The Rebellion
Chapter-9 Breaking The Mando

A/N I felt a little uncomfortable writing some of this story, you'll see why after you read it. Though I felt this would be an interesting turning point for Sabine and Ezra's relationship.

As a red lightsaber was cutting through the door. Ezra grabbed his lightsaber and ignited it, Sabine hid behind a crate and got ready to ambush the inquisitor. After the door was cut open, the inquisitor pulled out the door and walked in. Ezra went to swing his saber to kill but the inquisitor used the force to stop him. Sabine then ran out and tried to blast him. It was the Grand Inquisitor, who then used the force to freeze them both. Then the Seventh Sister walked in, lightsaber ignited, ready to kill them both. The Grand Inquisitor injured them both until they sat on their knees. To be executed.

"Seventh Sister, execute the Jedi." He said, with a brash smile. She then nodded, raising her blade.
"NO!" Sabine roared. She began to beg for the young Jedi's life. "Please! Don't kill him." The Seventh Sister lowered her weapon and walked up to her. "The Mandalorian. Fine. In exchange for not killing him, we will make you live your nightmares.." The Grand Inquisitor smiled conceitedly before ordering the Seventh Sister to search her mind. The Seventh Sister opened her helmet slot and began to search for something. Sabine began to grunt, trying to keep her out, Ezra started to fight back against the Grand Inquisitor but he put the blade to his throat. He could feel the heated crimson blade singeing his neck, burning his hair off.

The Seventh Sister was looking through her memories. "Ah... Your time at the Imperial Academy. You had everything. Why'd you leave us for the likes of these, traitors?" She began to yell. Trying to force her out of her head. "Get out of my head you bitch!" The Seventh Sister then shook her head. "I think not, I'm close to finding your nightmare..." Sabine then closed her eyes and shook her head. Small tears flowing from her eyes.

"STOP! You're hurting her!" Ezra yelled. Feeling completely helpless as his girlfriend was being violated in a way only force-sensitives can. The Grand Inquisitor finally had enough of Ezra and put him to sleep with the force. The Seventh Sister found what she was looking for... Sabine's worst nightmare. Something that had cracked the young Mandalorians. The Seventh Sister pulled out of Sabine's mind in shock. Sabine just fell over, crying, completely broken. Sabine had been pushing the event out of her mind for years. But this event made her relive her event with the pain it came with.

The Seventh Sister just stood there in shock. The Grand Inquisitor was confused. "What?" Sabine just laid there, hands holding her core. Like a child. The Seventh Sister then said. "Nothing, let's get them to the detention level." The Grand Inquisitor then looked at the two. Then he got a vile smile on his face.

"I'll take the Jedi. You take the girl and break her. Bring her back to her old life." He said. The Seventh Sister looked at him.
"Master, she has it..." The Grand Inquisitor looked surprised. "Her?" The Seventh Sister nodded. They then had an Imperial squad transport them to different detention cells.

Seventh Sisters Quarters...

The Seventh Sister sat in her bunk. She took her helmet off. Looking into it. The darkness that tempted her before the Great Jedi Purge. The corruption of her mind and heart. She sometimes resented it. What she saw in Sabine's head left her disfigured mentally for the rest of her life.

Sabine was beaten in the Imperial Academy, she was treated no better than a common slave. Which included sex... Unwanted sex. Sabine eventually became pregnant at fifteen. Though she never knew it... During a training exercise, something went wrong and she was injured... Gravely. She spent the next year and a half in a bacta tank. By the time she woke up, she had already had her child. The Empire took the child and never told her. She then left after having enough of slavery. Then entered open rebellion against the Empire.
After getting that far through her memories the Seventh Sister stopped thinking about it and tried to go about her day.

Ezra's Cell...

Ezra had just begun to wake up after a few hours and began frantically looking for Sabine, though he was strapped into a chair. As the Grand Inquisitor walked in, Ezra was writhing, trying to break free of his shackles. He then realized the Inquisitor was... Watching him, studying him. Ezra then stopped moving. Squinting his eyes. Looking for signs of the Inquisitor's intentions. They just sat there. Silently, for a few minutes, there was nothing but the humming of the machinery in those crisp and lonesome cells.

Designed to sow doubt upon oneself. The misery and wretchedness of the cell were ineffable. The darkness that surrounded this sith was daunting. There was an urge from Ezra to break his silence, though he maintained it. After a while, the Inquisitor realized Ezra wasn't going to speak. So he left and went to the next target.

Sabine's Cell...

Sabine then began to wake up, then saw him. The Grand Inquisitor, just standing there. Watching her. She moved to attack him but realized she too, was strapped down. She, unlike Ezra, didn't fight after noticing she was tied down. "I'm surprised." The Grand Inquisitor said. "You've managed to startle my partner. How did you do it?" Sabine herself didn't know how she did it. As the Grand inquisitor began to torture her for the information, the alarms began to sound.

"Intruder Alert, Intruder Alert! Unknown hostile has infiltrated the base! All hands to stations!" The Inquisitor then exited her mind and left... Someone had come to rescue them... But they don't know who.
