Last Time on New Masters of The Mountain : Alex threatens the Munce after she notices them playing her Tail, and tells them they will be going to the Truce Meeting, or else she would fight every one of them, with Charlie having Clayton and Xavier do a "White Lie" to win a Slug Race, and convince them to do the Truce Meeting, with the Young Ninja reuniting and being forced to run from Grief-Bringer, just as The Skull Sorcerer realizes they can't stop it.

Chapter 9 : The Spirit Of Lilly
June 10th - Heart Of The Mountain
Siddie and the rest of the Lowly were running as fast as possible from The Lava Monster.
Plundar : I thought we lost this thing!
Korgran : Plundar think wrong!
Siddie : Quit Thinking and keep Running!
They ran until they reached the Minecarts and got on them.
Princess Lydia : Siddie, are you sure about this?!
Emperor Lloyd : I have to agree Siddie, these things look rather old.
Siddie : They aren't as old as your Uncle.
Lydia giggled, since it was probably true that the Minecarts were younger than Master Wu.
Siddie : Korgran, Help Me!
Korgran helped Siddie with the Minecarts, and they got moving.
Siddie : Told you it would work, that's what you call a Good Idea!
As the Minecarts kept moving, they kept jumping on the tracks, and Morgan spoke.
Prince Morgan : We're going too fast!
Emperor Lloyd : Hold On!
They kept going and on a "180 Degree" turn, the Tracks were on one set of wheels.
Siddie : Other side!
They got to the other side of the Minecarts and kept them on the Track.
Siddie : What kind of person would build a track like this?!
Fungus : I think I am going to be Sick!
Fungus put his hands over his mouth, to try and keep himself from throwing up.
The Minecarts went back up the Tracks, and Siddie spoke.
Siddie : Okay, that was close.
Yukiho : Get down!
They saw a Stalactite, and ducked underneath it, and the Cart went back down the tracks.
Siddie : Uh oh!
Prince Morgan : Uh oh, What?!
They saw the end of the tracks, and they prepared for the crash.
They went through both wooden blockades, and the Minecarts crashed.
After a few minutes, they started to get up.
Siddie : See, another good idea.
Yukiho : Right, that had good written all over it.
Queen Akita : Mom, that is not helping.
Princess Lydia : *Groaning*
Empress Harumi : Lydia?
Lloyd looked up "Or perhaps down" at his daughter, and she looked at him.
Princess Lydia : Daddy, next time can you avoid landing on my belly.
Lloyd saw he was on top of Lydia, and he got off his daughter, and she caught her breath.
Lloyd : You okay, Lydia?
Princess Lydia : I can't get up.
Lloyd saw Lydia's whole leg was turning purple, and she was underneath the Minecart.
Lloyd : Cole, help Me!
Cole lifted the Minecart off of Lydia, and a few tears left her eyes.
Princess Lydia : Ouch.
For now, Lloyd entirely bandaged his daughter's Leg, and carried her in his arms.
Empress Harumi : Gosh.
Lloyd : I gotcha.
Brenden : Everyone, Okay?
Prince Zach : Been better, Dad.
Korgran : Korgran head hurt.
Plundar : My whole body, or perhaps my whole back hurts.
Fungus : That's because I'm on top of you.
Morro : Where are we?
Just then, Richard woke up near a lake, and he noticed a weird "White Squid" type creature and yelled.
Princess Lydia : Richard, it's okay.
Lloyd let Lydia down, but she kept groaning in pain every time she stepped with her right leg, and she had to walk in a weird way and move her leg all the way around since walking normally would cause her left leg to trip over the large bandage Lloyd put on his daughter's leg.
Princess Lydia : Oh, Ouch.. Ow... Ouchie!
Empress Harumi : Sweetie, take it easy.
Princess Lydia : Ouchie... I'm trying.
Lydia kneeled down next to Richard and she pulled out a book that was made of what seemed to be Blue Leather, and she spoke.
Princess Lydia : Cool... it's The Dumbo Octopus.
Plundar : The what?
Princess Lydia : The Dumbo Octopus, is a creature that has "Dumbo Ears" which are really fins they have on top of their heads, and out of all Octopuses, they live in the lowest levels beneath thirteen-thousand feet, and was discovered in 1885.
Empress Harumi : Forgot to mention that Lydia is a fan of Animals, she has journals based on what biome and location, they're from.
Emperor Lloyd : Yea, her Dark Blue one is Deep Ocean, Royal Blue is the Ocean itself, Green is the Grasslands, Yellow is the Desert and Orange is the Savanna, White is Snow and Glaciers, Forest Green is for Forests, Jungles, Swamps, and Silver is for Islands or Mountains, and I think that's it.
Fungus : Does she always carry those around with her?
Empress Harumi : Depends on where we're going.
Richard : Where are we?
Siddie was in the middle of the "Area" and felt something in her mind.
Cole : Siddie?
Siddie : I don't know what it is, I have a strange feeling inside me about this Place.
Just then, Siddie put her hands together with her Powers, and the torches on the wall lit up.
Brenden : I knew it.
Siddie : It's The Heart of The Mountain!
Cole : She's Right. . .
Fungus : The Heart of The Mountain, we've found it?!
Korgran : What Means That?
Emperor Lloyd : The Heart of The Mountain was said to be The Legendary Temple to the Original Elemental Masters of Earth, it was said to be beneath The Dungeons of Shintaro, but it was never found.
Lydia then raised her hand and Lloyd knew what she was talking about, and she put her hands on her hips after she was done talking.
Princess Lydia : Oh, Daddy I know this story, it was in one of my books, "Famous Places That I Will Find Before Anyone Else", by Clutch Powers.
Empress Harumi : Sweetheart, you know Clutch is a fraud right?
Queen Vania : Took me forever to figure that out.
Cole : Like what, discovering a "Famous Place" before he did, for all we know He's Still "Relaxing" in that hospital bed with a bunch of Fake Injuries.
Princess Lydia : I know, that's why I'm using one of my Journals to keep track of all the Legendary or Famous Places we go too, so I can prove their existence, and say for a Princess, I'm a better Explorer than Clutch.
Plundar : Because of how long it's been, I've forgotten what's inside, Treasure, Loot?!
Cole : Something even more Precious, Plundar.
Plundar : Gemstones?!
Cole : The Teachings of The Spinjitzu Burst!
Morro : The What?
Emperor Lloyd : It's a powerful force Fungus, Only an Elemental Masters surrounded by his own element can achieve it.
Brenden : To think... Kai didn't do it at The Fire Temple, he and Nya didn't do it at The Boiling Sea, Zane didn't do it in The Never-Realm, Jay didn't do it in The Floating Ruins, Morro didn't do it at The Wailing Alps, and-
Opal : Brenden, we get it!
Cole : Siddie, your Grandmother sought to learn the The Spinjitzu Burst, and she did against Grief-Bringer, and I did the same against The Skull Sorcerer.
Siddie : There's so much I wish I knew about her.
Cole : I felt the same way I was at the very door of this temple, Siddie.
Plundar : Well how do you open the door?
Fungus : Korgran, a little help.
Korgran nodded and ran straight at the door, but he hit his face, and fell on his back.
Richard, Lydia, and Morgan : *Laughing*
Cole : If the Legend is still true, the Door will only open for those who are one with the Earth, those who are Worthy.
Korgran : Would have been nice to tell Korgran before.
Princess Lydia : Or, we could have done exactly as we did before and hoped for a different result.
Lloyd giggled, and wrapped his arms around his daughter's waist, and lifted her into his arms, and Siddie came forward.
Siddie then pressed her Pink Earth Punch against the door, and it opened.
Siddie gasped and smiled when the door reacted with her Elemental Power, and the door opened.
They entered The Heart of The Mountain, and were amazed by it.
Fungus : Such Beauty!
Plundar : It's an Empty Pile of Rock.
Yukiho : Still more "Beauty" in it, than your hair, Plundar.
Everybody laughed at Yukiho's Joke, and Akita smiled at her mother.
Siddie slowly gasped when she saw the statue in the middle of the Temple, and she approached it as Morgan asked.
Prince Morgan : Who is it?
Siddie : My Gramma. . .
Siddie looked at the Statue, and she saw what the plaque on the pedestal said
"Lilly Brookstone"
. "1976 - 2013"
Siddie touched the statue and the entire temple lit up.
Brenden : Gaverill said The Minerals of The Mountain were down here, and there's Sixteen Torches.
Prince Morgan : Sixteen of The Minerals.
One of the Torches was with a Golden Flame, and Lydia walked over and pressed her hand on the wall, and the wall went up, and revealed her "Mineral"
It was a Large "Golden" and Platinum Chestplate, with Metal Gold Boots, and a Gold Shortsword and Shield.
Prince Morgan : The Armor of The Gold Pearl. . .
Lydia saw the Armor and looked at Lloyd, and he actually looked in his backpack ( Since he brought something with him ) and pulled out Lydia's Golden Legacy Robes.
Lydia grabbed the Armor, and the weapons, and did Spinjitzu to put them and her Robes on, and she put her hands on her hips and smiled.
Emperor Lloyd : Well Lydia?
Princess Lydia : The Gold Ninja is Back.
Lydia handed Lloyd her Princess Clothes, and he put them in his backpack, and she was wearing the armor.
Zach then walked over to the Yellow Torch and used his Powers, and the Wall opened, and revealed his weapon.
Prince Zach : Morgan?
Prince Morgan : It's The Tall Axe of Tourmaline.
Zach grabbed it, and it was a Double-Bit Axe, and was a bit long, and had a heavy blade that had a Tourmaline Jewel in it's head.
Lydia then used her Powers, and the armor somehow allowed her to lightly float above the ground and her Powers also made the armor light up around her feet.
Emperor Lloyd : How's the leg now, Lydia?
Lydia stomped on the ground and her Powers lit up the armor and the air around her, and she smiled at her father.
Princess Lydia : Stronger.
Queen Akita : Well I know how they're getting back up this Mountain, but what about us?
Fungus : Guys, have you seen this?
Everybody looked back towards where the Lowly were standing and they ran towards them, and saw what they were looking at it.
Korgran : What is It?
Emperor Lloyd : It's a Mech, only it's made of Stone.
Queen Vania : The Earth Mech?
Opal : How is that Possible?
Fungus : Perhaps the Builders of this place used it to build the temple.
Princess Lydia : Do you think it still works?
Plundar : There's no controls in this thing, just a bunch of weird crystals... and this junk.
Plundar dropped Lilly's Club and Armor.
While Siddie and Cole were looking at the statue.
Siddie : So the Statue was built in honor of my Gramma, by the Geckles and Munce... they've been here before.
Brenden : There's one more writing here.
Siddie looked at the side of the statue, and read it.
Siddie : For whoever is worthy of The Earth's Mineral of The Mountain, when the Clock strikes Fifty-Three, Who is worthy will be able to call upon The Spirit of Lilly.
Opal : Siddie.
Siddie and Cole both turned around and Siddie stood in the middle of the huge circle, that had the pictures of Lilly's Adventure in Shintaro.
And her Powers lit up the circle, and the scar on her eye and sent the power through her hands.
Siddie got down on her hands, and looked at the picture of her Grandmother, in the stone.
Siddie : I really wish I knew who she was. . .
Just then, a Voice came into Siddie's Mind and she swore she heard it.
Voice : You do know who I am, Siddie. . .
Prince Zach : Guys, are you seeing this?
The Power from Siddie's Hands, was going into the statue, and Lighting it up with her Powers.
Siddie raised her hands and walked towards the statue, and it was covering the whole statue.
Siddie raised her arms and the Power lifted her into the air and went from her towards the Statue, and until it was completely covered in Energy, and it created a bright pink light.
The Statue opened and it revealed The Map to The Blades of Deliverance, and created a spherical light, and it was changing shape.
There was a huge flash, and it caused the temple to shake and the others fell down, as Siddie went back down she saw The Map to The Blades of Deliverance, Cole opened his eyes, and saw it.
Cole and Siddie were both left in shock, when the Spirit had changed, and revealed a "Ghost" that was literally there in spirit ( And the Ghost wasn't green like the Cursed Realm ones, or when Cole became one, it's similar to how Siddie was given the Ghost's Abilities from The Yin-Blade without turning Green )
Lilly : I have been watching you for a while Siddie. . .
Cole : Mom?
Lilly : Hi, Cole. . .
Cole stood up and approached his Mother's Spirit, and once he saw it wasn't a simple illusion, tears started leaving his eyes as she hugged his mother, and Lilly smiled and hugged her son.
The others went back towards the Mech, and were looking at it, and Lydia and Zach were talking to them as well about the Minerals, mainly so Cole could have a minute with Lilly.
Cole : I missed you. . . so much.
Lilly : I missed you too, Cole.
Cole : I know what I promised you... I kept that Promise.
Lilly : I know, and I'm proud of you.
Cole and Lilly both looked at Siddie, and she was looking at the images in the stone beneath her own little feet.
Siddie : Gramma, You knew how to do it... both of you did.
Lilly : You could saw that you're a Younger Version, of the person I was.
Siddie had a few tears leave her eyes, as she stood up and walked towards her Grandmother's Spirit, and she hugged her, and Lilly returned the hug with her Granddaughter.
Prince Morgan : Lilly... what's all the Light shining out of you?
Lilly : Elemental Energy, The Power of The Earth Itself.
Morgan gasped and then spoke.
Prince Morgan : Siddie, you have to try it!
Siddie : Me, are you crazy, I don't know how to do any of this!
Prince Morgan : But you're the Earth Elemental, the One who is Worthy, if you could learn The Spinjitzu Burst, you could take the fight to my Grandfather, and free The Geckles and The Munce from The Mines.
Siddie : How am I supposed to know if I could ever do the Burst, what if all of this came form the Blades of Deliverance.
Emperor Lloyd : But we don't have The Blades, Siddie.
Siddie then turned around and saw the Map.
Siddie : But we have The Map to their location.
The others saw Siddie grab The Map, and it showed their current location was The Skull's Keep.
Siddie : The Blades are in The Skull's Keep... Daddy, didn't you say you reforged The Blades of Deliverance, and imbued them with your Elemental Powers?
Cole : Yes, I did, but before that, The Blades were completely powerless, Siddie.
Lilly : Either way, you don't have The Blades, Siddie... you need to Try.
Siddie : And what about you, It was said The Worthy could call upon The Spirit of Lilly, but for what Reason... what Purpose?
Lilly : I can't tell you that, that's an answer you need to look for on your own.
Siddie : But what on Earth am I supposed to even do
Siddie had tears form in her eyes, as she looked at the statue of her Grandmother, and just stood there.
Plundar : Well this is Awkward.
Queen Vania : Plundar, Shut up.
Siddie : Come on, you stupid mountain!
Siddie punched the Ground, and everything shook.
Prince Morgan : What the?
Siddie : Did I do that?
Cole : Whatever that was, it shook the whole Mountain.
Korgran : Sound like Thunder!
Fungus : Let me See.
Fungus used his Magic, and it was showing the source of the "Earthquake"
Queen Akita : What Is It?
Fungus : It is not pictures, It is far sight. I have discovered a special concoction of lichen and moss, which reveal things that are happening far away. . . Observe!
Just then, Fungus did it and it showed the rest of the kids running through the mines, only a few of them were different colors instead of Blue.
Master Chen : Hey. . .
Prince Morgan : It's the Young Ninja!
Morro : Where are they, what's happening?!
Fungus : Quiet, Look. . .
Just then Grief-Bringer appeared, and they were concerned.
Plundar : They're in Trouble!
Korgran : They fight dragon?
Lilly : That's Grief-Bringer!
Siddie : Grief-Bringer, the Dragon that you and my Daddy both destroyed in separate times in this Mountain.
Just then, the Grief-Bringer blew flames and the Far Sight disappeared.
Siddie : No!
Richard : We have to do something, we have to help them!
Emperor Lloyd : Against something only the Spinjitzu Burst can destroy. . .
Siddie : Oh for the Mountain's Sake, will you listen to yourself Master Lloyd, and besides, The Spinjitzu Burst never destroyed The Grief-Bringer, Chompy did, and I can't even do it, my friends are in danger, and I'm stuck in a Temple beneath this, this, this... Useless Mountain-
Siddie continued and many tears were forming and leaving her eyes before she ran out of the Temple, crying.
Siddie : And I'm expected to do all of this, with every last one of you putting you faith in, in... In a Pointless Child!
The others walked away after seeing Siddie run, and Morgan reached out one of his hands, before letting his anger get the better of him, and he interrupted Cole, Opal, and Lilly.
Prince Morgan : Cole, I hope you'll forgive me for saying this but... instead of standing around here talking with the Spirit of your Mother, maybe you should be a good Father, and help Siddie!
Cole : Excuse Me?
Prince Morgan : Siddie's just a Young Girl, and she needs you, and you and Opal are her parents, and you haven't been doing anything to help her.
Cole : Siddie's not just a kid Morgan, she's a Ninja, and has taken care of dangers way worse than this, it seems like she hasn't needed me in a long time.
Prince Morgan : That's not how it looks to Me... and it sure doesn't look that way to her, or my Mom either.
Cole looked at Vania, and she had her arms crossed and she looked away from Cole.
Morgan shook his head, and walked away to speak with Richard, and Cole sighed and he heard Siddie.
Siddie : *Crying*
Cole : What did I do to her?
Cole started towards the door to The Heart of The Mountain and Lilly went with him.
Siddie was outside sitting on the stairs, with her knees pulled up to her, and she had her head down and was crying on her arms.
Lilly and Cole saw Siddie crying and they spoke.
Lilly : Siddie, get up.
Siddie : What's the point, Gramma?
Cole : We have to work to do, Siddie.
Siddie : With what, you heard what I said... I'm a Pointless Child, I haven't done anything right ever since The Sons of Garmadon, I joined them and helped them resurrect The Dark Lord, I fell into The Darkness against The Oni, I got Cubed in Prime Empire 2... I haven't done anything Right, how can you still stand having me as your Daughter.
Cole : Siddie. . .
Siddie : I'm nothing like you two, and I can't do the Spinjitzu Burst, so unless you guys know how.
Cole : I'm not sure even how I did it, Siddie.
Siddie : Then we have to find some other way, Like I said, this Map has the location of The Blades of Deliverance, and if we get them, I could use those against Vangelis, but that's it.
Cole : *Sigh* Morgan was right about Me.
Siddie : Morgan?
Cole : I've been doing nothing but watch you get hurt Siddie, and I haven't been doing little to nothing, to try and help you... What was the one thing I told you every time you had a new threat on your hands?
Siddie : Ninja Never Quit.
Cole : And from this moment on... Neither will your Family.
Siddie smiled at seeing Lilly and Cole smiling at her, and Cole helped Siddie get up.
Cole : You never quit on Me, so I'm not quitting on you either, Spinjitzu Burst or not... The Masters of Earth have a Dragon to Face!
Next Time on New Masters of The Mountain : The Young Ninja continue running through the Mines in hopes of escaping Grief-Bringer, when they reach The Geckles' Strong Cave, and hope to think of a plan or find a way out, with them reaching the Cave, and Charlie, Montgomery, Eric, and Xavier fight back against Grief-Bringer, just as The Geckles and Munce are at each other's throats once again, just as they find a chance to escape, and Charlie and Alex decide it's time for Gulch and Murtessa to declare their Peace with each other, and The Skull Sorcerer decides to make a deal, to send all the Munce and Geckles back to the mines, but not all of them go, as one sneaks behind the shadows, and into Freedom. . . but who?
