Chapter 10: The Truth Part 1
Lisa spent a few cozy hours sleeping in her hotel room when she was awakened by a thump from outside. Lisa tried to go back to sleep but, without meaning too, found herself listening in on the conversation.
"You wanna take one last ride around that bastard's house? See if we find anything?" One woman suggested
"You bet!" A second woman agreed. "I bet Rosanne would be pleased if we found anything else to incriminate that son of a bitch."
"They must be talking about the man that touched Rosanne." Lisa thought.
"Great. I'll get the car ready." Lisa heard the two women walk off and that's when an idea hit her.
"I know it's none of my business." Lisa thought to herself. "But I wanna see this jerk for myself. Maybe I can find something to incriminate him as well"
Lisa quickly got dressed and snuck out of her room. Using the same trick she used on Chole Talbot, Lisa snuck into the trunk of the only car on outside just before the two women entered and drove off.
About 20 minutes later, the car pulled up to a suburban house that looked slightly run down. The car stopping being her que to get out, Lisa jumped out of the trunk and face the house before her.
"Wow!" She thought. "I didn't expect it to look so cozy."
Suddenly, Lisa heard a rustling in the bushes and stiffened. "Who's there!?" She called.
An adorable fluffy white puppy came trotting out of the bushes yapping and wagging it's tail. It pounced on Lisa and started licking her face.
"S-Stop it!" Lisa giggled. "That tickles!"
"Alright. Looks like there's nothing. Let's go." The women, who were completely oblivious to Lisa this entire time, left the premises, leaving Lisa stranded.
"Wait!" Lisa cried out as she followed the car but it soon left her eyesight, leaving Lisa panting on the sidewalk. "Well this can't get any worse." She thought."
Suddenly, Lisa felt a sharp pain on her arm and another one on her back. She turned around and saw a girl her age pelting her with stones.
"Get out of here you stupid girl nazi!" She cried. "Leave Daddy alone already!"
"Ow! Hey! Ouch! Stop it!" Lisa cried, the rocks knocking her to the ground. The puppy that she befriended earlier staring yapping and wining to it's owner to stop her assault.
"Aggie! You're defending her?" The girl asked. The dog barked as if to agree.
"You're only ever nice to genuinely good people." The girl thought for a second then dropped her rocks and walked up to Lisa. She took her hand and helped her back up. Without the pain from the rock distracting her, Lisa was able to get a better look at the girl. She wore a black dress with shorts underneath and had long brown hair.
"Be honest." The girl demanded. "You came here with those women right?"
"Y-Yes." Lisa admitted. "We were looking for the man that harassed our friend but I guess we must have stopped at the wrong house."
"This is the right house." The girl growled. "But your so-called friend is the one doing the harassing."
"What do you mean?" Lisa asked.
The girl sighed before gesturing Lisa to follow her. "Come inside and I'll show you."
