Killers not-so baby girl
Summary: A sequel to 'Killers baby girl', this is a collection of one-shots throughout the years of Bramty growing up within the club. Set before season 1 has started but I have included some of the details like Donna's death and the birth of Abel and Thomas early on. This version Donna, Kenny and Ellie die in a car crash. Tara never left town and she is the mother of Abel and Thomas who are similar age to Bramty. Clay is also more of a family man then in the TV series.

Chapter 12
Bramty - Age 12
Jax sighed as he walked with Gemma, Clay and Happy into the principles office. They'd both been called in together concerning an issue with their children and Jax was hoping it wasn't anything major. Bramty is 12 years old and in 6th grade but Abel's 10 years old an in 4th grade. Their public school is K-6 and surprisingly this is the first time both of them have been in trouble for the same incident.
He was glad the school called him and not Tara and he suspected that was by request of one of the kids. Tara would be here in a full on worry mode right now.
Jax smirked when the office lady didn't even stand up from her chair as they walked in. He knew it was mostly because of Happy since Bramty had the man down in this office every couple of months.
Though he knew it was weird situations and not her looking for trouble which was better than him as a kid.
"Hello. Mr. Teller and Mr. Lowman" the principle greeted them and he couldn't for the life of him remember the brunettes name. Jax stood behind the chair Abel was sitting in as he noticed the two other parents in the room sitting behind some boy with a black eye and bleeding nose.
"This is Mr. and Mrs Jackson... their child Henry" the principle announced as Happy took his place behind Bramty. Clay and Gemma stood off to the side behind the principle watching the rich uppity parents in the room.
Jax looked at Abel's hands not seeing any indication that he'd hit that Henry kid. one look at Bramty's hands he knew it had been her who'd hit the kid which made him wonder why he'd been called in.
"We've called all three of your families in today because of an incident that occurred at lunch time. Bramty was pulled off of Henry as she threatened and inflicted violence. Our school has a 100% no bullying and violence policy-"
"Why'd she hit him?" Jax asked
Bramty looked at him "Because he was pushing Abel taking Abel's lunch" Jax was a little shocked that Bramty had helped Abel like that since she didn't spent much time interacting with Abel.
He supposed it was the sense of family loyalty in her that meant if Abel needed help she'd do it without question... just like her dad.
"I didn't take his money mommy!" Henry shrieked a little too quickly and his parents smiled down at him like they actually believed that obvious lie.
"If he didn't take Abel's money, then I didn't hit him" Bramty smirked and glared at Henry and the kid hid his face in his dads arm. Not that Jax could blame him for that, cause Bramty had a hell of a glare that made grown ass men nervous.
The principle cleared her throat as she turned to Abel "We need you to tell the truth about what happened, okay?"
"Okay" Abel nodded "Henry and the bigger kids make fun of me at lunch and they were pushing me around to take my lunch again. Bramty saw them and she told them to stop and when they didn't she hit Henry and he cried"
Jax chuckled and looked at Happy and Clay who were also trying to hold in their laughter while Gemma simply nodded at Bramty in approval.
"She told him to stop and he didn't. She's allowed to defend herself and protect another student isn't she?" Gemma challenged the principle
"Well, yes but-"
"Henry used violence first and when words didn't stop him she didn't have a choice but to use her own hands" Gemma cut the woman off
"That's ridiculous!" Mrs. Jackson cried in outrage and Jax's mothers glare landed on the woman shutting her up.
"My wife is right. Our Henry wouldn't bully another student" Mr. Jackson argued looking at the principle "These people are disgusting criminals-"
"Mr. Jackson that's bullying" Bramty spoke up "You're bulling my family just like your son tried to bully Abel and I think it might just be learned behaviour... so clearly you can't possibly stand there and say for certain two people are lying when you've just done what you're saying Henry never would. You're not better than us"
The room was silent with Bramty's words and Jax was truly impressed with the young girl. She was fucking smart and he was glad that Abel had her looking out for him, but he couldn't help be a little disappointed that Abel hadn't stuck up for himself.
"Right. Well" the principle cleared her throat "I think we can let everyone off with a warning but I'll be monitoring the three of you closely for a while. You can all leave"
They all took the kids out of the school and Jax stopped Bramty right before she could follow Abel and Gemma into the cage. "Bramty?"
She turned around and walked up to him while he straddled his bike and clicked on his helmet "Thanks for looking out for Abel today kid"
Bramty smiled and gave him a hug before going back to get into the car with Gemma as they all pulled out of the school and headed back to TM garage.
Jax knew he was going to have to teach Able to fight wether Tara approved or not. Bramty only has a few months of middle school left and Abel has 2 years. He wouldn't have anyone looking out for him and after this... well Jax realised he should have insisted on teaching his son to fight a while ago.
-o0o-
Jax held back a sigh as let Able take a break. They had spent the last hour together in the ring practicing fight techniques.
It wasn't going as well as Jax had hoped.
Abel looked a hell of a lot like Jax but he had Taras personality. Tara was shy when they were younger and she hated confrontation. Of course now she was a more confident woman but back when they were kids she hadn't been.
Abel seemed like he would be the same way.
"Hey Jax"
He looked up seeing Bramty at the side of the ring and smiled at her, "Hey darlin'"
"You two fighting?" She asked smiling widely when he nodded. "Can I join in?"
Jax shrugged, He knew that Bramty practiced fighting skills with Happy and he knew the girl had no problem using violence... but he hadn't ever actually seen her fight.
"Hi Bramty" Abel smiled at Bramty when she got in the ring.
"Hey Abel. You don't mind if I join you and your dad, right?" She asked while picking up the tape and wrapping her hands expertly.
Jax was a little surprised she knew what she was doing already but it made sense given who her father is.
Abel shrugged, "I don't like fighting anyway" which seemed to truly shock Bramty. Jax chuckled at the girls reaction.
"I love fighting so much!" Bramty announced smiling as she moved over to where Jax was standing waiting. "You can't be afraid to get near me or I'll end up kicking your ass Jax"
He snorted at that but smiled widely when she punched him in the gut. Hard. It hurt but Jax wasn't all that surprised about that. He had seen the way Happy fought and with that man teacher her to fight, Jax didn't expect anything less.
He didn't hit Bramty thought.
Jax blocked her punches, kicks or elbows whenever he could react fast enough. He didn't hit her but he did announce let her try and block a few of his moves that had no force behind them.
It was nice to hang out with Bramty though since he never really did. He spoke to her around the club and they got along fine but Jax was wary of Happy. He also spent his free time at home with Tara and his son which meant he didn't hang out with Bramty much.
When they were done fighting Bramty hugged him. "I'm gonna shower. See you later Jax!"
"See yah darlin'" Jax hugged her back smirking when his son started teasing him for getting beat up be a little girl.
