Chapter 12
Adam and Ann went to their luxurious hotel room on the top floor known as the honeymoon suite where they were greeted with champagne and baskets of fruit and different vases of flowers, white plush housecoats and a large bath that had been prepared already.
"Adam, did you do all of this?"
"Yes i did my dear. Who else would have done this?"
"Well I don't know. No one I guess. Adam you are the most wonderful man a woman could ever want for a husband."
"Even better than Tom burns?" Adam smiled at her with a wink
"Oh now that's not fair. I haven't called you Tom once since you have been with me."
"I know. I'm kidding Ann. And thank you for that."
"You're welcome. Now can we get into this welcoming bath please?"
"Of course we can. Start undressing honey, I haven't seen that body for over four weeks now."
"Nor I that one ,my dear Adam."
"Huh, huh, well then let's get started my dear."
"First one in the tub gets her back washed first." Ann ran for the tub and jumped in splashing every where including Adam-
"OH you little winch. You've had it now lady."
"Ya, you have to wash my back and suck on my toes."
"OH really now. Since when did that come into the deal?"
"Just now."
"You make up your own rules in games. Move forward you sneaky woman."
"Yes sir. Here you go, catch." Ann threw the soap and the cloth at him and it landed in his face
"OH, now you have really had it. Sit forward so I can wash your beautiful back and ah, put your hair up please."
"Yes sir, whatever you say." Adam washed her back very slowly and then pulled her back to him and rested her against his chest. "OH my Adam. This is so nice."
"Yes it is. I'll wash the rest of you if you want."
"Oh please do. Then I can wash your back and the rest of you."
"Yes you can my dear wife. This being married is quite an amazing thing."
"I guess it all depends on who you are married to."
"Yes, I guess it does at that. Are you happy Ann? I mean that you married me?"
"Yes Adam, I am very happy that I married you. I wanted you to stay with me there in Placerville. I ran out to you. But you had to go on."
"Ann, I don't think it would have worked out back then. You were still in love with Tom Burns not me."
"Yes I suppose you're right. OK, now change places, my turn to wash you down."
"Sounds good."

After the bath Adam and Ann put on their warn white fluffy housecoats and sat on the bed and enjoyed all the champagne and fruit that was there and then they got into their big bed and made passionate love to each other. Ann fell asleep on Adam's chest and Adam had his arm around her.

The next morning they got up and got dressed and went to meet Ben, Hoss and Joe in the dinning room for breakfast. They were already there and waved them over.
"Hello you two. We have ordered already. You two go ahead and order."
"Alright. Ann what would you like?'
"Oh my, I'm not sure. Maybe just some fruit and tea."
"Ann darling, you have to eat more."
"I'm not that hungry Adam."
"Oh alright, I'll have ham and eggs please."
"Alright, be right back."
"Well you two, what do you have planned for today?'
"Pa, you shouldn't ask a newly married couple that."
"Yes, I'm sorry about that. I think the boys and I are going to do some shopping for new boots and a few shirts."
"Sounds nice. I know we will be keeping busy today also."
"Yes we are. I want to do so many things."
"We can't do every thing today sweetheart."
"I know that Adam. We have the week however."
"You might not see us much through the week Pa. I'm taking her to a lot of places."
"Well, you two just have a wonderful time and if we don't run into each other through the week, should we meet back here on Friday for dinner?"
"Yes that's a good idea. So Ann my dear we better get going if we want to make that theatre production."
"I don't want to miss that Adam."
"Then let's get going. Pa thank you for breakfast. Hoss, Joe see you on Friday if not before."
"Ya see ya Adam."
"Have fun Adam."
"We will. Bye now."
