Atem was born to a Hebrew family, but Pharaoh Aknamkanon ordered the death of all male Hebrew babies. His mother sent him adrift and he was found by Queen Tuya, and become the Prince of Egypt.

10. Playing With the Big Boys

"Commands?" Seto asked.

"Behold...the power of God." Atem threw the staff on the ground and it became a snake.

"Well, uh, impressive. Very well, Atem. I'll play along." Seto said. "Hotep. Huy. Give this snake charmer our answer."

"By the power of Ra." The two magicians made two snakes.

The crowd cheered, but as they worked, Atem's snake ate both of theirs.

"They love it!"
