Hello to you all, I hope you're having a good morning/afternoon/evening. This is just another quick update whilst I'm working on chapter 8 for this story, so sorry to get your hopes up. For those of you who are not aware, the UK has been placed within another lockdown till mid-February which both fortunately and unfortunately for me means I have a lot of free time on my hands now since I am temporarily way from work and my education. Because of all this free time I have now gained, I am in desperate need of something to keep me occupied since I am not allowed outside for too long except to get my 'daily exercise' lucky me. So, I have decided to move my writing schedule forwards and have started my next online novel, which is my own spin on Tokyo Ghoul, so any anime fans who are reading this book can look forward to this.

Now, I am very aware where this leaves me and the possible complaints it may bring about, so let's get to them shall we.

What will happen to the Halo: A Second Chance updates?

Fret not, even though I am dividing my time between the two stories, Halo will always come first. If for example I lose time and find it difficult to write both stories, then Tokyo Ghoul will be put on hold for Halo to continue at its regular pace. As well as this Halo will still be the main focus whilst Tokyo Ghoul is merely being written ahead of schedule, so I don't lose my sanity.

What will happen should I get bored of writing Halo?

This is also another reason as to why I am writing Tokyo Ghoul now. With so much free time on my hands, I will be tempted to write more and more of Halo which causes two issues. One, I will rush things too quickly which will take away from the story and your enjoyment of my novel so far. Two, I have started Tokyo Ghoul ahead of schedule partly because it keeps me from getting bored of writing Halo all the time which prevents me from going on future breaks from the novel.

What will happen when your lockdown ends, and you have to focus on other things again?

As stated previously, Whatever or whenever I may lose time, I will always put Halo first to keep you my loyal readers satisfied, but also so that I as a writer can avoid what so many other writers end up doing which is overbearing themselves to the point where they feel writing has become a chore and they stop altogether.
