"My Lord the Archangel is approaching", a random Imperial Officer informs Lord Nihilus that Archangel is approaching just in time, on top of the Archangel is the old Freedom Gundam and the Strike Rouge Gundam.
"Just in time, open the shields and let them through", Lord Nihilus is allowing them to enter.
"Yes My Lord!" The Imperial Navy Troopers hit the switch and opens the Dome Shields and allowing the Archangel to pass and the Imperial Squadrons of OZ-07AMS Aries and OZ-02MD Virgo MS escort them to the spot where they are supposed land.

After this the Crew of the Archangel are escorted by Storm Troopers armed with E-11 Blaster Rifles meets up with Lord Nihilus ready to hear more information that he will be giving to them, Kira and Cagalli are out of their Gundams and still in their Pilot Suit. With Lord Nihilus is his friends Nova Trooper Kira and Rex Yamato, TIE Pilot Yoshi, Phase Zero Dark Trooper Blackburn, Heavy Trooper Monty, Storm Trooper Xander F Seiei and EVO Trooper Shizou Heiwajima, also his 2 wives are with him as well.
"Okay we are all here Lord Nihilus, what is that you want to tell us? Captain Ramius and the others are ready to hear from Lord Nihilus.
"Just don't judge after you hear most of this."
"We will try to contain ourselves", Kira said they will try.
"Lets start with the Xenophobic Terrorist known as Blue Cosmos and LOGOS under the leadership of Muruta Azrael and Djibril, our enemy the Sith Empire are responsible for creating them, despite what Blue Cosmos's and LOGOS's wishes to exterminate all Coordinators for the Preservation of the Pure Blue World, the Sith Empire don't care about what they want. The Sith Empire are only using them as puppets to achieve their goals", Lord Nihilus reveals the origins of the Blue Cosmos and LOGOS which was caused by the Sith Empire but was only a puppet to them.
"So we are only fighting puppets of the Sith Empire", Cagalli said acknowledging what Lord Nihilus says is really true.
"In case of Yuna Roma Seiren and his followers that made a pack with them they are pawns to the Sith Empire, it's the same with Zaft because everything that Zaft has done to stop Earth Alliance which was controlled by LOGOS is what the Sith Empire really wants them to do", Lord Nihilus reveals that both Orb and Zaft are pawns to the Sith Empire as well.
"What we know thanks to my Storm Commandos is the Sith Empire is secretly feeding Zaft any information they needed to stop LOGOS by disguising their Sith Troopers as Zaft informants."

"During the age of the Republic and Clone Wars, many of the Republic's Armed Forces are really Clone Troopers, after the end of the Clone Wars and the Rise of Galactic Empire we still use Clone Troopers but rename them Clone Storm Troopers, years later all Clone Storm Troopers where given the current Storm Trooper Armor. Despite the openings of Imperial Academies for recruits we are still creating more Clone Storm Troopers but from various regular human Genes from the recruits we had rather than just the same thing Clone Gene Donor, after arriving in Cosmic Era we and scientist of the Cosmic Era decided to create a new breed of Storm Troopers for the 501st Legion." Lord Nihilus tells their role on the Coordinators and Naturals.
"It's the Coordinators and Naturals", Kira said as he begins to see flashes of memories of his past.
"Correct but when we found out about Ulen Hibiki idea of the Ultimate Coordinator Project of his we are so against that idea because he was using his own son which is Kira Yamato to be the Ultimate Coordinator while he's allowing his own daughter Cagalli to be born normally. Via Hibiki who was against it like we are tearfully begs him to give Kira back but it was all futile. After we grown fed up with his ideas our Kira Yamato killed Ulen Hibiki with his E-11 Blaster Rifle, after that's done he ejected some of his blood to make sure your Kira has some morals in him."
"Eventually the attack on Mendel began with the Sith Empire forming Blue Cosmos and after that we decided to split Kira and Cagalli to hide them from Kotori and her Sith Empire especially from anymore Anti-Coordinator groups, we gave Cagalli to Uzumi Nara Athha who was long time friend to the Galactic Empire while we gave Kira to Haruma and Caridad Yamato."
"After all that, we will now return home to our Universe as we oversee the construction of the Strike, Aegis, Duel, Buster and Blitz Gundam knowing what's to come next as the First Bloody Valentine War will soon begin."
"For the record the Coordinators and Naturals are supposed to be use in our Universe as the new batch of 501st Storm Troopers but thanks to attack in Mendel that's not going to happen anymore, so we stick with cloning and recruits", Lord Nihilus said what happened next after the attack on Mendel.
"There were 2 types of Coordinators and Naturals, one of them were given Military Life and the other Normal Lives", despite what Nova Trooper Kira Yamato says it didn't matter to Blue Cosmos and LOGOS, they will exterminate Coordinators whether they are given Military or Normal lives.

In Legends despite that the Galactic Empire has finally modernizes and the Clone Storm Troopers are replaced by Recruits they are still doing Cloning but not always from Jango Fett some of the Clones are from the regular Recruits.
In Canon there are still Clone Storm Troopers which was seen in a New Hope by not from Jango Fett.
