look at her Axew flying with the Archens.

"You are welcome" replied Max

Shannon look at Hawes," How do you revive these Archens?"

"By using a machine, in fact we are going to revive another one, want to see?" asked Hawes

"Sure" nodded everyone

"Hey Jirachi, just stay here we are going with Mr. Hawes for a while!" shouted Max

"You two, Poipole and Axew! Make sure both of you play fair with the Archens!" added Iris

"Got it!" wave Jirachi

"Axew!"
"Pooo!"

(Nacrene's Museum: Fossil Machine-Revive Room)

"This is the machine where we revive the Pokemon, by using the fossil we found" Hawes show a scientist place a fossil inside the machine.

"Is that one of the fossils?" asked Shannon

"Yeah, is the Plume Fossil which is Archen come from" answered Hawes as one of his workers turn on the machine. Which cause it to shine a little bit, the machine opens its glass which lead out an Archen who eyes are shut.

"Wow, so this is how fossil Pokemon revive" amazed Shannon as her childhood friend take closer look. The Archen open its eyes and the first thing it see is Iris," Hello!" Archen start to cry, it was so loud everyone covers their ears," WHY!?"

"This happens a lot, when a Fossil Pokemon revive, they don't know what going one and started to feel scared!" inform Hawes

"Next time, tell us that!" snapped Shannon

"We need to calm it down!" demand Max

Iris use her left hand to pat the First Bird Pokemon," It okay...no one going...to hurt you!" The Archen stop crying, but it still has tear on its eyes while Iris keep patting it," Yes, see everyone just happen to see you"

"Arch..."

"Oh, that better" Gladion sigh

"Here Iris, feed it with these Pokemon Food" Hawes give Iris some food which she gives it to Archen who sniff them and begin to eat them," Arch!"

"Is it good?" asked Iris

"Arch!" nodded the First Bird Pokemon which made Iris smile," Good"

"Well done, Iris!" shouted new voice which everyone turns and see a dark-tan woman," Lenora!"

"You come back!" smiled Hawes

"Yeah, I just finish the job early for my Gym Battle" Lenora see Max," You must be Max, son of the Normal-type Gym Leader in the Hoenn Region"

"Wait, you are a son of a Gym Leader?" surprise Iris

"How come you never told us about that?" asked Shannon

"It's not something I advertise" answered Max," I didn't want to be treated any different from other trainers because I'm a child of a Gym Leader, my sister feels the same" Max look back at Lenora," I ready for my Gym Battle with you, when you are ready"

"Good!" Lenora look at Iris," Even know I heard about your trial, but Max made the reservation, I will battle you next"

"Alright I can wait" nodded Iris
