No, Cartman wouldn't be a threat. It's true he manipulated Cthulhu, but could you see him manipulating someone like Salem? That's very unlikely.
I'm not sure what the Time Lord Victorious series is, although I have a feeling it was that comic story where the Cybermen take Gallifrey. As for the Dalek design, I really like the Supreme Dalek from The Stolen Earth. I like the red and gold design and deep voice.
As for more RWBY crossovers, I'm kind of at a cross road here. On one hand, a lot of people like what I wrote and what I'm writing. On the other hand, if I want to keep writing, I need to be a little more...original. If I do more and more RWBY crossovers, I feel that the people who read my stories will get bored. I do have a an idea for a sequel to the story I'm currently writing, The Way of the Maiden. But I want to finish that story first before I make any commitments. Know what I mean?
